Basically street quality weed for twice the price. Check in needs to be improved especially on one of the employees attitude, you can’t be annoyed that people are upset at getting cut by every pre order and med patient, when you only have one guy working the counter.

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

Amazing high quality products. The best part for me is that they make all their own products onsite. Nothing is shipped in. Their saying is “ From Seed to Sale”. Wonderful staff I’ve been there well over 2 dozen times and will not go anywhere else for anything!!

Berkshire Roots staff is the best of the best. Their knowledge of each product is second to none and their passion for each and every patient is out of this world. They take the time to really listen to each individual and pair the best products for that person's needs. Their seed to sale operation is the best in Massachusetts! If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for! Berkshire Roots is the place to be! Keep up the amazing job!

Great staff, very helpful. However, I tried going there with just enough money to split half cash/half card. Turns out they charge an extra $3.50 for splitting the prices, and they have to round the purchase up. (The $29 I was going to pay cash was rounded up to $30, and then charged an additional $3.50) So I went there for nothing since they wanted an extra $4.50 out of me that i didn't have. I've been to Berkshire Roots 3 times so far. The first time i bought the Orange Chemeleon. It was fire. The second and third times i bought other, weaker strains in 8ths to try. I could tell they were medical grade weed, but not much better than street prices. In conclusion, I believe the only way these guys are even worth it, is to get a medical marijuana license and buy the tax-free, stronger weed. I can say that since i started smoking store grown weed, my tastes have shifted and i do not appreciate street weed any more.

Staff is not properly trained. Customer service doesn't respond promptly

I've been going here as a medical patient for about year. I take a 1.5 hour drive each way once or twice a month for a specific wax, Shire Wolf. It has always consistently worked wonders for my anxiety and was worth the expensive price tag of $70/g. For my last visit I wanted to use some of my loyalty points for a "$30 concentrate", I did look on their website and read carefully to make sure there were no hidden rules or exceptions; the only one was that it couldn't be applied to third party outsourced products (which are generally more expensive, so that makes sense). But when I picked up my order, they informed me that it was actually $30 OFF a concentrate, their concentrate prices are tiered, and I owed $10 more than I was expecting. This was shady, and MAC was just selling this same wax, outsourced from BR, for $60/g. I really don't understand why it's more expensive to buy it directly from BR instead of a third party dispensary, or what defines the "tiers" for their concentrates. While $40/g is still a good deal, this batch of Shire Wolf I picked up is also completely different than all the other batches I've purchased in every way (consistency, smell, effect). It barely touched the symptoms I usually use it for and after a few days of consistent use I'm horribly disappointed at best. Between the expensive prices, hectic less-than-friendly atmosphere, shady sales tactics and now a loss in quality, I don't think I'll be returning. There are higher quality products at much more reasonable prices throughout the state.

Berkshire roots Runtz is the absolute worst phenotype I have ever tried absolute terrible zero taste do not buy this if you are looking for a Runtz flavor profile because it is not here try comm cann,cutelato or Kash Makena runtz instead

Really cool lil place! Had interesting strains and really tasty edibles. Haven’t been since they went Rec.

Was not that for from me in NY.. Great staff and prices.. Not alot of selections and no grams just in case you want to try.. But because the price is low & your not getting that tropical smoke so to me its a spot to go if yours funds aint all that good but you want so good smoke... But if you got the extra funds them shop around a little more..

I am medical patients came to Berkshire Roots for over 2 and a half years. But everytime I'm there recreational gets to go in first I see it all the time. Seems like staff don't have any explanation but more of an excuse. It's unfair and several medical people who have complained in the past. This isn't good for business at all. Thinking I need to switch. If they keep doing putting recreational before medical. Nothing ever changes!

The cannabis from this place sucks. Pre rolls canoe, bud is wet and won’t light, put it in a bowl and again won’t light. I’ve seen the inside of this place, they have mold issues. And there way to fix it. Just send all the moldy weed to be extracted, we’ll it’s getting into packaging and it’s being sold moldy , Someone is going to get sick. Someone allergic to mold or immune compromised. My opinion go somewhere else! It’s not worth the money to not be able to smoke it. And you call and complain and they deny the issues at hand. Won’t waste my money here anymore. And the health department and ccc will love the call they are going to get.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Product is great with many choices. They treat medical patients correctly!

Superb quality, prices and patient support. My go-to dispensary as a Berkshires resident & patient. I’ve come to depend on in-house strains for my disability. Only complaint is inconsistency of indica concentrate stock. Watching the menu like a hawk for some BR indica strains in concentrate!

Excellent quality and variety of product at competive prices. Knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant staff. Parking on site. Safe and secure location. I drive twice the distance as my closest adult use dispensary for all the above reasons.
