Workers will sit around in front and laugh and joke. meanwhile i sat in lobby for nearly 15 min. they have since or urgency. if you come when its busy you'll sit around for over a hr but if you come when its empty the staff takes their sweet time. Not very happy about their customer service

Terrible customer service, doesn't answer phones.

Was attempting to go for my first visit, had the most inexperienced budtender ive encountered. He had zero product knowledge, and had not tried any of the products recommended. After being very frustrated I left without purchasing anything.

Great place to shop at

I have never had to wait here so not sure what time focus is coming here to be made to wait. I like to come in on Sundays when they have 15% off if you wear their t-shirt. Liz is the best bud tender. Nice to look at and knowledgeable as well. Nice people all around including the security guard who walks you to the door! Great selection and nice people bring me back to Arizona Organix.

Do not ever go here. I was a first time patient. They got my entire order wrong. Beyond wrong. I called and talked to a manager and at first it seemed like he was gonna fix the problem. I was even told that I could keep the messed up order for my inconvenience. Especially since the majorly messed up parts of the order were a buy one get one free pen so I payed for one and had the free one also as a new patient I spent over a certain amount and got two free grams of wax. Now I get to the store today which even though I live ten miles away I should have busted ass to get there last night before they closed and got it fixed. Because I get there today and now they tell me that I wasn’t told I could keep the product and this was talking to another manager who had to call the first manager and like I said the story changed. So nothing was resolved in the end. I was offended, sickened, and completely blown away by the horrible service and that they could get a whole order wrong. And management puts on a lovely show when you aren’t there but becomes unhelpful and in my opinion disrespectful when in store to a new client whose order was trash. I will never set foot in this establishment ever again and I will warn all my friends and anyone who asks for recommendations to dispensaries to stay away from Arizona organics.

No security guard during night hours. Random people wait in the waiting room with the patient they came in with. Very sketchy.

Was a great shop. Now it's mediocre. The pricing is way up since legalization without any warning. Rarely have any specials. Product quality has dropped to above average in the past couple years

The shatter is super clear but burns black and has a very nasty taste. I bought 5 different strains for shatter and 1 crumble. Do not buy, not worth it. Not one had it's own distinctive smell or taste. I would definitely not waste your money on their concentrates. Also I tried the flower and that is a different story. The aroma was pungent and smoked very smoothly. So how can you have awesome flower but crap concentrates?

sap caps have gone down hill.... 100mg pill use to medicate me very good. I took two 100mg sap caps last night and it kinda felt like the old 100mg sap caps... no longer a good deal! #makeyourown #google

ok so after 4 online orders have been messed up... not gonna waste time doing that ANYMORE. The prices are fair for the area. the quality?? some good some bad. The staff.... ALLWAYS there.. my advice to ANYONE looking to purchase from here.. Go in person do not waste your time ordering, as it will take up to 6 hours to fill, do NOT allow them to put in substitutions

I quickly remember why I avoid this place, I do appreciate your efforts with the covid-19, however the lady outside acts like we are at a club. Her music is very loud, therefore her conversations are loud and the privacy of someone's interaction is now on the streets of glendale. Her lack of professionalism is going to prevent me from coming back.

My main problem was Atmosphere, because other customers are very disrespectful.

What a joke. New patient special is up to 7g free but you can only do it from the middle shelves even if you do only 1/8 of top shelf which is cheaper than 1/4 of mid they won't do it. Then they have jars at certain angles and all lit up to look good but they actually give you dried out burnt flower with seeds and tastes horrible. I got 4 different genetics, not one looked like what they have in the jars and all four taste like cheap burnt weed and I've found multiple fully developed seeds.. never coming back

quality of goods are fine. but their service sucks. They were rude. preorder and walkinshaw get priority and you still wait an hour. Did I mention rude?

I will never shop here again. I had an express order that was ready, I had to wait outside for 15min just to check there were only two people ahead of me. It only took two minutes to p/u my order once I got inside. You guys need a better set up.

It seemed like none knew what was going on. The person taking my $$ counted it like 5 times. Looked very unorganized and workers looked extra tired. Not sure I will return.
