Do not recommend for flower. Bought some shake that tasted like 100% plastic and had to throw it away. I was told too bad and so I won't be buying flower here anymore.

i had an amasing experience at arizona oraganix. A a girl by the name of Salina helped me to the best tasting shatter i have ever had (kong). she also recomended papas og and filthy animal cookies prerolls which were very tastful and strong. i will definatly be back realy soon.

Love this place their shatter is the best. Very potent and wonderful taste.

The wax prices are the best in town. And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and helping me pick out the best wax, shatter, terp sauce, and batter to suit me during that visit.

I literally drive 1.5 hours AND 120 miles 2x a month to come to this place because of their massive selection, unbeatable prices, and bomb ass staff. Keep it up, AZO! #customerforlife

make sure you set 2 hours out if your day to go here even with a leafly Express order. odds are, it will take about that long to get the product. Won't be back.

I've not been to Arizona Organix, but was excited when it opened. Had their own website and didn't see anything special aside from decent decor. After reading these reviews (taking out the really bad and the really good), and checking prices, I can't talk myself into checking them out. Good luck guys....time to revamp your business model if you want business.

A.O concentrates isn’t what it used to be bring back papas, agent X, and golden goat... your new wax isn’t no where near what you used to sell.. I guess thats what happens when you get too big you stop caring about your product

After waiting in line for the express lane i was told I couldn’t use it, and everyone who came after me had already got called in... I asked why and i was told that thats the rules, whatever it was, if you knew the rules why wouldn’t you tell me in the first place but i let it go as i see an add for hiring a new receptionist... i ask for 2g of shatter and im rang up the cashier told me to “stop being rude by putting my money down instead of handing it to her” I guess that’s rude... she persisted on telling me how rude i was and called me a bitch... and i get to my car and she put a staple through my shatter...

If I could’ve gave zero stars, I would’ve went for some specials and sold them to my wife for regular price

Had a great experience today! Things have been very streamlined with covid. Today’s visit was very fast, efficient, and friendly.

Let me start off by saying hands down you guys are the best for the cheapest concentrates! With that being said your customer service has alot to be desired. I placed an online order so that way you guys already know and have what i want. If there is a issue with the order, there is also a phone number left with the order to call and inform me of the inconvenience. All this should be done prior to the text you send, stating; "that my order is ready." Now that said lets get to my visit. When you guys have made a mistake on your behalf! You are always, supposed to apologize for the inconvenience and the mistake that has accorded during my visit. Not give the customer an attitude cuz he call you guys out on a mistake. It was just some gummies; 200mg watermelon not something so big. The way he handle the situation was completely unnecessary, made me feel like it was my fault you guys didnt have my gummies in the bag! No need to cry over spilled milk just be happy with your job or quite.

came in Sun 8:00pm super busy.. that's ok. 40 min wait.. that's ok..Kareem then greets me asking me if I know what I want I said I'm not sure what I wanted. obviously if I knew what I wanted I would have called in an Express order he says well you see how busy we are and obviously we're only open till 10 so let's go....WOW I looked at one product he immediately told me which one to buy and told me which counter to go to I was still looking!! WTF I love this place but tonight was a horrible horrible experience they need to remember that they're selling medication!! he never asked me what my needs were and didn't give me time to even brows what I wanted.😠

Excellent service and quality. Only thing I dislike is the awful back parking area.
