Why do you force FTP's to go to through the whole ordering process when they ordered online? We know what dispensaries look like, I dont need a tour of every pharmacy i get my other medicine from, what makes yours special? Its not. Also visibly saw mold on the product and therefore wont touch it.

Like many others I used to shop here when it was medicine only but since they switched it has gone down hill fast!! Don't bother shopping here anymore if you still have your medical card.

Pissed off first off customer service sucked ! I purchased a half oz to come home and there be nothing but stems inside! I literally bought stems for $54 bucks! So pissed I have no medicine and a container full of stems and no money! I have been calling since yesterday and leaving voice mails but no one has even tried to reach out to me!!

The location was a bit far from me. & there was a lot of people. Also, as a first time visit the guy who was helping me didn’t not acknowledge the discounts. I tried to get concentrate for pen.& they said for the first time patient it’s only flower. When literally Leafly says concentrate

Meds were mislabeled. The dispensary Agent seemed to stoned or uneducated to provide accurate information on the products. Medication was okay. Not the best I've had. After a couple days the meds I purchased were labeled as "grape ape hash plant" smelled like rotten potatoes. I made it into oil. It's decent enough in my edibles. I wouldn't go back nor recommend. More on par with unlicensed facilities.

I'm highly upset because they are selling and misrepresenting the consumer falsely by stating that it is the original product from the distributor. When in fact the products from the distributor are being repackaged with what I say allegedly is for example, "SHANGO" product from the distributor and mixed with AZO (Trimmings) and whatever in-house cannabis marijuana. I have very many reasons that I can point out that is wrong to the recreational consumer, but most importantly the medical consumers who depend on it. 1. There should be certain procedures and policies put in place to protecting the consumer. 2. The ability to visually see the actual product that we will purchase & physically take home. At the dispensary level we should have that ability. 3. Dispensaries have too much power and have the ability to sell what they please with no fines consequences or limits, and when the consumer does have a problem bottom line they are screwed. There is nobody governing over policies, laws, limits & the protection and rights of the consumer. Today's Friday November 15th my son went in and made a purchase and on the menu it says Arizona organic shake and it has shango shake I know personally that Arizona organic shake are trimmings, they are not mature bud that have not reached the THC level therefore if they're putting it in a package and they're labeling it as shake with whatever THC level it is that's all a lie because if it didn't reach bud level how could it reach the THC level it didn't if it's just a leaf. So I know better so I ordered shango shake because I know Shango products. I bought it numerous times and it comes in a white, yellow and green package directly from shango and it's grinded up. For thinking that I'm getting Shango shake can't wait to get home and smoke little to my surprise I get home open the package and I'm blown away. What I see are nothing but trimmings and there's a few little pieces of bud in there shango shake doesn't have any pieces of bud in there nor do they have leaves. I was kind of puzzled because when I got home and open the bag from the dispensary the marijuana was in a white bag and not the regular Shango bag. I don't doubt they probably put a little bit of shango shake in there but the rest has to be trim and a bunch of junk that they had left over and they repackaged all this and claiming it to be shango product. I called to speak to the manager who was Connor he asked asked how he could help me I then began to tell him what the situation was he cut me off started talking over me and told me that all sales were final. I then proceeded to tell him that this is not right and that we are being full product that is being falsely labeled & repackaged & sold as other product and being sold under that label. Connor with his very unprofessional arrogant attitude then proceeded to try and school me about the shake maturity level of marijuana and totally does not know what he's talking about, everything that he stated was wrong. I don't understand how you can be at management level in a marijuana industry and you haven't one clue about cultivating or the background of marijuana. I stated to Connor I don't want my money back but I do want what I paid for, Connor then proceeded to tell me that I don't have any idea what the hell I'm talking about and hung up on me. Right before his last statement & the hang up, I did warn him that I was going to go live with this situation and that I was going to make sure to contact Shango distributor and let them know what is going on. Im 1,000% loyal to shango they have an amazing products, the flower is outstanding, the fact that they are mixing & repackaging the product it's not fair to the distributing company and could typically harm their superb reputation of having been voted number one in this industry. I will contact Shango. AZO has yet to call me back or resolve this situation. And before I could go forward I have to select something & give it at least 1 star from the top & bottom which I think is crap. Never shop again

Good quality on $15 concentrate grams. PLEASE hire experienced and knowledgeable employees, I cannot stress it enough. THE WAIT/LACK OF KNOWLEDGE is a bummer.

the bud was so dry and ridiculously small. now I'm on hold for over 7 minutes trying to talk to someone regarding my concern. I've heard great things about this place, but this was probably my last visit. the customer service is below par and the flower is more for decoration.

BEWARE check the THC on flower, it's on can. THC has dropped prices haven't. I wont be back

misleading sale tactics. I showed up for the labor day sale where 17$ 8ths of flower were advertised. only 1 strain was 17$ and all the other strains were jacked up 5$, when I complained i was told I could "just go somewhere else". so thank your employee, I'll be visiting the ponderosa from now on.

I don't know what everyone's talking about how this dispensary is the bomb and the staff is so nice ...Its such a drag coming here now! The staff look miserable at times the manager Shannon doesn't like to follow through her responsibilies...weak! They still can't get a simple pre order ready. I have to be dragged through the back to get my pre orders. The only reason why I even keep coming back it's because they actually have decent shatter that's about it the service sucks

It was my first time in a dispensary and I felt I didn’t get my money worth money the 8th of flower that I ordered and what I have are not the same, Zero consistency. I’m disappointed 😒

Horrible service and location lied to me about my first time patient deal so I would end up spending more and the entire place sounded like it had a train constantly running through the place which literally made it impossible for anyone to hear. However I ended up getting a high field live resin batter that was amazing and a random crumble which was alright

I usually only use the express, this past two weeks literally have me driving farther for better customer service. I get people get stressed, an that life right now is difficult. However each time I come in the bud tenders are just rude, the front associates always seem to be upset. The place was a mess for a while a the excuse was I had a mad rush an now its a free for all, when asking about ordering, if the express worked, who could assist, so many people ended up checked in, crowded back area with several confused customers. I've met 4 nice employee's on various shifts, usually the person at the front door is always amazing! Hooks you into the place, if only the vibe continued inside. I've been coming here since 2018. I forget their names, but the Tall gentleman with amazing painted nails, an another thin tall gentleman with blonde long hair. On different occasions have been the most amazing checkouts ever. I had long wait with both an they went above an beyond. Recently the prices increased, I can understand the first one but the second price hike just doesn't seem reasonable. I understand running a business, however hitting the consumer especially patients who use this medicine to live this whole year just hurts. Not sure who's to blame it just bites. I'll see you guys around!

If you’re looking for good fresh high quality weed, DO NOT COME HERE. Got my first patient deal, used it on their top tier strain (35$ 1/8) and I got dry, crunchy bud served in a cat food can. 100% not coming back and glad I used my freebie. I always heard bad things about their bud but had to see it for myself and was I proved right.

I see you haven't updated your website again. Your specials are all the same as last time I checked a month ago.and they are all a lie. Imp date your site so people know that your prices are the highest in the valley and your specials are not specified spent a lot of money here until you changed everything especially your staff you won't get any more of my money
