It was my first time in a dispensary and I felt I didn’t get my money worth money the 8th of flower that I ordered and what I have are not the same, Zero consistency. I’m disappointed 😒

Everything was horrible, these people need to get over they're selves. U guys are selling bottom tier garbage, don't be surprised if u get threatened or treated like a dog person. Girl needs to get a new job, ur looks only guna get u so far.

This place is a joke. Wax is cheap for a reason and I can see why the turn over rate is high. Bummy weed and bummy service. But hey apparently y’all are experts according to the comments your bud tenders like to reply back with. So have fun with your boof weed.

If you’re looking for good fresh high quality weed, DO NOT COME HERE. Got my first patient deal, used it on their top tier strain (35$ 1/8) and I got dry, crunchy bud served in a cat food can. 100% not coming back and glad I used my freebie. I always heard bad things about their bud but had to see it for myself and was I proved right.

I ordered threw there express @ 510pm. Went to Arizona Organix @ 7pm had to wait for an hour @ there so called express window. I asked to move to normal pickup, was told no cause they didn’t want to orders in the system. They are very unorganized here.

Without telling me this dispensary knowingly changed my meds to a strain that gives the symptom I was trying to fight off. Arizona Organixs idea of a substitution for my preordered full gram of energetic sativa Durban Poison Syringe distillate was the relaxing indica San Fernando Valley. I mean come on, was it opposite day. You can't just change my meds without asking.

I feel like it us hit or miss here. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of consistencies. I did an express order and when I got there was told that the product that I ordered was out of stock sobthey gave me a similar product. I understand running out of something, but why not send that in the text? Instead of being told my items were ready. Then they were trying to overcharge me by like $10. Got a manager and got that fixed. Several of the prerolls I got in the 7pk tins weren't rolled very well. There was big gaps towards the base of preroll making it difficult to pack down as well as hit. Great strain though. I wanted the cactus og but got cactido.

I love this place but I'm starting to think that they are just like everyone else in the valley with putting the better grade on top shelf where the little guy can't afford to buy. Don't get me wrong I love your $200 ounces but please continue to make it all affordable when you're buying the $200 ounces. Not just certain strains. Or you'll be losing your customer base. I guess I'm disappointed that you keep adding to your top shelf with the weed I can't afford but have gotten when buying the ounce. Besides I'm sure most of your customers live on a fixed income and can't afford your top shelf anyways. #GOLDENGOAT why are you adding this one to the top shelf for? Shame on you for taking advantage of the little guy! I still love your products/dispensary though but may have to start looking a little bit closer to home! LOVE&PEACE

the bud was so dry and ridiculously small. now I'm on hold for over 7 minutes trying to talk to someone regarding my concern. I've heard great things about this place, but this was probably my last visit. the customer service is below par and the flower is more for decoration.

Horrible service and location lied to me about my first time patient deal so I would end up spending more and the entire place sounded like it had a train constantly running through the place which literally made it impossible for anyone to hear. However I ended up getting a high field live resin batter that was amazing and a random crumble which was alright

I usually only use the express, this past two weeks literally have me driving farther for better customer service. I get people get stressed, an that life right now is difficult. However each time I come in the bud tenders are just rude, the front associates always seem to be upset. The place was a mess for a while a the excuse was I had a mad rush an now its a free for all, when asking about ordering, if the express worked, who could assist, so many people ended up checked in, crowded back area with several confused customers. I've met 4 nice employee's on various shifts, usually the person at the front door is always amazing! Hooks you into the place, if only the vibe continued inside. I've been coming here since 2018. I forget their names, but the Tall gentleman with amazing painted nails, an another thin tall gentleman with blonde long hair. On different occasions have been the most amazing checkouts ever. I had long wait with both an they went above an beyond. Recently the prices increased, I can understand the first one but the second price hike just doesn't seem reasonable. I understand running a business, however hitting the consumer especially patients who use this medicine to live this whole year just hurts. Not sure who's to blame it just bites. I'll see you guys around!

misleading sale tactics. I showed up for the labor day sale where 17$ 8ths of flower were advertised. only 1 strain was 17$ and all the other strains were jacked up 5$, when I complained i was told I could "just go somewhere else". so thank your employee, I'll be visiting the ponderosa from now on.

I don't know what everyone's talking about how this dispensary is the bomb and the staff is so nice ...Its such a drag coming here now! The staff look miserable at times the manager Shannon doesn't like to follow through her responsibilies...weak! They still can't get a simple pre order ready. I have to be dragged through the back to get my pre orders. The only reason why I even keep coming back it's because they actually have decent shatter that's about it the service sucks

There's not much to like here, it's not operated very intelligently or professionally - in fact, this is the exact opposite of how successful dispensaries are run. When they can't be bothered to pick up a ringing phone, you've got problems.

Only here for the comments 😂🐸🍿 It is so disturbing how the employees respond to patients concerns. When I’m bored i will come here to read the sad comments 😂 Why do you all keep wasting your money on poop soup? There’s a reason why it’s cheap 💩💩💩

my favorite dispensary has forgotten all about manners. waiting over an hour and when you mention it the manager and other employees are rude and don't seem to care one bit. think it's time to find a new favorite spot

Overpriced!! Other dispensaries have deals I would look elsewhere

This is usually always my go to spot, most all of the bud tenders even know me by name now. For months the shatter has been some of the best I've ever seen super clear tasty and high quality. Lately I can't say this is the case. The shatter has been very dark, and harsh and not very tasty. I haven't seen any of the familiar Strains either. Hope they go back to what they were doing soon, until then I will be getting my shatter elsewhere.

Don't buy the 1/2 oz of shake! Should be advertised as "Almost a 1/2oz of TRIM" It seems like a deal, more like a scam. I get it, that's cheap for 1/2 oz. And it would be if you actually got 1/2oz of smokable green. I poured it all out and went through with tweezers, twice. I got 12.09 grams of LEAFS and STEMS, and only 1.48 grams of smokable marijuana That's 13.57 total weight, that's a half a gram short of a half an OZ too! My scale isn't certified so dismiss it being light... It still doesn't excuse the fact that I paid 40 dollars for a gram and a half of smokable marijuana. I tried to call and get it returned and they don't answer the phone!! I can't even get someone speak with to see if they'll make it right!

I have been coming here for years. recently it has been nothing but problems. the staff do not care enough to check orders are correct. One girl was so high coming back from her break if I wouldn't have cut 2 lanes of traffic she would have t boned my car. i was told a manager would call me about it but never did. i have not been returned proper change, and have gotten home to find missing or incorrect products. they do nothing to compensate when they mess up and it is impossible to talk to a manager or anyone who cares enough to help. i have been going there for years, but I'm starting to think that all the issues and lack of caring from the staff just aren't worth the prices or the drive.
