Very convenient location, Near I-55 and plenty of parking.. The staff is the greatest hands-down. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. This has been our dispensary for the last two years and I wouldn’t dream of switching. I highly recommend a visit...

The staff at Midway takes the time to make you feel like you are at home. Think of a Cheers Tv show vibe in a dispensary. Out of the 3 dispensaries I have utilized Midway is the best by far. Easy to get to from Midway Airport with a huge parking lot for easy access. The security at Midway are friendly, remember who you are, and are the BEST security you will find at any dispensary. Check in is quick and simple. The Agents that work there are quick to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Once you come to midway you won't want to leave, other dispensaries don't add up to the quality of care you will get at midway. And as far as owners go you can't get any better then Neil at Midway, he takes the time to come out and say hi to patients and cares about the quality of care you are receiving.

This has been my go to location for over a year now . Between the great specials and the friendly customer service I’m happy to say I will never change to another location . Super informative very welcome feel as you walk in . Even security makes me feel welcome . They have their own private parking lot which makes things so easy to just park and go . Very convenient location for me as well . I would most definitely recommend this location to future patients . They also have an online ordering system which is great for those who know what they want ahead of time and just want to be in and out , but let’s be real a friendly conversation between us always cool as you feel like these people are your friends :)

I have been in the program over a year now. I started at a different dispensary and I have never been happier then I am at Midway. Big Convient parking lot next to the building. Friendly security to let you in. The lobby is small, but since the wait is never long it is perfect for the quick check in process. They always have bottles of water on hand for paitents. Almost everyone that works at this location is happy and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable on the products and have no problem pointing you in the direction of what will help with your condition. The owner is always friendly and happy to talk to the paitents whenever he is around(which he always seems to be around). Wide variety of products to choose from and I have noticed many strains they get before other dispensaries advertise they got the products. So it's like Midways paitents are always first in line to see what new prodcuts can work with their conditions. Give Midway a try you'll be glad you did

When I first walked in, they welcomed me as a new patient and had taken a reasonable amount of time, making sure I left understanding the science behind weed. I am also a veteran, and they offer a discount, and they have giveaways once and a while for vets. I have chronic pain, among other issues, and at the dispensary, the staff is always in the know about anything weed, such as new products coming out. They make excellent recommendations depending on what symptoms I would like to treat. The staff there go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Even the security guards are friendly and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience with Midway Dispensary.

Love the people here, always friendly and give good recommendations. They just expanded their store, can’t wait to see them move into their larger space (same location, annexed store next door). Great menu with plenty of options. Highly recommend

Entire staff has excellent customer service skills and education on all products. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. Ease of check-in is great and the amazing smell of cannabis is all through the atmosphere. Without medical cannabis I would be in extreme pain I cannot use prescription pain meds. This place is a dream come true. Thank you to all who are employed at Midway Dispensary for your help and kindness with every visit.

First day rec. waited outside early before open. Very nice staff. Great selection of product. Limited sales due to high demand but will return 100%

best place is Chicago or Illinois period. They treat you like family. neal leo Tom Ashley and the newer workers are always welcoming friendly informative on the new stuff conning in. they help in any way they can. no way i can ever switch places.

Great place to get your medical and Recreational. The staff is very knowledgeable. If someone doesn’t know they’ll ask someone who knows their not letting you out until you have what is right for you. It’s about you not sales. I Never feel rush either. Menu is always updated. Never oh let me check if we have that is stock. What is nice to you get one on one time with your bud tender. While your stock is being pick in the back. This is home for me:)
