I’ve been shopping here close to a year now. Everyone is super friendly and they get you in and out in a timely fashion. Online ordering is the best.

I've been here a handful of times the last two times were a little disappointing I bought pre-rolled dog walkers those were disappointing out of 12 pre-rolled ones 4 smoked good the rest were pretty much garbage I couldn't get a pull. And today was great but when I got in my car and opened my product I wasn't happy with the packaging it looked like it had been messed with prior to me opening it which doesn't make me very comfortable why was it tampered with other than that the service is always great. It's just the product /packaging these days don't seem to be on point I did take pictures I would post if I was able to

I have been going to this dispensary since I got my medical cannabis license December 🥶of last year. I knew nothing🤔 of the process and was almost played by Innovative ExpressCare....😡. When I walked up to the door, the security guard who was also from Florida 😁🥵, was extremely polite and efficient. When I walked in, I was quickly helped by a very informative lady that walked me and my caregiver through the entire process and before I knew it, I had my initial paperwork online that I was able to print out to show with my ID from that point on. I suffer from severe anxiety Bipolar, CPTSD among other things...🙃 but when I go there, I feel like one of the crew. From getting properly ID'd😜😇 to walking up the the front desk where I'm greeted by name now😀👋🏽👊🏽 to the AMAZING 👏🏽🙌😀👌🏾Budtenders that are so knowledgeable that you can tell them what symptoms you are suffering from or the kind of buzz you're seeking and they can pair you with an indica or sativa like a fine wine 🍷with a meal💨💯😋. I was extremely impressed with the new company change👏🏽👌🏾🥳. And DON'T get me started with their weekly specials, completely insane ever changing selection, or the love they show to the disabled community as well as everyone that comes in.👏👏🏻👏🏼👏🏽👏🏽👏🏾. I can never tell the newbies from the regulars🤣🤣🤣 because they treat everyone like their homies❤❤❤.There are a lot of dispensaries in the area, but I have got to give Midway their props. They are the most chill, friendly knowledgeable place that I have ever been to. And that's a lot coming from this Bipolar anxious CPTSD chick that hardly EVER goes into places alone. I've lived a few blocks from Midway since they opened. I must say I have never had such bad experiences at a dispensary. I got banned a year ago for no reason by Leo. Year later I try again and pick up a 14g that has 30 seeds(no exaggeration needed) in it. Then when I come to tell them my points are a little off the new AIC Juan just wanted to tell me and prove to me that I was wrong about the date I signed up for the ascenders club points. I don't care what day I signed up. I did notice after making a purchase the points never registered or went up. Nothing to do with me signing up or when I did. Almost every other purchase has seeds and a bunch of stems in it or is short a few grams.. Then I can't use the points that I earned by spending my money on anything I want. They don't do defective product refunds because they can't afford it, so they say. I hope this place closes soon. Go anywhere else but here. Some of the staff is cool but most are rude and just trying to make a sale. Most of the products here are Delta 8 THC. Any ozone product on the Shelf here is mislabeled or is not mislabeled and truly is Delta 8 with a 0.01 THC9 percentage.. The staff has no idea whats in the jars/containers. A few staff members told me they dont even shop there and they work there so it pretty mush speaks for itself. THIS PLACE HAS SHOULD HAVE THE TITLE OF WORST DISPENSARY IN ILLINOIS...

The location is very good! The dispensary has its own parking lot! That a plus because we don’t have to drive around looking for parking. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Real professional people that take their time to explain your condition and what can help you with it. Have had really good results with what they have recommended for my zuigeurs. Always having lots off specials every week. Come to Midway dispensary. Find out for yourself how great this people treat you.
