Incredibly well-educated staff. Very compassionate, friendly and always wiling to provide all the time a patient needs to understand different products. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the interior design is like walking into an art gallery.Their products are extremely high quality. Highly recommend!

Visited for the first time today. Super professional and friendly staff. Atmosphere is apple store-like without the blindly bright walls and good music playing at the right volume. The variety of flower was one of my favorite parts of my visit. The quality of the product is stellar. Pre-rolled joints come with nice fluffy ground buds, not dried out trim. I ended up with 8 assorted pre-rolls and a gram of keif for under $70 thanks to their $200 first time patient deal. Will be back tomorrow.

100% positive experiences here at a medical patient. The products are off the charts good, the employees are amazing, and the prices and deals can't be beat. I go out of my way, driving 50 minutes, passing a number of dispensaries just to visit BR. I hope that when they start rec sales they really think about the logistics for med patients. I started coming here because my go-to spot started serving both and it's been an utter nightmare there with the parking, crowds, and overall lack of communication to patients. I have yet to have a pleasant, non stressful experience buying medicine at a place serving both, and I am hoping that BR can buck the trend and set an example of how to do it right!

I was told that as a patient Im limited on my purchases and that I cant buy rec pot as a patient unless I pay the taxes...they severely limited the menu for patients and loaded it up for recreational sales.. They SOLD OUT THE PATIENTS....IM GONNA SUE YOU FOR DISCRIMINATION...

Amazing high quality products. The best part for me is that they make all their own products onsite. Nothing is shipped in. Their saying is “ From Seed to Sale”. Wonderful staff I’ve been there well over 2 dozen times and will not go anywhere else for anything!!

Berkshire Roots staff is the best of the best. Their knowledge of each product is second to none and their passion for each and every patient is out of this world. They take the time to really listen to each individual and pair the best products for that person's needs. Their seed to sale operation is the best in Massachusetts! If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for! Berkshire Roots is the place to be! Keep up the amazing job!

All was fine. Guy at register was a little hyper but maybe just excited about the whole day. My love really liked the 413 bar.

What do I need to come there and buy

I've been to dispensaries throughout MA and I have to say that Berkshire Roots is one of, if not the best. I'd encourage you to judge the staff for yourself and...if you happen to be an edibles person they do not disappoint - love, love, love the gummies, chocolates and caramels.

Really cool lil place! Had interesting strains and really tasty edibles. Haven’t been since they went Rec.
