Concentrates are garbage . This place needs to be regulated for its product. The concentrates are pure propylene glycol . The same thing in vaping pens oil. ORGANIX do us all a favor and go weed again. I no longer shop here

Someone at Arizona Organix used my allotment. Has anyone else had this issue with them???? I have contacted the health department cause this is bull crap. I had to go with my Meds for a week and a half cause they cleaned out my allotment.

Quality has gone down not the same AZO as back then. Concentrates are straight 🚮

Love the folks that work there. Nice lay out inside. Now for the bad. I'm finding that the packaging used is very deceptive. They use non see through cat food cans for lack of a better word. You are unable to see the product. Getting a good can is like a Easter egg hunt. Far to often I open a can of "premium cannabis" and it looks rotten, stemmy, and sticks. Bad curing, lack of proper bud trimming and has spots of mold and rotten bud. Basically moldy rotten sticks and stems. Have you noticed an increase in coughing fits from their weed? The bud is bad, they are hiding bad medicine in tin cans. No one would buy this dirt if they could pick see what's actually being sold to them. I would avoid this place until they change their packaging, or enjoy a health decline by smoking heinous weed. It is what it is, unbiased review, and not trying to hurt these guys reputation as I want to see them succeed. But the cans need to go.

Well normally I like this place for their shatter. Super annoying to have an express window and have it closed!! Sooooo slow!!!! I came in for one thing and had to wait forever. Not pleased

This place is usually pretty good, product is great. The only thing that sucks is the service usually. But the meds they're always on point. I recently went and purchased a half ounce of the shake that they sell. Thinking that everything else they sell is great so why would the shake be bad. The first thing I should have paid attention to his that I was not allowed to look at it it was just in a tube pre sealed. And I don't know about you but when I think Shake I think little pieces of weed that are already broken up and the leftovers of the weed that was there before. Not lawn trimmings. In the half ounce I got there was maybe one gram of smokable marijuana. And I'm not just a stoner who got his med card, I have screws and plates in my shoulder and my elbow and i'm in constant pain. Tried to talk to a manager, conveniently there wasn't one available. Sent am email to the email the receptionist gave me. No reply. I'm sure they make enough money to not have to sell what should be thrown in the garbage! Just sad when people take a beautiful thing like medical Marijuana, and do shady business. Ripping off patients they "care" about. I'll let you know if they ever reach out to resolve the issue.

Great price on what turned out to be some of the weakest THC oil I have ever tried. And seriously, what is up with this places pricing? This is an insult to all patients, as this quality cannabis can be found at other dispensaries for MUCH MUCH less money. Also, why don't they sell grams??

Can you rate -1? Can They reply on here like they do on google? NOPE This place is trash! The wait is ALWAYS more than 45 minutes long the staff is not friendly at all, with all that money they are making selling concentrates for 15$ you would think they could hire some GOOD employees that know how to treat a patient.

I love this places products don’t get me wrong! But the staff are seriously rude especially the females, they need an attitude check.

Only dispensary in town that don't give Veterans discount... But thank you for your service... Is the response I got... Bud selection is weak at best..Once in a blue moon they get something that is worth the price.. Need some new management in my opinion. And the slowest dispensary too... No one in line still takes 25 mins to get in and out..

They've raised shatter prices 18%. I mainly go here for shatter but the price increase puts its price on par with all other dispensaries. You'd think they'd learn from last time they increased price and then put it back. That said, I have a feeling I'll be getting same if not better deals on shatter elsewhere. Plus they never have deals, the shatter prices were the reason to go there, not so much now.

I saw Golden Goat added to the menu in the morning, good thing, AO Golden Goat is usually good. Hurry down to old Glendale to get some but I know better than to use Express based on buying bogus ATF weed here without checking it out in the past. Waiting room is empty at 0815, I'm thinking all good good good. Then the budtender tells me , we don't have Golden Goat. Sure enough, it is now NOT on the menu. I ask how's that happen, you just added it this morning: just get I don't know for the answer. This place desperately needs some help. No thanks for the hour and half round trip drive for Nada.

My bud tender was great. The joint I got was great. I am however appalled by the two receptionists at the check in desk. I watched them be beyond rude to a man that so needed their patience. It was obvious he had Parkinson’s. He couldn’t find his card and I heard one of them say do you even have a card? He did! He just couldn’t find it. A little compassion goes along way. Isn’t that what this business is about?

