Zack was super helpful and was backed up by several of his coworkers. He listened to what I needed and provided the right amount of information and extra besides. He was very helpful in discussing pipe construction (I'm a metalsmith and I'm thinking about making a silver pipe), as well as suggesting a new strain to help me sleep while providing mental stimulation. I'm very excited to try the strain.

This is a great place to pick up and chill. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The bar and patio are great for socializing. Always a good crowd at the bar.

well it was mine and my wifes first time at captain jacks... the bud tender we had was very informative about their products. Also the bud tender was very patient with all the questions we had about what all the new stuff was( havent been in a collective in about 3 years) and the dab bar is the business... i cant wait to go back. i am definitely going to be a customer for sure

The perks are great. If you spend over a hundred you always get something free. Sometimes they give medicated candy as a free gift when you spend enough, I told them "no thanks, I have little kids at home who might find the candy and eat it" they totally understood and gladly gave me a free joint instead. Bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is supper chill, they even have an outdoor area for smoking and a dab bar, that I have never sat at but looks very inviting.

This place is a joke. Their online menu and location menu always conflict. They have a particular strain advertised online but won't have it in stock. Weights are seldom printed on the label.... whole place is just unprofessional, they think they are the only game in town

Great, friendly, knowledgeable service. From the front door ( braddah man was from my home state Hawaii ) to the reception area, to the bud tenders ( Johnny ) was an awesome experience for me. I will definitely return on my next trip to Cali...my only disappointment was my budget 🤣😂 I would’ve bought a lot more!!!
