Express window is a serious disappointment. The reason its called express is to get people in and out. You leave messages for your order and they call people that haven't left message before the people that have. The lobby is too small. Its hot. C'mon guys remodel the place and fix parking lot in back. Other than that great prices good product.

I was a little upset because the night before it was too busy to even get close to the building. so today I online ordered and picked up easy enough but when leaving I asked if I could use the back door because I am disabled and I had to park back there but I was told no I could not use that exit and I had to walk all the way around the building to get to my car. not very customer considerate.

This place release sucks and all the good reviews or for pre rolls the customer service sucks I would not recommend this to anybody not even enemies No professionalism

First time visit, long time patient. They offered a good first time patient deal so I figured id check it out. Lots of flavors of flower selection and priced pretty well. Jars in the store seemed to smell and have nice sugar crystals, but was not the case with what was given in the sealed bags. I picked up their "best" flower the Papa OG and another "platinum" line, both had ZERO smell or flavor. Honestly smelled like grass clipping that have been kiefed.. Extremely dissappointing experience unfortunately and will not be back

My visit today where I drove an hour one way to get there went like this. I placed a to go order before I even left my house. waited in the packed waiting room. Got my bag paid and left. Drove an hour home to find out they forgot to put in one of my cartridges. I called and they left me on the phone while they discussed checking the cameras. 15 minutes later the manager called to tell me they do owe me what I paid for already. He tells me I can come pick it up whenever. I say I live an hour away sir. His reply is yep you can come get this your next time in. Kinda funny you guys screw up and I get the short end of the stick. glad to know I will get what I paid for in two weeks when I get my medication again. Maybe next time I will come get what I need and pay you guys when I feel like it. Decent product, horrible service.

Azo has concentrates for less than $20/g. $15 during this month of October... Excellent deal. However, after you pay and drive home 45 mins you will notice the wax bubbles like crazy and turns dark brown once you dab it. Not really sure what's going on because nobody from the store will answer my question. They also have the worst parking lot in the entire world, seriously invest a few dollars in some more dirt... For your lot not your display case.

This place is horrible! They are not professional and the staff is very rude. The meds are low grade for too high of prices. With the way the industry is going for medicinal marijuana in AZ this place will be out of business do to the competition growing in the valley. There are several other dispensaries and clubs that have customer focused staff at reasonable competitive prices with great meds, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

a fellow patient showed me some of what this place is trying to pass off as blue dream. they dreamin'. legit looked like that oregano mix you get to shake on pizzas and sandwiches. didn't smell or smoke like any blue dream I've ever had. you've been warned.

Terrible quality meds! I have been a patient in the Phoenix area for 2 years now and I have to say Arizona Organix is the worst dispensary in the Valley. The owner is uninformed about the plant, and the bottom line is this guy wants to get rich at the expense of patients. Avoid like the plague this place, his meds are all over pruned and over priced. I've yet to get medicated and in fact I got a nasty headache from some of his crappy weed.

Straight up, this place sucks. If you need to feed farm animals, consider buying Papa OG instead of hay, your animals will never know the difference. No wonder they have so many sales, their signature strain is complete hay. Their concentrates are even worse. Are they letting some rookie run their operation? The owners need to fire their grow staff asap, as they are producing complete GARBAGE. MMJ should never smell/taste like hay. Ever. Shatter should not be soupy and black. Ever. AZ Organix cannot even catch this basic stuff before their "meds" make it to patients? CLUELESS.

Parking is terrible, good luck. Got a pack of pre-rolls with fat stems that poke holes in the paper. The acoustics in the main room make it hard to hear. the cashier system is inefficient. the associate I worked with was unhelpful, asked 0 questions, didn't know any specifics about the product. I tried their shatter, it's 100% what you would expect for the price...low grade. I won't be going back.

I was shorted my free 1/8 for the first time patent deal. not sure how that happened as I picked it out? The guy who helped me was nice and I'm thinking it was just a mistake. I did order several different flowers and there was some confusion at the register causing us to have to move to another, but either way, I'm out an 1/8th, so I can't leave a good review.

so it turns out using the express lane here sucks I came here and ended up sitting in the lobby longer than a couple of people who walked in off the street and went straight to the back one man ask to be taken off Express list and go to the back and was told that he would have to wait another 15 minutes another man asked to use the restroom when I was here and was told he would have to wait 10 minutes for a budtender to take him to the restroom he ended up peeing his pants no joke this really happened never coming back here again both the man who wet his pants and I have been coming here for years I have noticed that in the last couple of months this place has gone down the drain

Just went to my first dispensary today. Arizona Organix is the best great service friendly staff clean environment I definitely do recommend this place for anybody that's a first-time patient

i've been coming here since they first opened and have seen a gradual decline over the years. the strains are fine albeit more expensive than other dispensaries. the staff while pleasant often make errors and the wait time has become unacceptable for me. the parking can also be an issue with the disabled parking in the rear without an entrance in the back i have to walk to the front and that sucks for me. lastly, they had a point system when you purchased meds you got points and i banked mine over months only to be told they lost the info. what? even i back up my database and was disappointed to be told they are gone forever due to their lack of technical savvy. i wonder how secure their database is? anyway, i moved on and found a dispensary i really like i'm just sorry i waited so long.

If someone calls in a order, have the order ready to go? Why do you guys take so long to get the meds together when they were CALLED IN... we patients shouldn’t have to go back and sit down then get recalled up. Have the shit ready... ain’t that difficult and you’ll have a lot less pissed off patients..

Greetings, Today was my fourth or fifth visit to Arizona Organix and as usual everything was fantastic. I have read a few reviews about this dispensary and highly disagree with any negative review. I have been to many dispensaries in this state and many other states where MMJ cards are offered. In comparison I would say this facility is one of the better dispensaries I have ever visited. Their staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, smiling and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. The Meds here clean and quality. I have never been disappointed. My advice to anyone who has not been pleased is to learn your own body better and do more research for yourself as to which strains are going to treat your specific body and ailments. The meds are always correctly labeled and marked with their various THC, CBC, CBD's etc. As far as the prices on medications, they are completely standardized and fair in comparison to other Phoenix Dispensaries. Any place or group offering you much cheaper prices is a "compassion club". These clubs do not have a license like an official dispensary. Dealing with these kinds of places are dangerous. As a card holder you can jeopardize your medical card or your peace of mind and be harassed for dealing with unlicensed groups. Trust me, stay with Arizona Organix

This place has decent flower. I have been coming here for some time because of their 'rewards program'. You could get better flower for about the same price at other places but, the rewards program helped a lot on 'rainy' days. Unfortunately for me, I saved my rewards points for when my card was going to expire (the renewal is really expensive and will likely take me a couple of months to save the money). Their computer systems have been down this entire month and I will pretty much loose what I was saving for. In hindsight I would recommend going somewhere else and getting better flower for your money somewhere else.
