This place is amazing. The staff is generally knowledgeable and friendly. There is always a special treat to indulge in and they will answer all your questions and address your concerns.

Definitely #1 in my opinion when it comes to overall service and the constant flow of great vibes sets this place apart from many other local dispensaries.

This was my first time in a dispensary in California. I drove from Vegas for the day and stopped in captain jacks. I was definitely impressed with the quality and variety. They had a great selection of edibles and rosin. Being a rosin presser myself it was nice to see so many different types of rosin, that is something Las Vegas dispensary’s never even have . My bud tender Bill was awesome he was knowledgeable about the products and friendly. I will be stopping in soon as I am back in San Bernardino.

Worth the drive, very well stocked place. Great staff. These guys know their stuff. Dropped in during my commute home, couldnt have had a smoother experience.

I must say the security at the door is a class act 100%. My girl has a condition where she has trouble standing for long periods and walking long distance. The security at the door picked up on it and immediately offered assistance and a chair for her to sit. He was so helpful it made our day. Service inside was great, wasnt just a pretty face with zero knowledge. They helped us find what we needed and we were on our way. I will be a customer here from. Now on.

This was my first time going to Captain Jacks and I can honestly say the experience was pretty cool. Mikki helped me out a lot and I recommend her if you're looking for something really good.

Captain Jacks was such a friendly and inviting place nestled right next to a strip club made me a little worried but once inside I couldn't have been happier. The staff were all smiles and very informative.

Captain Jacks was the first place I went after obtaining my recommendation. I keep thinking I should try a different dispensary, but I always go back to Jacks. The bud-tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a large variety of products to address whatever you need. Would recommend Captain Jacks to anyone in search of a great dispensary.

First time patient, hands down one of my favorite medical supply shops I have ever been to. Quality supplies, great atmosphere, and they even have a luxury smoking section. Christine helped me out today.She heard me out completely, asked questions and ultimately made my experience very enjoyable. Lots of parking and very NON threatening. Will definitely make the trip back many times over.
