My privacy rights were violated with the ordering process. I wasn’t told I was using my first time discount. The person helping me said he wasn’t good at math when I asked about the discounted price. The normal flower looks just as small as the popcorn flower. I don’t plan on visiting again.

I really love their products, the staff, and how easy they're to get on the phone. Not a lot of dispensaries actually answer the phone or even have access to the store itself, it really makes a difference when driving far. Love this place.

The carts are alright but The flower isn’t very tasty. If you are going for quality, this isn’t the spot

All the cartridges do you not work they keep getting sick you have to hit them and they do not work all the time at all

Very disappointed by the quality of the flower. Very dry, generic, lots of stems and leafs. Wish I did not purchase even if it was $25-30 for an eighth, still not worth it. Service was superior, location was clean and presentable. Again, do not get flower from here, no refunds offered. My first and last time getting flower here.

This location is GREAT!! People who work there are the greatest too and very nice! Extremely helpful too if you have any questions and knowledgeable. Ask for Sandra when you stop in cause she is the greatest!! She helped me my first time there so I would know what might help me best and what she suggested has helped me tremendously! I recommend this dispensary location 100%!

The staff is very helpful and even when they are busy they take the time to talk and give good advice. The carts were very high quality, flower is hit or miss but the Lemon Pound Cake I got was out of this world. Edibles are iffy but hit very nice. The waiting can be a bit much and it’s a bit awkward that it’s by the door. Would recommend this place, however.

People people please the Liberty health stores have some of the best products out there there oils are terrific and on point prices on there oils can’t be beat everywhere else they are more expensive Liberty chargers a very fair price flower can’t be beat does the job hope they start carrying the pax pods since they are selling the pax battery great store great medical marijuana over all a ten on my list keep up the good work guys

The last time I purchased vape cartridges from here, they seemed like they were diluted with a cutting agent, despite being told that they don't use cutting agents. If it's not a cutting agent then there's something else wrong with their vape carts because they had a minimum effect on me. Needless to say, I haven't gone back since. Their prices are also on the high end.

First and last time visiting this company and store. I’ve heard negative things regarding stores but never take them to heart until I am met with a bad experience myself... my first experience during this COVID-19 panic With liberty Health sciences completely made this pandemic and my night tonight a complete living hell I stopped in and placed a pick up order was created in the parking lot and everything was a smooth as could be. I asked employee what their return policy was if for whatever reason these products aren’t for me I have had bad experiences with certain strains in the past that increase my anxiety I am a veteran that suffers from PTSD so it is critical for me to be able to control the symptoms and effects. After trying the BlackBerry Kush distillate within 15 or 20 minutes I noticed in extreme panic and immediately realized this strain was not for me. I called the store explain the situation where the employee told me that there was nothing that they can do they can’t take a product back then unless it’s a cartridge that is not working properly but my syringe they could not take back in for a reason unbeknownst to me. I find a zero logic that you will be willing to take in one product and not another especially considering one as having negative physical effects on a patient. And actually making his symptoms worse rather than offer me a solution he then put me on speaker phone and had another male employee back up what he was saying while putting me on speaker phone. I understand this is a pandemic and you cannot take things in left and right but it makes zero sense that you could take a cartridge that doesn’t work and not a syringe that gives your patient anxiety is giving him extreme anxiety and making his symptoms worse which your policy standby if there any issues with any products for any reason feel free to swap them or refund I just cannot believe in the medical field where someone is reaching out for help I was treated this way during this time in the world truly sickening. I was now forced to go back to my pharmaceutical drug Xanax which was the entire purpose I got my medical card for my PTSD after my services. Their flawed logic “you can return and swap a cart but not a syringe”. Even if it does make your symptoms worse. $$$ over compassion

The Boca store has a wonderful staff. The quality of their products is good. The only con is they do not allow Veteran Discount on flower products. Most, if not all other dispensaries, offer the Veteran Discount on flower products. Besides this con, this is great place to get good quality Medical Cannabis.

100% quality products— by far the most affordable. Service is VIP Atmosphere is warm and inviting Soooo many products to choose from.
