This place is a joke. Wax is cheap for a reason and I can see why the turn over rate is high. Bummy weed and bummy service. But hey apparently y’all are experts according to the comments your bud tenders like to reply back with. So have fun with your boof weed.

Is it me or did they gain an express window and it now takes twice as long? What is the point of express if it is not express? What is the point in having two express windows if you only ever use one of them? You should rename it pick up orders and call it what it is. it's nonsense to advertise a service with a set timeframe and never meet your own timeframe or send the text you require ME to get from YOU so I can get my meds.

Ladies at the front were not personable. I had placed an online order and before I could say anything was immediately cut off and told to have a seat. Another patient came in and also had an online order. They went before me and was trying to ask the lady at the express window how her day was and she completely ignored him twice and the whole room was silent so it got awkward. It’s customer service so i get but still not a very welcoming environment.

Staff was rude and the ATMs took money out but didn’t dispense. Took a while to get funds back and they yelled at me for checking my account on my phone.

Dry ass emaciated weed. Grow issue? Harvest issue? Drying issue? Storage issue? All of the above?

The last 4 times I been here they pocket my change especially in the express order area some will say I’ll put it towards your credit for next time and it’s not true I bet they do this to mostly everybody just skimming for change off people will make them plenty of extra money while screwing you over!

They are greedy. They keep raising the prices for medical like we aren't in a pandemic. Lost my business. I used to come here 2 times a week.

Went here a little over a year ago when it was just a small area and you had to write everything down on a piece of paper. I bought moonshine crumble and 3.5 Starduster. The crumble was fine the flower smelled like mold i’m really sensitive to mold. Brought it to the store the guy smelled it and said “all I smell is a unique terp profile” and some BS about testing. AZ a few months later was warning people that salmonella was in the flower siting batch# and strains. The whole reason I am writing this review is that I searched lemon jack and saw that they had the flower. I was reluctant to even buy it remember what happened last time and it was exactly the same as the starduster. It smell like mold I tried smoking it made me wheeze threw it out didn’t call I’m just never going there again. I’ve been going to jars Ponderosa ZenLeaf Curaleaf never had a problem with any of these places with mold/hay/stale smelling flower

Just went to my first dispensary today. Arizona Organix is the best great service friendly staff clean environment I definitely do recommend this place for anybody that's a first-time patient

Wouldn’t recommend

Azo has concentrates for less than $20/g. $15 during this month of October... Excellent deal. However, after you pay and drive home 45 mins you will notice the wax bubbles like crazy and turns dark brown once you dab it. Not really sure what's going on because nobody from the store will answer my question. They also have the worst parking lot in the entire world, seriously invest a few dollars in some more dirt... For your lot not your display case.

Express window is a serious disappointment. The reason its called express is to get people in and out. You leave messages for your order and they call people that haven't left message before the people that have. The lobby is too small. Its hot. C'mon guys remodel the place and fix parking lot in back. Other than that great prices good product.

Do not ever go here. I was a first time patient. They got my entire order wrong. Beyond wrong. I called and talked to a manager and at first it seemed like he was gonna fix the problem. I was even told that I could keep the messed up order for my inconvenience. Especially since the majorly messed up parts of the order were a buy one get one free pen so I payed for one and had the free one also as a new patient I spent over a certain amount and got two free grams of wax. Now I get to the store today which even though I live ten miles away I should have busted ass to get there last night before they closed and got it fixed. Because I get there today and now they tell me that I wasn’t told I could keep the product and this was talking to another manager who had to call the first manager and like I said the story changed. So nothing was resolved in the end. I was offended, sickened, and completely blown away by the horrible service and that they could get a whole order wrong. And management puts on a lovely show when you aren’t there but becomes unhelpful and in my opinion disrespectful when in store to a new client whose order was trash. I will never set foot in this establishment ever again and I will warn all my friends and anyone who asks for recommendations to dispensaries to stay away from Arizona organics.

My visit today where I drove an hour one way to get there went like this. I placed a to go order before I even left my house. waited in the packed waiting room. Got my bag paid and left. Drove an hour home to find out they forgot to put in one of my cartridges. I called and they left me on the phone while they discussed checking the cameras. 15 minutes later the manager called to tell me they do owe me what I paid for already. He tells me I can come pick it up whenever. I say I live an hour away sir. His reply is yep you can come get this your next time in. Kinda funny you guys screw up and I get the short end of the stick. glad to know I will get what I paid for in two weeks when I get my medication again. Maybe next time I will come get what I need and pay you guys when I feel like it. Decent product, horrible service.

what's the point of calling in an express order if they never answer the phone ? Super slow service, have had better bud tenders, and the wax, holy mids.

so it turns out using the express lane here sucks I came here and ended up sitting in the lobby longer than a couple of people who walked in off the street and went straight to the back one man ask to be taken off Express list and go to the back and was told that he would have to wait another 15 minutes another man asked to use the restroom when I was here and was told he would have to wait 10 minutes for a budtender to take him to the restroom he ended up peeing his pants no joke this really happened never coming back here again both the man who wet his pants and I have been coming here for years I have noticed that in the last couple of months this place has gone down the drain

not very friendly reception people up front and I didn't get what I ordered thru leafly and they didn't even bother to say one of the strains was not avail

my 3 separate online orders were canceled due to az organix not keeping the online menu updated
