so why 99% of the time I love going to this place! Great deal .. most the time the staff in the back is amazing with their suggestions but lately the front staff is so rude I want to walk out . And now with the new card set up it’s become worse. They don’t know how to use it. They don’t take people in the order they check in and customers are getting mad ... I know the new system takes getting use to but it’s not good for front of the house business

i haven't been here in like two years. came back yesterday and it was flame. best concentrates in town honestly.

Im new to medical mmj but anyways. I feel one of there employees were very rude. He has long hair and kind of looks like steven tyler.i told the man i had a 150 dollar budget i got a quarter ounce of blue dream he then said that,ll be 110 dollars. I then said give me the rest in sour diesel what ever totals to 150 he said i could get an 8th.so i go to the lady that pulls orders which is very nice by the way. She says total is 167.00 i then tell her that should'nt be right because i specifily told the man my total budget. I look to him and he tells me, i told you it will take you over your limit. And i replied i dont recall you saying anything like that and he replies well i did. I just think he is really unprofessional because he said that to cover his ass. He never said a thing about going over limits.the lady gave it to me for 150.00 dollars and even rewards points for the inconvenience . As long as that rude employee is there i wont be shopping there any time soon. That inconvenience really put a dent in my day.

make sure you set 2 hours out if your day to go here even with a leafly Express order. odds are, it will take about that long to get the product. Won't be back.

I've not been to Arizona Organix, but was excited when it opened. Had their own website and didn't see anything special aside from decent decor. After reading these reviews (taking out the really bad and the really good), and checking prices, I can't talk myself into checking them out. Good luck guys....time to revamp your business model if you want business.

Worse dispensary

I was missing a gram of wax they told me they'd call me back and nobody reached out to me

Extremely disappointed. Was convinced to buy a product that I knew wasn’t the right product. Been calling for the last 48 hours to complain about the product and explain that I was also lied too. The manager said they maybe could help and tried to convince me that the reason they lied to me was in order to help me out. I’ve been shopping here for years and the management has been lacking in the customer care department. As in no care for the actual customer.

Shame on AZO, raising prices without notice, but keeping the deals on leafly. Thanks for the bait and switch, you guys lost me as a customer.

I’ve been going here for the past few years and it was one of my favorite places but you guys are always changing wax prices, and getting rid of deals, never stay consistent with prices like cmon

Very unwelcoming. My first time there the most of the employees seemed bothered that I was asking where to go. I would definitely recommend trying to find some place elsewhere that has a more laid back and welcoming atmosphere!

Went in for my first time and purchased both flower and concentrates. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the flower. I picked up a nug of the Sundae Driver and a fully matured seed popped right out without even breaking it up. Later when i broke some up, i found more fully matured seeds!!! It smelled great but tasted horrible, i dont even want to smoke any more of it. I didn't realize we were selling reggie grade flower and calling it medicine. The concentrate was great as well as my budtender, but what a disappointment in quality of flower. 😔

I think that the pricing is great. The quality of the shatter is outstanding. Great price great taste great smell. The only negative thing I have to say about this establishment is that it takes way to long to goto the back and get your medicine. Also the new policy about the calling in im not a fan of and the sign that’s posted in the lobby about calling while you’re waiting is a lie.

let me Start off by saying I really like Arizona organixs, because of there great pricing and I ussualy feel like what I buy is well worth it but when I got home yesterday and opened my gram of shatter it looked awfully light so I threw it on the scale and sure enough, shorted a whole point, came out to .91 of a gram. I enjoy the shop and the people that work there but this is very upsetting and if I have to pay more else where to make sure I'm getting full grams I will. Nothing sucks more then getting ripped off on your medicine just so a shop can save some money.

This is my go to place for the tubed half, haven't had them in awhile though. I'll keep checking.

Too much to list. For being a "first" dispensary they are all disorganized. No online check-in, so if there is a line out to the parking lot, you will have to wait in that line to get your online order. And if medical or injured you will have to stand the whole time waiting, not a chair in sight. Parking lot is small, very dangerous and hectic. Always have music blasting in here so can't hear anything the bud tender is saying or if you have questions it would be easier to call a different dispensary and ask while waiting. Disappointing for one of Arizonas "first" dispensary. Guess they need more time to figure it all out.

They get busy often, been coming here for 2 years now and their pickup service is trash. Just go in and wait they will take twice as much time on your order so just go on in. That’s all that kills it for me here.

dont get the pns shatter unless you want to lose out on a gram.

Ok so normally I love az organics they have great concentrates for the price! But I’m writing this review cuz I tried to call and talk about my complaint but no one answered any of my 4 attempts to call. I am extremely upset about the fact that the lady working express tonight had 0 knowledge of the product! I’ve never had a problem with express when a bud tender is doing but when I ask for the LIGHTEST crumble an I get home to see the darkest I’ve seen when I know there is lighter product is extremely aggravating an a waste of my money! Please train your express people to know the product they are selling to patients that need the actual medicine they ask for!

After 3 years of loyalty to this dispensary, I stopped going here for a couple of reasons. At one point, my order was filled incorrectly so i returned to the dispensary to have my order corrected. unfortunately they only had 5/8ths of the ounce i paid for. Instead of giving me a refund for the difference, they "owed" me 3/8ths of flower for about 2 1/2 months til my go-to strain arrived. Have you ever heard of a dispensary owing someone marijuana?!? the last time two times there, they sold us moldy flower, two different strains. i called twice about their moldy weed & never received a call back from management therefore, they no longer receive my business!

Service sucks. They always have issues with my card! I’ve gotta empty jars twice. Had to turn around. And when I told them. They act like if I did it myself. Didn’t wanna replace And security Got in my face So to everyone coming here make sure to check to jars. Before you leave the premises! This place has always been trash idk why I even came back. I stayed gone for a year. Idk what made me think it was A good idea.

I only shop here exclusively for shatter, they have the best prices. also megan at express checkout is very patient with a bunch of adult men acting childish and impatient. thanks megan! you rock!
