This place has gotten my order wrong, literally, 40% of the time. That is not hyperbole. My order has been wrong at least 4 out of 10 times here. On top of that, the system they have to fill pre-orders is completely screwed up. I shouldn't be here for 30 minutes just to pick up an order. The only reason I still come here is bc it's close to my apartment. Do NOT come here!!!

Raising prices by 40% for medical patients without even giving us forewarning... Are used to be able to justify all the shortcomings of this dispensary, like the fact that they have no information on what strains will be good for a certain medical conditions, and they don’t allow you to look on your phone either color to see which strains would be good for my medical condition. This used to be my go to dispensary, even though the concentrates are mediocre compared to the competition, but when it came to the price point, it was totally worth it. Not anymore though.... I won’t be coming back to this dispensary Carla and in six months time they are going to regret alienating their most loyal customers

Usually give great reviews for this place but now it horrible the customer service is shit they are rude and dont value their customers.they wont server you or let you if you park by the tattoo shop.yet it is the closest to the door they make you park in the back if you dont they wont let u in and are rude as hell so disappointed with this place been coming here for years.they have lost me as a customer. Clean up your Act Arizona organix stop being rude to your customers and acting like your to fight your customers. Wont be long before a law suit is in the works. Seriously. Today date is 12/11/20 i call for a corporate or a supervisor number and they refused and hung up on me.i already made a complaint to BBB so rude and unprofessional.over a parking spot i did move my car to the back and parked were i always park they never made an issue til today the skinny black guy need to be fired for how rude he is with customers.i seen the security come out at one point before and. would tell people to move and Never once they said anything til today only because my boyfriend in there and were rude to him and once they seen he got in my car they threaten to call the cop because i was rude yet the skinny black walks up to you rudely and talks to you rudely.if your reading this and have had horrible experience contact BBB and make a complaint about this place its just so disrespectful.

I placed TWO separate orders BEFORE leaving my house. When I got the alert my orders were ready we went to the dispensary. When we got there, we were asked, “Express, Online order or walk in?” We said express but then we were sent to the SAME ridiculously long line. Without being told that they will no longer be processing express orders, everyone has to wait in line to be served as you show up. Right as I got to the part where I was going to get to pick up medication, Francisco the manager decided it was ok to be a 'Big Man', the ‘Enforcer’ if you will and start yelling at the line. I have CPTSD because of men like Francisco who like to abuse women by asserting their dominance! He made an announcement and I asked him a question, he cut me off and said, "I'm gonna talk you get to listen..." He did not want to answer my question, he wanted make his statements. I had 2 express orders and I waited in line for 75 minutes for both orders just to get told when I am about to walk inside that I will not be allowed to pick up my second order. But the icing on the cake was when I wanted to ask about my express orders for the second time because he did not answer my question at all about how to get my second order, At which time he said if I don't want to be here I don't need to be here, he then proceeded to threaten to have me banned from purchasing any of my medication because I wanted to ask a question he refused to answer!! He made a scene inside the dispensary yelling at me that i was only going to get my 1 express order or I could leave then he repeated the same to the lady behind the counter as if I was a school age child who needed to be admonished. They want to complain about the stress in their work environment as an excuse to berate customers who have mental disabilities waiting in line for their mental health medication! Totally absurd!! On top my husband waited to talk to the manager and got told I was out of line, and the customer is not always right by the security guard. I'm so happy everyone wanted to blame the disabled person for being the problem not taking any responsibility for their own cruelty. Great prices on concentrate one bad apple ruined it for me. I will never shop here again! I will tell everyone I know not to support a company who employs a man who thinks it's ok to yell at customers under any circumstances. For shame!! All of you!!! How do you have the power to tell me I can't get medication? I am a patient not a customer!

Whoever is writing the responses to the patients’ personal reviews should be let go. The insensitive remarks coming from the dispensary are despicable. A review is there to provide insight to the shoppers and the dispensary owner on what to avoid or look into or how people have been treated after visiting yOur shop. Yet, you’re allowing your responder to bash on every 1 star review. It sounds like a teenage girl writing back with a very salty attitude. No one likes to be treated that way and yes people will avoid your shop because of this. People don’t mind spending their money where they are appreciated and it doesn’t sound like AZO appreciates their patients.

