the staff is rude the quality has gone down when I order online they lose it of give me thing I didnt order i dont get a call if they mess up or need to change something. they always seem to call 7 to 8 people before actually calling me even though I'm checked in before them. when i try to tell then or ask them why is is the price always changing for example I was charged 85 instead of 75 like the website says. other dispensaries tell me that oh it's the same as the price online. but no you guys tell me rudely that "ooh its tax dont you know what tax is?" like how rude I pay to come get my medication from you guys for a year.so I'm taking my business to someone who cares and can have me in at out. patients becarful with staff some of them are super rude

it really is a shame
used to love this place, was my go-to spot.
but something has happened to the quality of both the product and the people working here. very much bothers me vecause i had been going here for years.
Quality of meds has decreased significantly, so much so that it doesnt matter how low the price no thanks. I dont know what happened to the freindly staff, but their definently not here anymore. Replaced with a group that acts like your waisting their time when you ask any questions. its litterally "how much do you want, is that it?" with an eye roll.
this is one of the longest running dispensaries in the state, hopefully they fix their issues. i mean they did fix the parking lot finally, so i have hope.....

I came to the dispensary and my son went to the oet store while I was inside. The owner put a tow sticker on my car a d came and yelled at me I. The lobby that the parking was for patients only. I was humiliated by him in a room full of patients yelling at me at the top of his lungs. I will never go back and based on my experience i would definatley not reccomend this dispensary. There are to many options ans this is the wrong choice.

Driver here from surprise yesterday. Placed an order before I left and when I pulled up out front I called to check on the status. The girl on the phone was so rude basically making an excuse at every turn and made it sound like helping me was a HUGE hassle. I asked to see if it was ready. She said I should be getting texts. I said I wasn’t and I was worried I did it wrong then . She said well I don’t know. Again I explain I drove a long way can u help me tell me if this was done right well if I got back there that’s going to take me a very long time like 8 minutes. Wtf? So you don’t wanna help me? Basically I was treated like I didn’t matter my 45 minutes trip and waiting and calling for help just isn’t enough to warrant your time. I will NEVER come back y’all have had me from the beginning. If you wanna call and apologize then I might bring my business back otherwise I will take it else where.

Don’t go here!!!
I bought 5 prerolls & not one felt like medication it was more as If I had smoked paper only. Went through all of them & still nothing never in my life.. I’m baffled

Honestly I bought a lot of concentrates today over there for the first time and all of them were a point off scaled out so and I bought 9 do the math that’s damn near a whole gram scale your product and you will see
Cheapest and worse quality cannabis you can find! It you want complete garbage for dirt cheap- this will be your go too!
Had my pre order cancelled multiple time before i could change my order absolutely ridiculous

First time going there, mainly because it’s far from my home. This will be the last time I go too. Completely unorganized, no rush even though they had a line down the street. Very unprofessional and very very disappointing. Also don’t waste your time calling. They never once answered 6 of my phone calls from noon to the evening.

Drake voice: “I mean where the fuck do I really even start.” WOW. THIS VISIT today was just an absolute disaster in every way possible. We all understand the difficult time COVID 19 is surrounding us with, but waiting OVER AN HOUR is not okay. Also no birthday deals are being honored right now... why? Spin the wheel for us and let us get our prize. Especially when we shop at your dispensary TWICE A WEEK. The staff inside seemed extra moody and inattentive. Start treating your customers right! It’s going downhill fast which is sad to see.

This location really needs to work on there customer service skills. Placed an order on Leafly got a confirmation that more order was ready only to wait 40 mins in lobby on top of that walked out with nothing because they no longer had my strain.
I called to ask them how busy they were because I had placed an express order, the lady asked me if I could hold, I politely asked if they were busy and then she hung up on time without answering my question. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, and now I will no longer be returning here due to the customer service.

took my best friend here as a new patient and scarlett helped us out and was very displeased to show us flower I've been here for 4 years now and I've never had poor service until today.. hopefully she was just having a bad day and can get it together tomorrow.

repost this happen Sunday the 6th and I called Monday the 7th
Yester day I went to the dispensary and I said I wanna look at bug they showed me the shake half ounce for 40 but they wouldn't open it for me to look at it so I wasn't going to buy it until they started giving good reviews about it so I said I'll give it a shot and bought it. Little did I know when I got home and opened it, it turned out to be 98% shake I was busy so I couldn't go back I called today when I got time and talk to the manager and he was rude his name is Ben he kept telling me that's what shake is it's the leafs and I told him no it's the bottom of the bad o wanted flower not leafs and I asked for another managers name so o could talk to them some time and he didn't want to give me their name and kept saying I'm been then he got mad and just hung up on me 😠 that is poor survive I liked this dispensary until that happened

I do not plan on returning here service was horrible! The girl calls me up for my order I look and notice it's missing my crumble I tell her and she goes to the back only to come back and tell me they are out of it! Which she didn't tell me to begin with I had to ask for it in order for her to even say anything and I was never contacted about it to see if I wanted something else. So I ask her can I get a replacement which she ends up giving me shatter didn't let me know the flavor or anything put it in the bag and rang me up. I get to my car only to realize she gives me shatter and not even crumble. Like wth I'm so mad and annoyed!!! Inconsiderate and couldn't take a couple minutes to notify me.

my order was wrong, I called, emailed, text and I still have not been able to reach anyone to fix my order. I live far from thr dispensary and I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service since they have opened to rec sales :(
unfortunately they will not get anymore of my money, and I will bad mouth every chance I get since they won't communicate with me. 2nd time its happened, I let the 1st go, but the 2nd time... not cool man not cool.

Talk about a fucking joke, ordered when they opened received the text saying its ready just to get there and be told they sold out.
Good to see you take care of your medical pre orders.
Today I put in an order for express and specified that I wanted two packs of prerolles. One sativa and one indica. What I got was a pack of house blend pre rolls and a hybrid. None of which I asked for. I called asked why did they pick that, and not a legit sativa strain like I had asked for, and she said they didnt have any so they substitute it... WITHOUT telling me. I'm not okay with the fact that Arizona Organix does not communicate the changes to PATIENTS order.
Went back and manager blamed me, manager was incredibly rude. I'm never going back.

I've been to this dispensary many times, but lately the manager has been very rude and snippy. The manager is very inconsiderate to people with illnesses. He told me I had to leave and come back 15-30 minutes later because my mother (also a patient) handed me cash. He has made rude comments on multiple occasions, has been rude in front of other customers, has told me I was a liar, and is generally a real jerk. I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone.
"Express" order, my ass. You're better off just checking and waiting to go back.
