Express is a Joke I wouldn’t bother if you expect to get out of there in 10mins or less because it won’t happen, You’re better off just going in the back.

This is the worst dispensary. They have the worst employees. The security guard they have is rude, yelled at me because my driver dropped me off close to the door where I’m a disabled person and cannot walk far distance. The guard told me to go home and verbally abused me in front of the others because my driver dropped me off where a small sign was put saying no drop off. And the sign was not a state law or a had a statue... furthermore the manger came out to tell me to leave. Since when the customer is not right ?

At 11:37 I got a text that says my order is ready to pick up. At 12 they tell me they are out of 5 of the 6 items I ordered online. This is after sitting on the express line watching 4 patients go to the back and two come out with their purchases before even getting to the express window. You better not say anything or ask why no one texted you because the rude express window budtender will send out Pedro "the manager" to threaten to ban you from the store. I've shopped here every week for over 3 years, super disappointing how they treat regulars. Horrible service, horrible experience

when this was the first dispensary in Arizona it was amazing. now, I wouldn't piss on this place to stop a fire. prices have increased. quality has gone down. customer service is beyond a joke. any 5 star reviews from this place are from their workers and managers, not real patients. avoid at all costs.

Was a committed Patron of this establishment for several years until today. I commented an opinion on one of their products on their Instagram and instead of commenting back properly they just deleted the comment and also deleted several other people's comments. Afterwards they replied to a separate comment I had made in which I had stated it was just an opinion and they didn't have to be so butt hurt about it. They then basically said my opinion does not matter, then blocked me. Now I had used nicer and more intelligent words but they just blocked me whoever is running their social media is a douche. Your products suck anyways only ever went there for the price half the time when smoking your concentrates I barely even get medicated to a proper level, I have to do dabs of 0.2g or 0.3g sizes... you suck. Sincerely what was a loyal customer.

Mallory h did a terrible job. it was my first time here and I am more than disappointed. I wanted a gas strain. Not a fruity strain like what I ended up getting. I was asking questions and she knew nothing about the Cannabis. It is very clear that she does not have her medical card. placed an order through leafly at 5pm, never received any confirmation that the order was completed. When I call the next day and advise of this, I get back basically a text message shrug snd blaming Leafly. I physically go down there,now doubly stressed but needing reasonable priced concentrate . The girl at the register is practically vacant and then her system crashes for 5 minutes plus and just hands me a pen and paper,no explanation . I finally go back, and get my order, some shatter and flower. Goo is supposed to be potent, this was not but the WORST part? The shatter literally melted to goo within seconds . Their shatter lacks structural integrity and is useless, I cant even remove it from the paper without it melting and sticking to anything but what I want it to. Its like I paid for them to spit on me and slap me in the face.

I use to come here for their quality products and customer service, products are still good but there customer service is the worst in the valley.

made me stand in 4 different lines for a pickup order for 1 preroll & it took 45 minutes. while people who arrived before me were in & out. bad quality & bad service. will never come here EVER AGAIN.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience at this shop. Imagine going to buy any other medication and when you arrived for your refill they added $100 to the bill. You ask why ,they say they changed their deals. I’m sorry but it is inhuman to price gouge medications. I guess since so many people use weed for recreational purposes that these businesses feel they can get away with treating patients the way they do. I won’t be back , I’ve said that before and returned due to cost. Well now cost has gone up again.

Weird dispensary. Cheap shatter decent quality. Like the sap ok. Never once had a deal tho. Barely ever go to this place.

I have been going here and only here for almost a year. Indeed they have new owners that do keep raising the prices. Shop around, there is plenty of supply in the Valley, they are just gouging. As soon as Arizona declared an emergency this dispensary raised popcorn prices from $100 to $160 an ounce. 60% increase for no other reason than they think you might be scared and pay it, dont. Might be worth while for people to write the state complaining about it. I am going to do my best to get the media to cover companies like this. When everyone else is trying to survive this emergency this owner is fleecing medical patients. Remember, they are not corner drug dealers, so report them to the state. Other Valley dispensaries have the same bud from the same sources for under $100 an ounce so no need to give these people anything.

Nobody in line and as soon as I showed my card the lady behind the counter started lecturing me about how I had to go through her window first even if I had an express order, that they only had one person to fill the orders and that I needed to go sit down and wait. No kind words just orders. Here's a tip (the only one these folks are gonna get from me)---patients at a dispensary are often in pain but we still realize that it is going to take a few minutes to get our orders filled. Don't make us feel like assholes just because we walked in the door.

The concentrates are mediocre, buds have seeds, and the worst part is the customer service. They cant even get pre-orders correct. Of you are just going to lose my order, then why even take it? This used to be an ok spot. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever!

there express lane isnt express if u dont order from phone or weedmaps. the workers look like they dont want to work there

Drove 30 min there for an online deal that was really good. They confirmed the online order, but didn't honor it once I had driven down there. They gave me an attitude when I pointed out the price dependency like it was my fault they advertised it wrong and din't catch it before I got to the register. Then I get very unhelpful service when trying to spend the hundreds of dollars Had on my messed up order. I'll never come back!

Ordered half oz of Las Vegas Triangle SHATTER on Leafly app Friday, worst quality of shatter I’ve ever had. If it’s gonna be a jar of liquids that doesn’t even look like a full gram, maybe you guys shouldn’t call it Shatter online. I’ll will never buy from here again.
