I love Captain Jack. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the new lounge is 🔥. If you go, ask for Nick. He’s always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Come here mainly to get cartridges for my pen, but when I do get flower it is always amazing. Sometimes it will be a bit dry, but the potency is still there. The people are super friendly, they always have suggestions or answers for you!

So I stepped into Capt. Jacks a little hesitant since it was my first time in, but everyone was very professional and friendly! Mike helped me pick out exactly what I needed (and more lol) and he made the experience easy and enjoyable. I even got a free edible 💚 definitely coming back.

Amazing customer service and fair prices. There are promotional deals regularly available here, which is always an awesome surprise when visiting. The associates are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are always eager to help and never fail to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I always reccomend this business to friends and coworkers.

I dislike the non return policy when they sell something that does not work they refuse to refund you and they do not carry enough Tinctures and pills with CBD FLOWERS/THC its very hard to get medicine from his place and prices really expensive.

My first time in California and Captain Jacks helped make it an experience to remember. This was my second time visiting a dispensary and they have set the bar extremely high for any other place I visit after this. It was a large group of us who came in to purchase and the service was quick but still attentive to our needs. Bill and Quest answered every question with great detail and for some of my family members who had never been before they made the experience unforgettable. Captain Jacks is doing everything right and I can't wait to see how they grow in the future. I recommend Captain Jacks for anyone who is wanting a quality product with quality people working from security to check-out. I will definitely be shopping here again.
