Something about this place is comforting. I’ve been to the other shops in the local area and none compare to Captain Jack’s! Their employees are always educated on their products and are always so helpful. I recommend this place to everyone!
Beautiful shop, great location with lots of parking. Big selection. Pick-up available online or walk in. Many perks for customers, like taco day! Coffee bar open mon- fri, 10-5, with a legit barista (Starbucks quality). Point system available for returning customers.
Management is HORRIBLE!!! I bought product there multiple times, twice I bought product that ended up being defective and when I went to return (same day) I got attitude from manager and was offered 10% off to repurchase new product. Never going back!!
Usually ok but when the new bud tenders come in and point u to absolutely crap weed it’s a disappointment. Don’t waste your money until they get good stuff in and always make sure stuff is not about to expire. Dry herb smells like hay weed and is trash.
Really nice place, very friendly staff. Amber was very helpful and showed genuine interest. Exhalence in Sun Valley has a really good vibe too, but not like spending time here. I was very eel taken care off. Will be back. Highly (pun intended) recommend!
