The concept of express online ordering is to avoid the small talk and delays of the normal lines. So it would make sense if you guys would consider putting a customer service representative in the leafy line that was efficient with time and considerate to ones privacy of medication selection.
Every time I go to captain jacks I have a good experience The staff are friendly and talkative I always do order in so it’s always in n out and there products are quality and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend 💯
I always come here but my husband is the one that always walk in but I came for the first time today and I actually really enjoyed my visit. Everybody there is so nice and so professional. I love how the staff really makes you feel comfortable especially on my first day. It is so clean and nice. I love how the place is setup it looks so classy. I look forward into coming back. This is the only place into to and get my edibles.

My loves at CJ’s you’re doing that damn thing. I love that they have come so far. They continue to grow and expand. I love the environment and the professionalism they’ve carried since upland. I also love that I can order ahead and skip the line. The bud tenders deserve a hug they are so nice and very knowledgeable. Will always return. Oh and the products are reliable never had an issue with any cartridges or any hardware. Edible selection out of this world. They’re always adding the best companies to work with. They’ve got it all.
Online orders are taking longer than people who have not ordered at all. It is frustrating to have only one person behind the bar, there can be three people there at least to speed up the check out for those that have already ordered.
Everyone here is so nice and professional. We just started coming here and love it. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a professional experience with quality stuff.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I usually like to go in and smell the flower before I buy it and ask questions about new edibles (you guys need more salty stuff, btw), but since the pandemic, I've been ordering online. There's a separate, much shorter line when I get there, and I dont have to wait as long. The budtenders are always so friendly and helpful. Make a mistake on your order or want to change or add something when you get there? No problem. These guys and gals will accommodate you. They always have a great selection of flower, edibles and concentrates, as well as merchandise. I usually drop in once a month.
NOTE: These guys are being safe, so everyone wears a mask, there are markers on the floor for customers to keep a safe distance. Security will scan you on the way in and check your purse, and i feel a lot safer walking back to my car when I leave, even tbough Captain Jack's is in a nice area of San Bernardino. As Ahnold would say: "I'll be back." :-D
I like that the staff is always friendly. They are knowledgeable about the products and able to make satisfactory recommendations. It's a great atmosphere to shop.
