Bud Hut - Everett

WOW......I am so impressed. There are about 5 shops I go to in the area depending on who has the best prices. So I came across The Bud Hut on here last friday so we gave them a try. I love the store set up its in a building by itself not a hole in the wall behind something else ( not that i mind the hole in the wall places at all but some people do) and it is very clean and comfortable inside. The budtender was very nice and helpful! But the one thing that stands out above the rest is their customer service! I will definately be comming back often! On friday when i was in there i purchased a cartridge and when i got home it didnt work in my battery. So saturday i tried to call the store but i could not get through after several tries so i called another brach they have and spoke to the manager there and he explained to me that by law they can not exchange any thing but he told me to speak with the manager of this store and see what she might do. When my husband got home it was toolate to go in and i was going to just forget it and take the loss but then we went in there tonight to get some GSC and i though i might as well mention it after all it was expensive. To my surprise the manager was very understanding and she compensated me for the lost cartridge. I wasnt expecting that as they have a perfect excuse...its the law....and that is certainly understandable but even though they cant do exchanges if they care about return customers they can always do something to make it right, this stuff isnt cheap after all! And this store showed me they cared about my business...as long as they do that they will have it! Oh and BTW the Girl Scout Cookie is only $8.99 a gram......WHAT?.....yep! I almost fell over! Go Get SOME!!! :)

My name is Gunner, I'm one of the bud tenders here at The Bud Hut in Everett. This place is amazing. The atmosphere is like no other. The team is great and we work together well, and the manager, Lauren, is amazing. The vibes that she has and is bringing to our workplace is such a great and secure feeling. I personally have never felt more at home and enjoy a job as much as I do here at Bud Hut, working for Lauren ☺️ I'm excited to see what this job has in store for myself and us as a team. My gf and I were driving to home depot and saw ur guys's huge sign we ended up stoping and it was the very first day you opened and bought a few things and the product as well as the service was awesome I've recomended people since then and the 2 have enjoyed there experience. We have become regular customers.

I agree with all the other posters about the high quality of the service at Bud Hut. The sales staff are very knowledgeable about their wide variety of products, and they really make you feel welcome. The store layout is attractive, too.

I've been to a few recreational stores near my area and Bud Hut in Everett is the only place I've been to where the staff always treated you as if you were one of their own, like a friend you hadn't seen in a while! They're always informative and really go out of their way to make sure you get what you're looking for, and the options they have are phenomenal.i love going to Bud Hut. At other places,I always feel lost and out of place, but the staff at this spot are quick to make you smile and crack a joke. Good weed, good service, good merchandise, great sense of humors; I found my store, they have a loyal customer for sure.

In my opinion this is the best rec shop around, they have a lot of variety both expensive and cheap, the expensive ones are def a big bang no joke! Very good strains. Really good deals up to 25% off on a 44 dollar 1/8 roughly 3.5 grams. It's may 12th right now so I'd hurry up on that before it's done but I'm sure they will always have some good deals. Awesome customer service! I'll tell everyone I know about this place.

Awesome...it's like a phenomenal warehouse, with an incredible selection of legal weed products. What more can you ask for? The parking situation is...frustrating, but will be better after construction is finished, so park in the back, in the shadows to the left of the store. But once you get inside, Mike A. and so many other familiar faces greet you and are genuinely glad to see you. Comfy chairs, flat screen tv, even computers... it's a fun atmosphere!

One of my top 3 shops to go to! The people are always friendly, and I'm never there for more than 30 seconds before getting acknowledged. The folks at Bud Hut in Everett really listen to what I'm looking for, and don't push anything I don't want. I like their variety too! There's always something new to try!

Dude. 5 stars. All the way. This place is the shiz. Staff's coo. The place is cool. It has couches to lounge on too. Which is nice if you're tired. Or stoned. Place is great. I'll be back.
