Arizona Organix

Went to this dispensary today to pick up a half ounce shake tube for $40. Upon check in I was taken to the back and was shown approximately seven or eight black tubes that contained the product and was told to pick one. After getting some advice on which one I should pick I made my selection and I left. Once I arrived home I opened the black tube and found out that the product was about 60 to 70% sticks and leaves. There was hardly any shake at all in the tube, when I called to speak to somebody about it I was given the manager who goes by the name of Ben. Ben stated that they would not return or exchange the product that I had the option of choosing it and there were samples on the floor that I could have viewed. When I explain to Ben that that did not take place and that whoever The bud tender was they did not show me anything other than the black tubes. Ben refused to help me and stated that there was nothing he could do or would do. He proceeded to hang up on me when I said that was bulls***. Once calling back I asked him what he was going to do to rectify the situation and he refused to give me an answer. Ben finally stated that he would review the matter and possibly give me a call back. I would never recommend this dispensary to anybody nor do I think that they are advertising their product the way they should be. I believe it’s a lot of false advertising and probably needs to be looked at. This is not medicine they are selling.

the shake I bought was completely TRIM . sticks and crunchy dry leaves. im beyond upset i used my last bit of money and still can not smoke. pedro the manager offerd me a $3 discount on my next purchase. I know he couldave did more than that . customer service was slow and seemed unhappy. i honestly dislike coming here. they usually never have what I preorder but I gave it one last try.

Was my first time there but when I checked in they couldn't find my info. So they asked for My drivers license. To input my info. But when I asked about 1st patient deal. I was told I didnt qualify. Smh. If my info was not in your system that means I'm a new patient. Needless to say the custom service was horrible after that. To many dispensary to choose from to be treated that way

Truly honestly the worst experience for a pick-up order not to mention the host lady was rude

Ladies at the front were not personable. I had placed an online order and before I could say anything was immediately cut off and told to have a seat. Another patient came in and also had an online order. They went before me and was trying to ask the lady at the express window how her day was and she completely ignored him twice and the whole room was silent so it got awkward. It’s customer service so i get but still not a very welcoming environment.

I have been coming here for years. recently it has been nothing but problems. the staff do not care enough to check orders are correct. One girl was so high coming back from her break if I wouldn't have cut 2 lanes of traffic she would have t boned my car. i was told a manager would call me about it but never did. i have not been returned proper change, and have gotten home to find missing or incorrect products. they do nothing to compensate when they mess up and it is impossible to talk to a manager or anyone who cares enough to help. i have been going there for years, but I'm starting to think that all the issues and lack of caring from the staff just aren't worth the prices or the drive.

Express ordering is a total joke. Don’t waste your time, unless that is exactly what you want to do. Also, the front desk girls could stand to take some classes in manners. Good thing their product is cheap and good

Dry ass emaciated weed. Grow issue? Harvest issue? Drying issue? Storage issue? All of the above?

Why do you force FTP's to go to through the whole ordering process when they ordered online? We know what dispensaries look like, I dont need a tour of every pharmacy i get my other medicine from, what makes yours special? Its not. Also visibly saw mold on the product and therefore wont touch it.

Like many others I used to shop here when it was medicine only but since they switched it has gone down hill fast!! Don't bother shopping here anymore if you still have your medical card.

The last 4 times I been here they pocket my change especially in the express order area some will say I’ll put it towards your credit for next time and it’s not true I bet they do this to mostly everybody just skimming for change off people will make them plenty of extra money while screwing you over!

unsafe atmosphere pretty dirty parking lot pretty dirty place people really didn't know much about product there also was supposed to get a BOGO first time deal but they fed me wrong information on what was BOGO got to the counter the dude was rude and said this isn't part of the deal as if I worked there so I just left would never go back.

Why bother with Express service through leafly. Every time I do , I still end up waiting an 909

I've been a patient here at Organix for a little over a year now and I do have to say, I have had issues with the product unfortunately, I have had "1 gram" not actually weigh out to a full gram, I have also even received empty packages. They also decided to not give the proper change back at the express window wanting to keep a 5 I'm assuming for themself? I've also had my change not given back to me but that's when you tell them hey where the heck is my change? Or you still owe me. oh well. I guess I keep coming back because of the prices. shatter is good for the price. I guess my review would be higher if I didn't have to deal with some of the issues I've had too this year.

Every time I come the cashiers that check me are are very rude and unwilling to help it’s very sad too many other places in the valley to deal with that

Staff was not kind nor were they helpful was passed up 3 time rep pass me and grab someone else , had a rep walk away from the counter as I was trying to get my order and he help another person very disappointed this was the first time I came here as a rec patient

I went today and wasn’t let in due to not having a MEDICAL CARD. Mind you, I’ve been there so many times and have never had this happen. I always bring in my passport and ID and have no issue yet this time wasn’t let in. I’m not sure if this because of personal reasons, I feel as if they were being racist towards me for using a passport /ID. Regardless, DON’T GO THERE if you don’t have your medical card! They might pull some bs.

Is it me or did they gain an express window and it now takes twice as long? What is the point of express if it is not express? What is the point in having two express windows if you only ever use one of them? You should rename it pick up orders and call it what it is. it's nonsense to advertise a service with a set timeframe and never meet your own timeframe or send the text you require ME to get from YOU so I can get my meds.

They claim to care about customers but they don’t answer their phone when a customer calls. They also have refused to adapt to the Corona pandemic and offer delivery in order to spare their customers from taking unnecessary risks. They can only have 10 customers at a time so there is often a line outside. Could the owner of Arizona Organix come up with a solution, perhaps but I don’t think they even tried to think of ways to help their customers avoid contracting Corona. Shame on the manager of Arizona Organix. It’s always about the money and that’s the truth.

The location was a bit far from me. & there was a lot of people. Also, as a first time visit the guy who was helping me didn’t not acknowledge the discounts. I tried to get concentrate for pen.& they said for the first time patient it’s only flower. When literally Leafly says concentrate

I put on paper wrong flower at the counter after i paid and they woukd not let me exchange it said had to come back next day. Im without a car and Bicycle is my main transportation. Im standing and doin this at az organics now would not recommend to anyone after way i was treated you lost a customer

Complete trash , def not LGBTQ friendly as I was discriminated & accused of theft , they harass you if your parking , this was a great dispensary but now I barely wanna waste my breath talking about about it , the lady manager is yea a joke , there are literally only 3 cool ppl their I like , kinda forgot their names since I’m banned but yea shoutout to I think “Kyle” and some other 2 white dudes, but anyhow def not recommended but if u want good deals & dry weed than I’d come here

Place ripped me off they had some shake on sale so I bought it when I got home and opened it it looked like sticks and leaves, and these guys don’t bother to answer the phone, you guys are good hustling your customers like that
