No online menu. Inflated prices now. I don't think I'll be back again. Way to ruin a good thing! FIND BETTER MANAGEMENT.

They are honestly a terrible group of people running this place. Very unprofessional and they constantly mess up online orders. If THEY lose your medical card, will good luck because they will stop looking long before they find it.

I've been coming here for concentrates for a few years now. The price/quality ratio is on point so it's worth the drive. Just be prepared to listen to a lot of complaining in the waiting room. "It's too hot in here" "Express is taking too long" "They mixed up the order that we're called in" There are forty of us standing in here because thirty of you wanted express so it's taking forever. You're all bitching and getting all huffy puffy, that's why it's hot in here, and people aren't perfect so they messed up the order, you'll live. I honestly commend you guys for dealing with these entitled adult children.

I hadn't been here for nearly a year - I came in when the place first opened, spend a bunch of $$$ on several visits, then discovered Leafly and all of the alternate clubs and dispensaries around and realized this place was a little pricey. I just went back - really, the only reason I went back was because it was Sunday and not too many others places were open. They have instituted a "points" system, that rewards patients for spending money. I was happy to find out that the money I spent earlier in the year was enough to get me a free 1/8th on this visit. That was cool! I'll be going back and it probably won't take another year. Free-market competition is a wonderful thing.

I’ve been coming here for a while now, this used to be my go to dispensary. I think they switched management because this dispensary has gone downhill and fast. employee morale seems low, not to mention only 2 of them wear a mask properly (covering the nose too) Jandi is literally the only reason I came back. I really hope she still works here after seeing the high turnover rate.

Sadly, the new pricing model has made them not worth the trip. Roughly 3 hour round trip isn't worth a $30 savings. But I assume you folks really don't care cuz you're getting paid anyway.

KEEP DELETING THEM AND I’LL JUST KEEP COMING BACK... I’m really getting more and more disappointed with AZ Organix. If not for lack of personal options I’d take my business elsewhere. Frequently get home to find product does not match what was shown/on display. Many times as well I’ve returned home to find product stuck to the lid and upper part of the jar making full use near impossible. As for the current state of business I say this. Why not just close down if you can’t provide a consistent product? The fact that patients can not preview the meds they purchase is kinda wrong. Provide a consistent product though and this wouldn’t matter. But you can’t or won’t. If you are financially able with transportation, I’d suggest saving your time here and visiting somewhere else.

So I put an online order in yesterday - not a small order. About $300 in product. It was confirmed "your order is ready". When I get there, I'm told "oh we don't have this and that". What happened to "your order is ready"? So now I'm standing there without a menu, trying to decide substitutions. Oh well, crap happens. But THEN, I go out back to my car and I notice one of the employees walking the same way a bit faster. When I get there, he is badgering my family members about why are we are parked in their back lot. To be clear, they walked over to Pratt's while I stepped into Organics. They were putting their purchases in the trunk - waiting on me. The employee, Pedro, had seen them on the video camera and was there to tell them to move. And just kept going on about it. They explained they were waiting on me. I understand the overflow from other businesses must be perplexing, but honestly the lot was almost empty at the time. AND I was making purchases from AZ Organics. Then he started arguing with me about how I was parked. I have a placard and park in handicapped. He's going on telling me I parked over the line and can be towed or something. Really? Is this the way I am to be treated? I guess customer service be damned. It used to be very friendly here - what happened? Why do I drive out of the way to come up here? It honestly put a bad damper on the rest of the day for my entire family. I will have to seriously consider if I come back again. There is closer competition with better prices.

used to be the spot for quality meds. seems to be going downhill. flower quality lacking. never cured enough at time if sale. found seeds in the Skywalker og, that used to be fire. even there flagship Papa's og has gone down in quality. shatter used to be light colored and heavy hitting, now it's dark and all taste the same. selection is minimal at best. service is good and atmoshere is inviting. but med quality is lacking.

I waited for 20 minutes on a lunch break, while the girl behind the counter texted... People kept going back before me, I thought I was waiting for an application, I was not... I was being ignored for some reason. So, I left, without buying anything. I called to complain, and the lady who just spent 20 minutes ignoring me, made it difficult for me to speak to a manager. I had t oask politely a few times, then straight up demmand it, and explain that I did not want to go over my private medical info, with an unqualified scrub... Anyways... I spoke to Jason the manager, who explained that I had a very abnormal visit. I went back a week later, and..... Same thing.. Long wait, I actually made it back this time tho, but some product, and it was awful.. It was a big bud pre roll, and when I un rolled it, it was very stemmy, and looked incredibly old, and as if it had been grown out doors.. Not the quality I am used to. Worst dispensary I have ever been to, I will never return for any reason.

Normally don’t bother with reviews but I only go to this dispensary and never had any complaints until the new employees came in.. called in an order got there 30 min later there were 2 girls in the front just talking not asking anyone if they are going back or called in.. so I’m waiting and waiting and someone called for me to go back.. then I tell her I called in an order... my card got put on the bottom so I had to wait longer.. do your job and keep the chit chat for after work

Guys ....stop slacking man your express order system is terrible, customer service is not the greatest either, hire new people or get a new system bc I seen many disappointed people today on my visit .

I used to be a frequent customer 2 times a week and I stopped going for a short period of time and went back today and they banned me from the dispensary with no call or email. They say the banned me in April but I made a purchase 2 weeks ago without any issues this place is all over the place it’s embarrassing and unprofessional unfortunately they push customers away.

So many bad things to say about this dispensary. very poor customer service. still wet flower (which leads to moldy weed). or it's to dry and you smoke a gram in one hit. they constantly have multiple people behind the front desk, but never seem to be able to answer the phone. if you purchase their concentrates go ahead and weigh it out yourself. see if I'm wrong. they are not full grams half the time at least. I used to buy ounces of concentrates from them. at least once a week I would stop in and pick up an ounce. but I am tired of their lust for money, the inferior quality products, and the fact that they don't properly weigh their products. if I purchase one gram it should weigh 1 gram. it's really simple. ask them if they test their concentrates for residual materials such as heavy metals or pesticides. I was told by multiple budtenders that they do not test their concentrates. on social media they cannot take criticism. they simply delete the follower and their comment. so for many reasons I will never shop here again and I would recommend never to shop here.

terrible service! ordered my medicine at 930am said it was ready at 10 am, went to pick it up at 330 and it wasn't ready and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for preordering online, 5+ hours ahead. not okay!

No percentages on any flower products. So we're not supposed to know how much THC is in the flower? is this becoming some Big Industry Secret? ...Nah more like a way to sell inferior non-medical products at premium medical cost. In no way do I shop at dispo's who don't list percentages. I'm way too educated. I truly hope the cannabis card carrying public wakes up to this shameful practice..

First time going there, mainly because it’s far from my home. This will be the last time I go too. Completely unorganized, no rush even though they had a line down the street. Very unprofessional and very very disappointing. Also don’t waste your time calling. They never once answered 6 of my phone calls from noon to the evening.
