Worst dispo I have been to during the COVID-19 crisis. Extremely unorganized, poorly managed, employees are rude and clueless. Don’t bother placing an express order, you will be placed in the same line as everyone else and will be turned away at closing. Wasted 1 hour waiting at this location. Go somewhere else!!!

The $150 oz is a great deal. Oh wait, there isn't any on the menu...???

The customer service is sub par. The waiting room is the worst in the valley. The air conditioning doesn’t work and sweat dripped off of me as I waited. I waited over a half hour sitting and way for my EXRESS order. EXPRESS is a joke.they confirmed my order was ready by text two hours ago. Still they have me stuck in the waiting room hell

I often would come all the way from Phoenix to Tucson to max out my allotment for quality products from Arizona Organix but it seems that it has gone profits over patients there. I ordered almost an Oz of wax and three of the jarred items were not full grams as advertised. What i got instead was thin layer instead of a full gram. I called into reconcile the issue with management and they didn’t care and only stated ‘our weights are certified through Arizona weights and measurements”. Well if that’s the case I’ll be filing a complaint to the state for what was stolen from me by this dispensary. Don’t buy the Gelatox Dragon fruit batters or any of them for that matter as they’re not full grams.

The Pappa OG is horrible I've spent thousands of dollars on my medication at your location to receive that quality of garbage is ridiculous then I did a review yesterday and you guys didn't even post it so you don't want your customers know how bad that stuff is that's ridiculous we spend money for quality and that was not quality it used to be it no longer is I don't know what happened but you guys need to fix it or change it to $200 absolutely ridiculous

got shorted $20 and wasted almost the same amount in gas trying to get it back because they dont answer the phones. and in the end i never got that $20 back. good luck speaking with a manager, you'll be outside waiting for 45 minutes just to talk for 2 minutes

the website i is absolute trash. couldn't register on phone or a computer. impossible to contact a person. i waited inn hold for 20 min then gave up. i don't even know if the product our atmosphere are good because their service wasn't good enough for me to find out. Not professional at all.

I love the product itself at AZ Organix, however the staff itself is ALWAYS rude. The lady always at the front just says “express order or going in the back” and doesn’t make eye contact. They don’t care about customer service just getting customers in and out. Not only that, They have mobile ordering but you never got a response as to them receiving it or completing it. I only come for the product at this point. Very unprofessional environment.

I came in for my birthday special the day after, due to working on my birthday. They absolutely refuse to work with me, and didn't even understand that I cannot come in on the exact day of my birthday. This made me very upset cause me to walk out and I refuse to ever come back. I want my dispensary to be understanding and care about getting me my meds when I come in. Honoring promotion's is part of this and it was very disappointing to know that the small reward you do give me once a year could not be honored under the circumstances. My order would have been over $100 but now my time has been wasted because I'm not valued as a patient there.

eard about the $25 grams of shatter, and decided to check the place out. Read on Leafly about their Sap cartridges, and decided to check that out as well. Errl Cup winner you say? Got a nice looking gram of flower for free as a first time patient, although I'd have loved to be able to have credit towards concentrate, as I primarily vaporize due to the need to be discrete. Still, I'm excited to go sesh it with friends on game night. Looks like good smoke for the free stuffs! Great service here, too. Check-in was fast, with a brief first time patient survey, and friendly smiles at the window. I was called to the back in just minutes, and had a great budtender named Austin who "got me" as a customer right away. Knowledgeable and approachable, he listened well to what I wanted, and didn't try to upsell me. Definitely the kind of guy I'd ask for again. Now for the best part. Apparently, this cartridge won the Errl Cup *twice*. For a reason. I have tried many carts, and WOW does this thing hit! I bought the store branded battery, which (at $15) is a better version of your standard push-button 510, at about the same price as the throwaways. I have a pretty decent tolerance, so I put it on high, and took about 4-5 good rips. The airflow is a little tight, but that's not uncommon for these pens. Nice and stoned. Definitely impressed by the potency here... this one's going to be my new out and about, I think. If you're looking for a potent cart that won't break the bank, this it. They run $35 for a .5g, which seems small,but this stuff is supposedly 98% THC with *zero* cutting agents. The atomizer is clearly custom designed to wick the very viscous Sap, and it's easy to believe that there are no diluents present here. I can tell you, it hits VERY nicely. I'm well medicated, happy...and apparently in the mood to type. Good thing there's a large character limit. Now...where's the snacks at?

Terrible location. Absolutely rude staff. Employees standing around instead of helping customers. Security guard was very nice to me but was absolutely rude to my S/O.

You really need to teach your reps to pay attention and don't substitute without checking first

I drove here a few days ago since I haven't tried the 15 dollar gs of wax. Ended up buying a half ounce of wax+ which looked quality. When I got home and started low temping dabs with the terp budder, it melted like it hasn't been purged completely-Popping and crackling at a very low temperature. There are also no terpene profiles present, probably because their extractor did not do a good job. Overall I feel like I got screwed and now I have a half ounce a undabbable wax. I usually go to Bloom for concentrates, their Gemz are made expertly and have tons of different terpene profiles. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS DISPENSARY, ESPECIALLY FOR CONCENTRATES!

They still suck. Check your allotment before and after you come here. Notorious for screw ups.

First, & maybe the last time I'm ever going to this place. the receptionists were extremely rude at check in, the First Time Patient deals don't make any sense, but they did have some good BOYSENBERRY GELATO, and the bud tinder was cool. This place would be ok if the fixed the front office.

I have been coming here for years. recently it has been nothing but problems. the staff do not care enough to check orders are correct. One girl was so high coming back from her break if I wouldn't have cut 2 lanes of traffic she would have t boned my car. i was told a manager would call me about it but never did. i have not been returned proper change, and have gotten home to find missing or incorrect products. they do nothing to compensate when they mess up and it is impossible to talk to a manager or anyone who cares enough to help. i have been going there for years, but I'm starting to think that all the issues and lack of caring from the staff just aren't worth the prices or the drive.

Staff was rude and the ATMs took money out but didn’t dispense. Took a while to get funds back and they yelled at me for checking my account on my phone.

service has gone downhill last 4x in. bad anxiety and im really quiet. They allways seem frustrated with me instantly. But im not picky at all . They are not friendly or welcoming at all. The shatter is always good. off my list, and im sad about it. not worth the drive anymore..

Good quality on $15 concentrate grams. PLEASE hire experienced and knowledgeable employees, I cannot stress it enough. THE WAIT/LACK OF KNOWLEDGE is a bummer.

BEWARE check the THC on flower, it's on can. THC has dropped prices haven't. I wont be back

the bud was so dry and ridiculously small. now I'm on hold for over 7 minutes trying to talk to someone regarding my concern. I've heard great things about this place, but this was probably my last visit. the customer service is below par and the flower is more for decoration.
