It was my first time there and they made me feel really comfortable and at home. The Vape Bar and outside patio make for a great place to hang out and meet some really cool people. The service was also great and the staff was vary knowledgeable.

This location is not only has knowledgeable staff with the largest selection of products but it's ALSO dog friendly. They are always kind and inviting to my dog macchiato, awesome and 🙏 thanks!

After being to a couple of "dive" locations I was delighted to see a dispensary with professional reception, knowledgable staff, a clean and amazingly upbeat atmosphere and smiling faces waiting to assist. I was so relieved and so thankful for Captain Jacks! Damian was exceptionally patient and knowledgable about the products and it made my transaction easy and seemless. The product is excellent grade. I love the interior bar and patio area and will definitely be back to this place every time I'm in need. Thank you!!

I love coming to this place for all my meds. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the meds they have for the patients, with a wide variety and great quality you can't find anywhere else, plus they have a nice lounge in the back so you can medicate there if you like to.

I visited several times when located in Upland, I was very bummed when I went and saw they were closed. However, today I found out they relocated and are open again! This place is truly amazing! You can find anything from flower, to vape cartilages, to bath salts to soak in, to oils, to nasal rescue spray for seizures, pet products, edibles, this is truly a one stop shop!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! It’s very rare to find budtenders who actually know the product and what to recommend and here everyone knows how to help! I’m soo grateful to have found them this morning!!

I have been going to Captain Jacks for years I wouldn't say I'm a weed snob, but I like good flower All the flower is approved by the Captain and has to be found fit to smoke by the Captain himself The Captain is a real mf G when it comes to weed This is the only spot I will go to for tree Something about me is I'm a small woman, and they have a guard there that's perfect. The guys over there hold it down as well as the ladies in charge too Its a bar kind of environment, but its amazingly safe with very young crowds
