I love how open and welcoming this place is. The budtenders are welcoming, knowledgable and kind. They have a dab bar and outside seating with lights strung up so pretty at night. I really loved the atmosphere. Much Love

Alright, I've been a patient here for a few years now. Coming in so often, you get to know tenders names, and in return they learn yours. There's also the friction of choosing whose name to put in the review. The person who gets the cake though, is Omar. I brought in a referral a week ago, and we had gotten a not-so friendly tender when we first approached the glass, but when we picked our strain, he directed us to Register 4 where Omar was waiting. Like every time I go in, he has this big welcome for my friend, the first timer. He made sure she didn't have a bad first time experience to remember, and I am glad she enjoys the environment to go back again. She loves the location near our work, and the fact that it's the first dab bar she's been to. M

This was my first time at a dispensary, Captain Jack's was not at all what I was expecting when I first saw it outside. It's a beautiful store, with a bar lined with bongs and rigs, and an outdoor patio. Rob at the desk was so helpful and really nice when I asked stupid questions.... definitely coming back!!

A dispensary in the front, a chill place to relax and enjoy cannabis in the back.

The perks are great. If you spend over a hundred you always get something free. Sometimes they give medicated candy as a free gift when you spend enough, I told them "no thanks, I have little kids at home who might find the candy and eat it" they totally understood and gladly gave me a free joint instead. Bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is supper chill, they even have an outdoor area for smoking and a dab bar, that I have never sat at but looks very inviting.

This place is a joke. Their online menu and location menu always conflict. They have a particular strain advertised online but won't have it in stock. Weights are seldom printed on the label.... whole place is just unprofessional, they think they are the only game in town

This is the nicest spot in the Inland Empire, I think - clean, upscale, with a full vapor bar, lots of choices, and a chill-out areas with grass, sunshine, etc. If you want to see how the legit weed biz should look, check out Captain Jack's. The only criticism is they have no perks for loyal customers and no referral program. That would make it perfect!