From a patient point of view, they are the Walgreens of the dispensary world. I had heard my fair share of Arizona Organix, so, I decided to find out for myself. First off, they do not have points and rarely ever have deals. Off the bat, not worth your bang for your buck. They are also VERY disorganized in their handling of express orders (very). Bad time management, faulty mics, the place operates like its a zoo. They train new people at the express station and it constantly gets backed up! Sometimes they put you in the back even though you told them you have an express order. I've lost count after they've messed up my orders over 4 different times that were all met with the same fake apology and not even a joint or two. Only ONCE was i given a singular preroll to compensate the wasted hours and days just trying to even contact them. There never seems to be a leader on the ship. Everytime I call in it's someone different. They offer no continuity whatsoever. As medical personell, its off-putting that little care is gone into the orders. It feels like a disfunctional family of employees who cannot or will not help. They'll give you a wrong item but its up to YOU and YOU alone to fix it. There is 0 communication so even if you are in the right, NO ONE will help you. When I think of a disfunctional dispensary, i think of Arizona Organix. As someone who used to go there almost daily, I'd advise you all to stay FAR, FAR away. Only thing that is organic from them, is their nonexistent customer service. They claim they will "make it right", but they NEVER do. I was given the wrong tincture yesterday and CBD helps my anxiety while at work. Arizona Organix gave me a 2:1 THC CBD Tincture. I could have been FIRED because of their negligence. They take it lightly, but they do not understand that you are a PATIENT. I've never felt like ive wasted money more than supporting Arizona Organix. I've been telling everyone about how the customer service has gone and I've been met with the same frustrations other patients have with this dispensary. Please do not waste your time. They're not worth the hassle. They could be decent, but they treat you so poorly when THEY make a mistake. I'm usually cool, calm and collected, but Arizona Organix makes you feel cornered. There is no help, and the most you'll get is a half-baked apology with no compensation for mistakes. Arizona Organix - 0/10 I will never shop with them again. The place is a Zoo!

This was my first time ever coming to this dispensary this place is “known” for the papa’s og which is $40. I wasn’t able to get matched on buy one get one which was fine I paid the full $40 for the flower and expected for the flower to be good I got nugs that look like Reggie. Do your self a favor and don’t even come here I would not pay no $40 for flower that is low grade and is labeled as high grade a waste of my money my time and points off my allotment.

If they were not the best price for the quality, I would stop going. I am disabled and money is tight. I had been saving my 1000s of points for 3 years, they always said "you have so many points" and I always said I was saving them for an emergency. I was just told basically "oh well" because they lost the points and I'm angry and ripped off@

I've had some problems with nutrients not being flushed out of there flour in the past and causing headaches from multiple strains. Decided to give it another chance after about a year-and-a-half went in and got the worst customer service I've even had and that includes Walmart LOL. actually left without purchasing any product would not recommend this place at all

so i purchased 2 eighths from here on Friday got home . opened them up and smoked a bowl of cherry 🍒 pie. didn't smell like it should tasted old and moldy. well not shop here again what happened to your guys product . it has dropped over the years. we not recommend anyone to go here anymore.

Absolutely shocked. I just got home with my Alien Og “terp budder” and was disappointed as soon as I touched the dab to my nail. It sizzled and crackled so bad I felt like I just purchased wax off the street 9 years ago by someone who was open blasting in his garage. I was beyond stoked to get home and medicate... I don’t even want to try to dab the now n laters x sour pour that I got as well because it’s the same consistency of the alien og.

Placed an online order. They sent me a message to come into the location and so I did within five minutes of receiving the message. I came in handed them my cards took one hour to get me called to the back after they kept putting my card to the end of the line. Once I was inside of the facility the manager said they will no longer place my order because of the way I spoke to his employee in the front. I was not disrespectful and did not use vulgar language. When I went up to the front I expressed to the lady that I’ve been waiting a while and that they kept putting my card to the back. She said every time I walked out the door they put my card to the back which when I first walked up I clarified that as long as I stayed at the facility it would be fine. The manager asked me about the message that I was sent and I took out my phone and showed it to him and he threatened to pull the footage because I’m not supposed to have my phone out. How is he going to threaten me if he asked to see the message.

I used to come her for years. It’s one of the first dispensaries in AZ. After reading the reviews and my last experience I’m def not going back. I’m a dispensary agent my self. Something needs to change drastically before you loose all your patients that are quality, and not looking for $15 poop soup

Really No Stars!! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL NOT HELP!! I purchased an ounce packaged in 8 vacuum sealed eighth ounce cans. 2 of the first 3 that I opened were mildewed/moldy. I also have 2 more unopened eights of one of the same strains that reeked. So at least half of my ounce was rotten weed. When I called them and asked for the owner, I was screened and put on hold for a manager. No manager became available so they took my number and told me that one would be calling. I waited over 5 hours, and no one called back so I called again. I went through the same screening, holding, and no manager available nor one of the three owners. The Lady on the phone was polite & apologetic and assured me that someone would call me. NO ONE DID!! I hadn't been here for nearly a year - I came in when the place first opened, spend a bunch of $$$ on several visits, then discovered Leafly and all of the alternate clubs and dispensaries around and realized this place was a little pricey. I just went back - really, the only reason I went back was because it was Sunday and not too many others places were open. They have instituted a "points" system, that rewards patients for spending money. I was happy to find out that the money I spent earlier in the year was enough to get me a free 1/8th on this visit. That was cool! I'll be going back and it probably won't take another year. Free-market competition is a wonderful thing.
