I love that, even though I haven’t been to visit in 2/3 months, the staff remembers me. This company is like a big family. Good attitudes. And they care about the work they are doing, making our community a better place.
This place is straight up and they don't play games on their prices. Sometimes the wait is too long, but that's a good thing for them I guess. The staff is always super friendy

Ordered to go around 1:30pm (Tuesday, June 30th). Fellas that served me were top notch. Blonde manager came around barking orders about making sure to keep track of staples and bags like they were fast food workers. Always good prices and 1 on 1 service. The manager though may need a leadership class or two though. And to the fellas that served me thank-you!!
2nd time in. Ordered online and it was ready way in advance. They were out of the flower I wanted, but the budtender, (forgot to get his name) helped me out right on the spot and came up with something very comparable. Thank you sir. I was completely disappointed that everything that I picked out online wasn’t in my order they said that they had things in stock that I placed an order for that they did not fill I had to wait longer at the counter for the girl to pick out several does different weeds that didn’t come up to my expectations I ordered a gram of weed and got a gram of rosin.
I got a free gift for being a first time customer yesterday and I am here to tell you even I was surprised at how potent it was. The staff is not just knowledgeable, they're patient, non judgemental, and care that you leave happy..oh and in all of my dispensary experiences I've never been told if any of my product isn't working I can bring it back within 2 weeks time, unheard of !!!
I came in for edible stuff and Lloyd was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about edibles, since it was my first time to try edibles, I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer and provide personal experiences. I appreciated his patience and understanding. Outstanding service!
I always place my order online and within 10 min I receive a text saying that my order is ready for p/u. For me the whole thing from start to finish takes about 30/45 min. That includes drive time to p/u. Very convenient and fast. You don't find that in many places anymore.
The selection is great with good "deals" available, and the staff is really good they are knowledgeable and very welcoming.

They need to improve the online pickup experience. As other reviewers have commented I regularly end up spending more time waiting both outside and in vs those customers who just walk up. The frustrating part is how easy this is to fix - just add more workers to the online counter.
