First time to this place. The people here gave me a grey feeling from the moment I walked in. Their waiting area was spacious and comfortable. It was only a minute or two before Mike D. Retrieved me to bring me in to assist me with my needs. He was so familiar with all of the products and really help directly me to meet my current medical needs. He made me feel so comfortable. As a matter of fact , everyone there did. Their inventory was vast and well presented. I was given ample encouragement to take my time and smell the flowers. Now that I have discovered this place I honestly can't imagine what I would go anywhere else. I look forward to returning

I went to Nature’s Medicine in Columbia yesterday. Everyone in the store was really nice and knowledgeable. It creates a really pleasant atmosphere. In addition, they have more products then I’ve seen at other dispensaries in the area! Shout to Mike for helping me out!

First time customer - ordered and the process was extremely smooth. Theresa was great in walking me through everything and explaining all of the available products. Will definitely be back again soon!

The staff at Natures Medicines in Ellicott City is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always have a great attitude and, during the pandemic, they all wear masks and wear them properly. Also, they almost always have what I want, and if they don’t, they suggest something that will work as a substitute. Great people, great store.

No errors or fault on this dispensary. Customer care techs, wait time, accuracies in order communications, or availability of special pro mo ( 1$ pre roll for going over) 200 all grrrreat things. Three on exterior/ interior atmospheric conditions due to regulatory enforcement ( no mo deli style) and no chitchat with other consumers. Not Nature’s fault. J. S.

Great decor and feeling to the waiting area. Makes the wait a little more bearable. I got a gram of live resin on sale for 50 dollars(from 60), and it was great quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially it being my first time there. Will definitely be going back!

This dispensary is definitely my favorite! I love the layout of the shop, how open and easy it is to explore in. Also, each of the workers who've helped me have made excellent suggestions. I always count on them over myself when trying something new. Great dispensary overall.

They've been going downhill this year since they opened up their new one in Crofton. don't have a good selection of shatter no more. And no more good deals. I have to go somewhere else now. Sad to say

Best Deli style dispensary in Howard County. Last time I went I got the Amherst Sour Diesel and it was great, a really clean feeling high and tasted great!

The staff at Nature’s Medicines makes it so easy to manage my symptoms. They’re always willing to answer questions and every person I’ve encountered is always friendly and happy to help. During this current crisis, I was relieved to see that they had certain products I’ve been unable to find anywhere else. Love NM!

Everyone is SUPER nice

Definitely the best dispensary in my area. The staff is always ready to answer my questions when I call and they definitely have the best, most consistent deals in the Columbia / Ellicott City area as well. Mike helped me the last time I went and he was able to answer all of my terpene questions. I am willing to drive an extra 15 minutes to go here over other dispensaries.

I counted twenty TWENTY different numbers this company has. it borders on harrassment since I get TWENTY DIFFERENT TEXTS FROM THEM A DAY. I have blocked every one and refuse to shop here at all. I have other companies that send from one or two different numbers. I have never wanted to shop here because of the harrasing texts constantly not to mention you are about an hour from me.
