I’ve been coming here for over 3 years already and I always walked out satisfied and happy with my service and products. Love the people who work here and love the weed! :)

Always out of flower for their patients. Once it comes in its gone. Look elsewhere if you're a med patient.

The people at this dispensary are the greatest! They have taken really good care of me over the past year. I am glad I have chosen Midway Dispensary as my medication destination.

Terrible customer service and managers. Super rude! Including security at door entrance! Had an issue before and spoke to a resource hiring Mgr (Chris/mike) Thought issue was solved so I gave midway a try again. Let me tell you! Nothing gets done. Staff super rude, will yell at you. Not only do you receive bad attitude and customer service. But I know from going there so much that the bus tenders have sticky fingers. I have multiple rep names & their agent id that have told me this. Scale your products! They also make everything on sale so you can’t even use points makes no sense. Stay away from the red head at the door, tall grey haired skinny guy who’s a Mgr and the security who was super rude and kinda shoving me. Stay away from all of them. I told them they’re rude theres no reason to be yelling. Try going to the dispensary on Ogden! Or chicago ridge! SO MUCH BETTER.

Great atmosphere

i like that they have different types of strains, Claire is amazing always. she is bilingual and super nice, ask her about the products she will help, and also kim is a great addition there super kool and knowledgeable. and miguelito is awesome , these 3 people always have a smile and cheerful heart. i am glad to get my medicine here!!!!

Excellent staff

Staff is friendly and informed. Always willing to give suggestions based on previous experience and not just chucking random items at you to make money. The location is great with a parking lot next door. The menu is updated often. My only only only request is just more variety in the concentrate section. Which is already long!

While there are several other dispensaries near me, none of them come close to Midaway. Neal and his staff genuinely care about each patient and this is seen in the way patients love the team back. In addition the quality is top-notch. I’ve had the same strains at other dispensaries, many which charged significantly more only to be given subpar product with seeds and stems. I have always had amazing product at a great price, and I will be going back.

Only location in Chicago I have been to and the only location I will visit!!!

I think the place is awesome the staff are all knowledgeable on products for patients,! Love their selection from indicas to sativas They are the best!!!

Really decent atmosphere and people

I’ve been a patient for 2 years and can’t believe I only found these 4 months ago. Extremely knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and friendly. And just a joy to stop in for their great sales as well. Great selection.

I’ve been shopping here close to a year now. Everyone is super friendly and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. Online ordering is the best.

I was a patient but always smelled like sewage back up in there when I went. Once, so powerful, I had to switch dispensary finally.

This place is great. Open 7 days a week. The staff is always very friendly and everyone always remembers my name. Top notch customer service, they can get you in and out very quickly or give you great info on what you may need if required. The online ordering is amazing just add to cart and pick up later. Always something on sale. A+ ☆☆☆☆☆

Convenient location. Staff is knowledgeable about the products and very helpful when I have a question. I have been a patient for two years and I love it here. They are super friendly and get to know you on a first name basis. Keep up the great work!

Entire staff has excellent customer service skills and education on all products. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. Ease of check-in is great and the amazing smell of cannabis is all through the atmosphere. Without medical cannabis I would be in extreme pain I cannot use prescription pain meds. This place is a dream come true. Thank you to all who are employed at Midway Dispensary for your help and kindness with every visit.
