I see you haven't updated your website again. Your specials are all the same as last time I checked a month ago.and they are all a lie. Imp date your site so people know that your prices are the highest in the valley and your specials are not specified spent a lot of money here until you changed everything especially your staff you won't get any more of my money

I feel like it us hit or miss here. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of consistencies. I did an express order and when I got there was told that the product that I ordered was out of stock sobthey gave me a similar product. I understand running out of something, but why not send that in the text? Instead of being told my items were ready. Then they were trying to overcharge me by like $10. Got a manager and got that fixed. Several of the prerolls I got in the 7pk tins weren't rolled very well. There was big gaps towards the base of preroll making it difficult to pack down as well as hit. Great strain though. I wanted the cactus og but got cactido.

my favorite dispensary has forgotten all about manners. waiting over an hour and when you mention it the manager and other employees are rude and don't seem to care one bit. think it's time to find a new favorite spot

Horrible service and location lied to me about my first time patient deal so I would end up spending more and the entire place sounded like it had a train constantly running through the place which literally made it impossible for anyone to hear. However I ended up getting a high field live resin batter that was amazing and a random crumble which was alright

I have been getting Meds from AZ Organix for around a year now. When I first started to go their product left something to be desired. I tried other clubs and licensed businesses but found the same problems with inferior customer service and many times felt rushed. Well I often return to AZ organix because it is close to my house. I was blown away with their product this time around. Golden Goat and Blue Dream was FIRE, it's so great to get quality meds again, finally GOOD legal weed. I will only be going back to AZ Organix from now on.

There's not much to like here, it's not operated very intelligently or professionally - in fact, this is the exact opposite of how successful dispensaries are run. When they can't be bothered to pick up a ringing phone, you've got problems.

I love this place but I'm starting to think that they are just like everyone else in the valley with putting the better grade on top shelf where the little guy can't afford to buy. Don't get me wrong I love your $200 ounces but please continue to make it all affordable when you're buying the $200 ounces. Not just certain strains. Or you'll be losing your customer base. I guess I'm disappointed that you keep adding to your top shelf with the weed I can't afford but have gotten when buying the ounce. Besides I'm sure most of your customers live on a fixed income and can't afford your top shelf anyways. #GOLDENGOAT why are you adding this one to the top shelf for? Shame on you for taking advantage of the little guy! I still love your products/dispensary though but may have to start looking a little bit closer to home! LOVE&PEACE

Bad service the front desk girl Is always in a bad mood and rude. Over charged because they didn’t update the website. Would not recommend.

If you’re looking for good fresh high quality weed, DO NOT COME HERE. Got my first patient deal, used it on their top tier strain (35$ 1/8) and I got dry, crunchy bud served in a cat food can. 100% not coming back and glad I used my freebie. I always heard bad things about their bud but had to see it for myself and was I proved right.

Like I've said in past posts the staff @ Organix is what the business model for Customer Service should be for the industry. That combined with high quality medication for reasonable prices is a no brainer. For the people truly looking for pain relief, anxiety/depression relief - I recommend the CBD sublingual drops. I've been taking them twice a day and have had zero panic attacks since. I was suffering from them daily due to Combat PTSD/Life/ETC......Also if you are looking to medicate a little faster and save time, I recommend the qrazy train concentrate, it's definitely something I would recommend. I ordered threw there express @ 510pm. Went to Arizona Organix @ 7pm had to wait for an hour @ there so called express window. I asked to move to normal pickup, was told no cause they didn’t want to orders in the system. They are very unorganized here.

what a fall from grace used to be one of the top flower spots not there product is worse then garbage on the street. I hope all these poor reviews wakes u guys up don't know what changed but it need to be fixed or no one will be back.

Because someone else's dog got aggressive there all dogs are banned. I am no longer able to bring my small dog along with me to shop there any more. With highly priced meds, poorly updated menus, and an arrogant attitude of we're the only show in town, I am not likely to be back there soon. There are many friendlier dispensaries within a few minutes drive that keep their menu's current, have superb quality and that are "dog friendly." Not only would I not recommend this place to a friend, I'd think twice of recommending them to someone I didn't like.

Place ripped me off they had some shake on sale so I bought it when I got home and opened it it looked like sticks and leaves, and these guys don’t bother to answer the phone, you guys are good hustling your customers like that

Day before 420: It is about a hour of driving total for me to come to Organix. I pre ordered online. Wait time was about 20 minutes, better than most dispensaries for wait time compared to other places, but... Two items were left out of my order. And one of the items were wrong. (Got shatter instead of budder). I tried calling, but their phone isn't connecting. There is no email I can find for Organix. I am not driving another hour to come back for their mistake. Pretty upset right now. I've spent so much money here. Come on, this is a day before 420.

Express ordering is a total joke. Don’t waste your time, unless that is exactly what you want to do. Also, the front desk girls could stand to take some classes in manners. Good thing their product is cheap and good

Why do you force FTP's to go to through the whole ordering process when they ordered online? We know what dispensaries look like, I dont need a tour of every pharmacy i get my other medicine from, what makes yours special? Its not. Also visibly saw mold on the product and therefore wont touch it.

Complete trash , def not LGBTQ friendly as I was discriminated & accused of theft , they harass you if your parking , this was a great dispensary but now I barely wanna waste my breath talking about about it , the lady manager is yea a joke , there are literally only 3 cool ppl their I like , kinda forgot their names since I’m banned but yea shoutout to I think “Kyle” and some other 2 white dudes, but anyhow def not recommended but if u want good deals & dry weed than I’d come here

Good prices. Customer service could use a change. Tenders always rush you. Chicks in the front have no idea what they are doing. I call express. Get in wait just for them to call me and say they can find my order. Happened more than once. used to be my go to.

Was not a good experience

Pissed off first off customer service sucked ! I purchased a half oz to come home and there be nothing but stems inside! I literally bought stems for $54 bucks! So pissed I have no medicine and a container full of stems and no money! I have been calling since yesterday and leaving voice mails but no one has even tried to reach out to me!!