Their meds might be cheap but their customer service sucks! Any hard questions will br met with attitude for sure, I'll take my money elsewhere, not worth the drive from Chandler for this kind of service.

I visited this place for the first time a couple of days ago, because I was interested in the selection of Kief that they have. I purchased several grams of Kief, and took advantage of the FTP special of buy a quarter get a quarter. They will only match with their mid tier supply, even if you buy premium as I did. When I got home I opened up the vac-sealed bags of mid grade to put them in the containers they gave me. After filling up the 1/8th ounce containers I noticed that the containers were on 1/3rd full. This means that they only gave me 2 grams, instead of 2 eighths. I called the store immediately, and asked to speak with a manager. After 15min on hold I called back again only to be put on hold yet again. After several minutes a girl came on to get my information so they could call me back tomorrow. I explained the story, and the girl said someone would be calling me in the morning for sure. The next day I did not receive a call back, so I finally called them at 5pm. After almost another 20min on hold I was prompted to leave a message. I again explained the story, and left contact information. Still no call back after 2 days. I think the State may have issues with fraud in the distribution of a controlled substance, and you would think that the store would be concerned. I find the quality of the flower I purchased to be low quality. I got 4 different strains, and they were all very dry, and lacked flavor. This was true of even their so called premium $35 eights. I think the big reason this place always has so much kief available is because the strip their plants of this before it is packaged for sale. I did not see much of any Keif left on any of the flower.

The service is horrible. I walked in yesterday around 6 pm and to my surprise, there was only one patient in the lobby (weird since it’s typically packed around this time), but I got in right away which was awesome. I ordered ordered 6 grams of wax and when I was checking out, the bud tender didn’t show me what I got. So after she sent me on my way, I walked back out in the lobby (which is now packed) and noticed I didn’t get the correct strain or type of wax I wanted. Or at least half of my order was wrong. So I bring it up to the the girl working the front desk and she just asked for my card and said somebody will call you up. So after waiting for about 10 more minutes and seeing a couple other patients get called up, I walked back up and asked if they just put me back in line. She said they did.... so I just took my meds and left. They wanted me to wait an additional 20-30 minutes because they messed up? Lol ok. Wouldn't recommend.

Prices went way up here !! Used to be the place to get cheap wax for a cheap deal and now the quality went down and prices went up! And then they even raised prices again to probably make up for the loss of customers! This place has to be going out of business soon….

This place looks and feels like a sketchy place. Always a long wait a when I tried to preorder there was no answer. I have walked in and walked out twice now. I prefer a better medical experience and I’ll pay the extra $5 per order to have it. There’s no welcome when you walk in and the staff is disconnected. But hey if you want a 15 eighth I guess you get what you pay for.

Came in yesterday March 8th for a sap cart. I picked up the mimosa one and when I got home and took it out the cart was a little dark at the top like it had been sitting for awhile. No big deal to me so I put it on my battery and then there’s another issue, it’s not hitting. I tried different batteries and trying to let the cart heat up but nothing. Decided to call organix to issue my complaint in hopes they could solve my issue but the receptionist was not very sympathetic for me at all. She didn’t apologize for the issue and mind you I live 27 miles away from this dispensary. All she told me was that I could bring it in with a receipt, which why would I keep that anyway considering they have never warned me about their carts in the past. Anyway, I could bring it in with a receipt and possibly have it exchanged if their tests on it proved it didn’t work. Like why would I lie about it not working and why would I want to drive all the way down there to maybe have them tell me its fine when it’s not lol. This place is a joke. You need to have better patient care. Refunding a sap cart shouldn’t be that big of a deal especially when I’ve been coming here for years.

Horrible customer service skills and bs won’t shop here again worst dispensary in AZ straight trash.

i usually don't have a problem with this location but i put in an order like usual and came to pick up and it was wrong before i go to tell the cashier which part was wrong she already cashed me out so they got the manager fransico (cisco) who came up and blamed me for it saying that i shouldn't have agreed that was my order, but i never got the chance to say something.

This has become the worst dispensary. The meds are mostly sticks most of the time. They sell empty packages and the staff here are very unlikely to work with you. They do not make good on their business. They absolutely don't care about their patients, they care only about profit. I would advise you avoid this place if possible.
