I am a years long industry employee who was denied an industry discount under unreasonable circumstance. I forgot my badge as i was not working, but i had my last pay stub in my car, which i presented with the name of my employer. Was told i had to have the badge. I stated that i had a company shirt on and a company sticker on my phone. The budtender just ignored me. This has happened before, but never in such a rude way. I dont understand why you guys are disrespecting industry employees. Industry discount brings a lot of business. We are huge consumers. I do not appreciate paying a price i did not anticipate or being treated as a liar. Industry should be uplifting eachother, not milking every penny out of their consumers. Im no longer shopping at this dispo for this reason. The weed is fine but sometimes stemmy and i can get that anywhere. I have spent 1000s here; say goodbye to my business.

Shop here regularly, they carry good products. Yesterday I was charged for more quantity than I received. The budtender realized his mistake and immediately admitted so. Management though would not repay me for the overcharges, but instead demanded I buy more product. My only choice was to use the money owed to me for more product or let the store keep my $50. Poor policy and poor customer relations. Management didn't even show their face, put the budtenders as the go between.

Mediocre bud and had to wait longer than people that showed up after me for my order *because* I pre-ordered online. Makes no sense.

My order online came back confirmed very fast. I walk up to special online order pick up window once arriving, and there’s only one person in line. 3 different customers are standing in the walk up window to order. I see 3 associates during this time. Within 2 minutes I’m next at window ready to pick up my order. 15 minutes later someone shows up to my window for “ special online order pick up” after the walk up line has cleared!!

This is my first stop in town every trip great prices and variety.

Appreciate them accommodating the new rules for social distancing and providing excellent service.

Almost 20$ difference in price from leafly so my complaint is with leafly for not even being close

I loved it, the dude was super helpful with all my questions and then some! Good prices too. Only complaint here is I added on two of the pre rolled joints on sale for 420 at the end of the transaction, he rang them up then sealed the bag and i left. Got home to open my order and found he’d forgotten to add them :( i called immediately but no one answered or has returned my message guess I’m out some joints i paid for but what can i do. Shit happens

Good product good prices but bad staff tonight. My go to dispensary but one of the employees was a jerk and got under my skin. Not sure his name. Still picked up because good product but upset me enough I wrote this review and I don’t normally leave reviews so that should say a lot
