I'm an extremely unhappy customer!! Twice this week, I've been given sappy oil instead of the wax butter I requested and paid for. Over 100$ for this! Needless to say, I understand once but after informing the staff, I again was given sap, taffy Not the wax I ordered, requested and paid for!

This is my go to place, always great all around. Minor issue encountered with online order & pickup (this was my first time) is they gave the wrong product - I ordered taffy edibles and got gummies. Couldn’t open the bag on the spot to check since it was already stapled. Same manufacturer, and I like the gummies too. All good!!

Tonight I went in, I love their products, I viewed the menu prior to arriving. On their domain webpage it says 15% off between 7-9 pm. Oh no ma’am our domain was stolen and is not up to date and if you use leafy that is where you will find the correct and most up to date info and pricing. So, ok, I go to leafy after placing my order for an ounce of flower. When the tender rings it up he tells me $240 and some change.... excuse me? How much is that? He says well 20% taxes and before taxes it’s $200 and some change. I show him the leafy which reads the strain I requested is $160 an ounce. He says well the best I can do is $200 and some change, let me get a manager and walks away. There was the girl that was packing everything up for the night who looms at it and says ya that’s wrong and walks away. I am a loyal customer to them and this is the THIRD time this has happened and I walked out. I mean if I am showing you the webpage you JUST told me was the correct Information then dang you should honor it! I doubt they will be getting my hard earned money any more... watch the prices ya all!!

Chronic therapy is my go-to spot. Love the outdoor online pickup window for fast service. They offer a great variety of products and most of their bud tenders are super helpful and friendly.

We didn't feel very welcomed. Trying to make conversation with budtender. Don't bother, maybe she was having a bad day who knows. The product was what I can only assume not cured right. It crumbled in my fingers as I put it in the grinder I realized no tools were needed. Squish and dust. The pre roll was like I just lit some ditch weed that someone flavored. Absolute trash!!! Mind you this was our 10 year anniversary trip so I couldn't just go back and complain.

I love shopping at Chronic Therapy! I’ve been going there for the past 6 years and they never disappoint! Always have daily specials and tasty buds. This was my first online order and it was quick and easy! I’ll be doing online orders from now on!

Good products little pricy but worth it. Online needs a bit of work but they are friendly.

Nothing is organized there. No one was at the front counter so they didn't even know who was next or who turn it was. They only have shatter if they are going to have a promotion on their blue label product may be they should make sure they have enough.

I love hitting this spot on my way up to the mountains...great quality and prices, and always nice people. One of my favorites.

They don’t answer their phone. They had a particular strain that no one else appeared to have. But too bad... they can’t answer their phone so they can’t get my business. When I call, the recording gives a long message and then a long Menu and then says stay on the line for a salesperson. Then after a while they say there’s no one there to take my call. Very bad business. I will never recommend this place to anyone. There are just too many other dispensaries in my area that treat their customers better.

I love that it’s the closest place to get recreational from golden. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I spent $241 for an ounce of flower that had almost seven grams of stem. When I ask they remove the stem they told me that's just how the strain is. Do not shop here it is a rip-off.

Budtenders are always lovely and I always enjoy whatever I get here. 10/10
