I preordered on "Leafly" and sat in a dreary, most uncomfortable lobby waiting. for my express order. I watched a man come in off the street, and he looked at me as he walked past after the shop attendant took his card. he sat down about 5 Seconds it was backup being escorted to the back to purchase. when the door opened and he walked past me with his field order I felt so violated as I had a priority Leafly, top of the line, express window order, or maybe not. At that point I went up to the window and I asked the attendant "why didn't you advise me that it was faster to go to the back?" My question fell on deaf ears. All kinds of excuses. Please AZ Organix train your staff. I want to feel like a repeat customer, somebody who likes to come to the dispensary. No one wants an overcast shadow when thinking of Arizona Organix in Glendale, Arizona!

it really is a shame used to love this place, was my go-to spot. but something has happened to the quality of both the product and the people working here. very much bothers me vecause i had been going here for years. Quality of meds has decreased significantly, so much so that it doesnt matter how low the price no thanks. I dont know what happened to the freindly staff, but their definently not here anymore. Replaced with a group that acts like your waisting their time when you ask any questions. its litterally "how much do you want, is that it?" with an eye roll. this is one of the longest running dispensaries in the state, hopefully they fix their issues. i mean they did fix the parking lot finally, so i have hope.....

No percentages on any flower products. So we're not supposed to know how much THC is in the flower? is this becoming some Big Industry Secret? ...Nah more like a way to sell inferior non-medical products at premium medical cost. In no way do I shop at dispo's who don't list percentages. I'm way too educated. I truly hope the cannabis card carrying public wakes up to this shameful practice..

I came to the dispensary and my son went to the oet store while I was inside. The owner put a tow sticker on my car a d came and yelled at me I. The lobby that the parking was for patients only. I was humiliated by him in a room full of patients yelling at me at the top of his lungs. I will never go back and based on my experience i would definatley not reccomend this dispensary. There are to many options ans this is the wrong choice.

Was my first time there and to say the least i was NOT impressed. Had two problems about the place. First of all, the quality is not good enough for how much they charge. Secondly, I did not like how you can only purchase an eighth ounce or more. I will not be returning

Tired of only seeing sugar cookie/Jesus og. Irritating how you have 10 flower strains and 2 crappy dark shatters but it's "$25 a g All the time". Guess HWC is getting my money now.

worst place ever, went there with my therapy dog and they refused to let me go in and then when I went back without my dog they told me because I chose not to buy anything I lose out on my first time patient buyout that's like intimidation of forcing someone to buy something that that don't want. rude and disrespectful ---20 stars would never refer anyone one there, the place need to run out of business.

Where is your menu? Please post your current flower menu and prices. Advice: Please train your staff to understand your pricing on full ounces of premium cannabis. I think it would benefit you to help your customers more. Respectfully, Barry Gordon

well it's my birthday and I went doing my birthday dance and stopped off here and got to the counter after a 15-minute wait and they don't have the free grams for first-time patient or birthday girls just so happen to be fresh out customer service is poor either they could have at least offered me a rain check or pre-rolls

their weed is trash. I could swear it out door or just grown wrong. the wax us made from moldy products and trash trim it's ok for a boofshop.

I had an issue with the papas og and was basically mocked for it. The problem is it wasn't any good. If you had the last batch of papas and you agree like this comment. let's see if they can listen or if we need to do the papasogreview site. i want some good papas again!

Well normally I like this place for their shatter. Super annoying to have an express window and have it closed!! Sooooo slow!!!! I came in for one thing and had to wait forever. Not pleased

The concentrate price is really hard to beat but the customer service is atrocious. My express orders are consistently filled incorrectly and I've been charged for product that I didn't recieve. Most recently, despite multiple calls and assurances that I'd have credit towards my next purchase, I was treated like a liar and thief when I tried to use it. I'll spend more elsewhere if it means I'll be treated civilly.

This place is usually pretty good, product is great. The only thing that sucks is the service usually. But the meds they're always on point. I recently went and purchased a half ounce of the shake that they sell. Thinking that everything else they sell is great so why would the shake be bad. The first thing I should have paid attention to his that I was not allowed to look at it it was just in a tube pre sealed. And I don't know about you but when I think Shake I think little pieces of weed that are already broken up and the leftovers of the weed that was there before. Not lawn trimmings. In the half ounce I got there was maybe one gram of smokable marijuana. And I'm not just a stoner who got his med card, I have screws and plates in my shoulder and my elbow and i'm in constant pain. Tried to talk to a manager, conveniently there wasn't one available. Sent am email to the email the receptionist gave me. No reply. I'm sure they make enough money to not have to sell what should be thrown in the garbage! Just sad when people take a beautiful thing like medical Marijuana, and do shady business. Ripping off patients they "care" about. I'll let you know if they ever reach out to resolve the issue.

i usually don't have a problem with this location but i put in an order like usual and came to pick up and it was wrong before i go to tell the cashier which part was wrong she already cashed me out so they got the manager fransico (cisco) who came up and blamed me for it saying that i shouldn't have agreed that was my order, but i never got the chance to say something.

Only dispensary in town that don't give Veterans discount... But thank you for your service... Is the response I got... Bud selection is weak at best..Once in a blue moon they get something that is worth the price.. Need some new management in my opinion. And the slowest dispensary too... No one in line still takes 25 mins to get in and out..

I visited this place for the first time a couple of days ago, because I was interested in the selection of Kief that they have. I purchased several grams of Kief, and took advantage of the FTP special of buy a quarter get a quarter. They will only match with their mid tier supply, even if you buy premium as I did. When I got home I opened up the vac-sealed bags of mid grade to put them in the containers they gave me. After filling up the 1/8th ounce containers I noticed that the containers were on 1/3rd full. This means that they only gave me 2 grams, instead of 2 eighths. I called the store immediately, and asked to speak with a manager. After 15min on hold I called back again only to be put on hold yet again. After several minutes a girl came on to get my information so they could call me back tomorrow. I explained the story, and the girl said someone would be calling me in the morning for sure. The next day I did not receive a call back, so I finally called them at 5pm. After almost another 20min on hold I was prompted to leave a message. I again explained the story, and left contact information. Still no call back after 2 days. I think the State may have issues with fraud in the distribution of a controlled substance, and you would think that the store would be concerned. I find the quality of the flower I purchased to be low quality. I got 4 different strains, and they were all very dry, and lacked flavor. This was true of even their so called premium $35 eights. I think the big reason this place always has so much kief available is because the strip their plants of this before it is packaged for sale. I did not see much of any Keif left on any of the flower.

Ordered online, got confirmation texts (3) that my ordered had been received, it was being prepared and then that it was confirmed and ready for pick-up. Had to stand in line outside in the access road for over 1 hour. Got inside, went to the "Express Line" and they did not have my order. I had to go through it again and they only had part of what I originally ordered online. they bagged it and I asked the person "So that is 4 of (whatever), 6 of (whatever) and 6 of (whatever)? They said yes, stapled the bag shut and I paid and took my bag and went home. When I got home there were 4 items missing from the bag but they were on my receipt. So I paid for 4 things that they did not put in the bag even after they "verified" what was in my order. I made 3 phone calls to the store, had to leave voicemails and no one ever called me back. Have been here before and this is the second time they have not given me what I ordered or charged me wrong.
