My favorite dispensary to visit! Whenever I come in I’m always given a warm welcome and I feel at home. The selection is great and the friendly bud tenders are even better! This past visit Anastasia helped me but whoever assists you will do their best to make sure you’re taken care of!

Theresa, the sales rep was very good.

Today I went in to grab some product because I was in the area and due to the virus, there was A LOT of people. No one was aloud back and the employees were taking orders. They did this in such a timely fashion, I was insanely impressed. Today was actually fastest than usual!! Brian got me exactly what I needed and I was very satisfied.

I have been to a handful of dispensaries, but this one is my favorite. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices at this location were also not too high like you see at most dispensaries.

This was my first time visiting this location. The customer device was amazing. I was greeted at the door and all of my questions were answered extensively. I even received a promotion as a first time customer!

This was the first dispensary I visited after receiving my medical card so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff helped me tremendously (even with all of the COVID-19 restrictions) and took their time explaining all of their offerings. I have been to a few other dispensaries since and have not received the same level of service. Now, I travel to Nature's Medicine instead of using the ones closest to me because of their service and prices.

My favorite dispensary because the combination of low wait times, efficient and courteous staff, and good prices on quality product. Mike helped me make a purchase decision I'm really pleased with. That's what service is all about. I've been to 8 dispensaries in the area and this is my top choice, all in. I'll continue to return.

I always ask them for their highest indica and then when I asked for their highest Indica it's not an indica it's a hybrid for a sativa and then when I asked them for their highest sativa it's always a hybrid mainly an Indica leaning strand I don't understand how they can f****** they have to go to they're a little scream that they have an they look at that other than being actual dispensary budtender and no one there and no one is there trade it doesn't make sense they just want to sell what they can sell and they'll tell you whatever that you want to hear straight up......... This was one of my favorite dispensaries until this covid hit and they're going downhill yo so you would ever you want to hear whatever you ask and they'll tell you that it is that they're not straight up did Santa have to write a essay on this but this was one of my favorite dispensaries but now they'll just sell sell you whatever you want to hear if you want to sativa they'll tell you it's sativa and I'll be at the end of cut if you want it in the car to tell you it's a sativa it's just Madness and I'm sad that I have to write this but when I come home and I look up terpenes melanin and all that... and everything they pretty much lied to me...

This has always been my favorite place to shop but the selection has dwindled greatly lately. Sadly have started to shop elsewhere because of this.

I was searching for a particular strain and found it in flower form here. You can't beat the prices here! Staff very friendly. Wore gloves to handle loose flower (I haven't seen many places that even have loose flower). Nice large waiting room. They describe the shop as deli style. Can see loose flower out in the open and some strains organized by price for each case to make the math easy. My only suggestion for improvement would be better labeling once flower is in customer's container. Having the exact weight would be nice. Instead of just saying 1 gram...change to 1.18 ...something like that. Also the ink seemed faded and strain profile, cbd...thc...etc did not seem like it was recorded on the label. Other than the labeling issue...I love this place and will definitely be back!

I typically enjoy this facility and the staff. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and polite. With that being said, I was too sick to mill around the store yesterday, so I placed an order for pickup around 3pm. I finally received a text message this morning that they were finally filling my order. Immediately I received a text saying that my order was canceled. I called and though the associate was very polite, they informed me that they just figured it either came in late last night or was left in the system so they deleted it. When I informed them I placed the order at three pm, they just said that they didn’t know who was supposed to be watching online pickup and that they were sorry. I find it to be incredibly frustrating that this was the answer. I understand fully that having to fix a co-workers mistakes suck, but no attempt was made to see if the order was fulfilled before canceling it. Instead of taking ownership of the issue, they just blamed it on another employee. I ended up going to another location as I was in need of something to help with the nausea and vomiting side effects of my illness. Although this store is enjoyable in person, and the staff is friendly, on my very bad days of sickness, I can’t take a chance that they might just delete the order. I will not continue to shop at this location.

The staff is always helpful! Theresa especially is really helpful breaking down how the different medicines effect you. She’s really great with making you feel at ease and answering your questions.
