I ordered online and my wax was like liquid nothing near the picture. Total false advertising.

I will never shop here again. I had an express order that was ready, I had to wait outside for 15min just to check there were only two people ahead of me. It only took two minutes to p/u my order once I got inside. You guys need a better set up.

Made online order. Txt came saying order was ready. I drive over and wait for an hr. Just to be told the ddnt have anything I selected. Why would you say my order was ready if I ddnt have my order. Unacceptable.

I used to drive from Tempe, for mix match 150 ounces, now it’s 280.00 For 90% of the strains. Goodbye Arizona Organix😢😢.

The service is absolutely terrible. The women didn’t know anything. I asked for any kind of wax/crumble/batter is white. None of them had any idea. Never coming back again.

I was told that first time patient was on hold for now and would be affective at a later date. What is wrong with this place. Tried to talk to a manager to no avail. Was redirected and lied to by the staff out front on the sidewalk, they are blaming everything on the covid 19. Really sad that they treat you like a bother. Even laugh to each other like it's all a big joke. Don't know if I will return. Disrespect and lies isn't customer service. I did find 2 seeds in the Grease Monkey eighth though.

they suck my friend and I have been there twice in the last 4 days I like the quality of the flower but the customer service has sucked they were rude acted like they didn't want to be there not very helpful and acted like we were causing them and inconvenience will never go there again

Their "solventless" wax is made by extracting with ethanol. All I know is that it was so disgusting to dab. It sizzles and foam while melting and would turn black and gunky. You could get a hint of flavor but then overwhelming kettle corn flavor no matter what strain or consistency. The leftover meds wont even be touched it's that bad.

What a joke. New patient special is up to 7g free but you can only do it from the middle shelves even if you do only 1/8 of top shelf which is cheaper than 1/4 of mid they won't do it. Then they have jars at certain angles and all lit up to look good but they actually give you dried out burnt flower with seeds and tastes horrible. I got 4 different genetics, not one looked like what they have in the jars and all four taste like cheap burnt weed and I've found multiple fully developed seeds.. never coming back

Was a great shop. Now it's mediocre. The pricing is way up since legalization without any warning. Rarely have any specials. Product quality has dropped to above average in the past couple years

Bad quality and long wait time

The shatter is super clear but burns black and has a very nasty taste. I bought 5 different strains for shatter and 1 crumble. Do not buy, not worth it. Not one had it's own distinctive smell or taste. I would definitely not waste your money on their concentrates. Also I tried the flower and that is a different story. The aroma was pungent and smoked very smoothly. So how can you have awesome flower but crap concentrates?

I am not satisfied with the quality of the product I purchased?? This is the 3rd time in a row that I have gotten the Blue dream which is an all time favorite in general but especially from you guys.... I have found multiple seeds in these purchases. Some have fallen out when breaking up others have popped in my face or ruined the whole bowl... This last purchase which was made last Mon the 17th. I purchased an 1/8 of AZOG and 2- 1/8s of Blue Dream. I smoked the AZOG last week which was good as usual and this week I opened one of the blue dream and again Ive found multiple seeds as well as the flower is completely dried out. To where it just crumbles if touched and you hit it once and the whole bowl will just keep burning. Esentially wasting the whole thing. I typically consume about an 1/8 a week and this one is more than 2/3 gone within 2 days because it is so dry and just continues to burn very quickly. The other bag of the Blue Dream is still sealed but is super dry as well, i can feel it through the bag and you can hear how crunchy it is. I also have noticed the past few times Ive purchased flower the ziplock tends to rip off the bag when opening it therefore you cannot close it afterwards. You guys are my favorite dispensary and by far have the highest quality flower and Ive been coming to you guys for a couple years now. I feel like Im just throwing money in the trash and still not getting proper meds. This is not acceptable to me and I am highly disappointed.

product quality sucks went in tonight and picked up two copperstate carts when I got home an opened my bag I saw that both where carts from December an november of 2020 aside from dates they are half way filled totally not worth the 35 dollars its basically a half of a half gram not worth the trip

They discriminate in the name of policy. Took our money & made me wait outside, well a white couple had the luxury to stand next to each other happily purchasing for recreational use. Mind you, the hubby & I are both MMMCH I would have let this go again, but I seen they were walking out in front of my husband with their one bag from their one purchase?!Never getting our money ever AGAIN! NO MORE DISCRIMINATION! I'm Hispanic . So disappointed in them.

long lines, unprepared, understaffed, average wait is at least 30min

If someone calls in a order, have the order ready to go? Why do you guys take so long to get the meds together when they were CALLED IN... we patients shouldn’t have to go back and sit down then get recalled up. Have the shit ready... ain’t that difficult and you’ll have a lot less pissed off patients..

Greetings, Today was my fourth or fifth visit to Arizona Organix and as usual everything was fantastic. I have read a few reviews about this dispensary and highly disagree with any negative review. I have been to many dispensaries in this state and many other states where MMJ cards are offered. In comparison I would say this facility is one of the better dispensaries I have ever visited. Their staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, smiling and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. The Meds here clean and quality. I have never been disappointed. My advice to anyone who has not been pleased is to learn your own body better and do more research for yourself as to which strains are going to treat your specific body and ailments. The meds are always correctly labeled and marked with their various THC, CBC, CBD's etc. As far as the prices on medications, they are completely standardized and fair in comparison to other Phoenix Dispensaries. Any place or group offering you much cheaper prices is a "compassion club". These clubs do not have a license like an official dispensary. Dealing with these kinds of places are dangerous. As a card holder you can jeopardize your medical card or your peace of mind and be harassed for dealing with unlicensed groups. Trust me, stay with Arizona Organix

a fellow patient showed me some of what this place is trying to pass off as blue dream. they dreamin'. legit looked like that oregano mix you get to shake on pizzas and sandwiches. didn't smell or smoke like any blue dream I've ever had. you've been warned.

I have never had to wait here so not sure what time focus is coming here to be made to wait. I like to come in on Sundays when they have 15% off if you wear their t-shirt. Liz is the best bud tender. Nice to look at and knowledgeable as well. Nice people all around including the security guard who walks you to the door! Great selection and nice people bring me back to Arizona Organix.

Parking is terrible, good luck. Got a pack of pre-rolls with fat stems that poke holes in the paper. The acoustics in the main room make it hard to hear. the cashier system is inefficient. the associate I worked with was unhelpful, asked 0 questions, didn't know any specifics about the product. I tried their shatter, it's 100% what you would expect for the price...low grade. I won't be going back.
