I grabbed a staff pick strain and it was dry, hard, and not at all what I thought the strain would be. The strain was supposed to “mile 62 motorbreath #15” and the look and smell is nothing even close to a motorbreath. It’s a brownish green and orange and smells like old ketchup that’s been left out. Motor breath is supposed to be a gassy/fuel smell with some hints of fruity and this flower is not even remotely close to what I was looking for or what was described. I will not be returning to this dispensary.

I drive 25 mins to this dispensary. I always place an online order thinking it would make a difference. When I arrive I am told that the flower I ordered wasn’t in the sale anymore and I had to pay the full price. I feel as though when placing an online order it says you order has been placed and ready for pick up only to be told they won’t honor the price online and the sale ended. It shouldn’t be the customers issue if online says one thing and then you drive only to be told your items aren’t available even after receiving a text. Management doesn’t seem to care! Update your site if product isn’t available. Good customer service however unacceptable to have online ordering getting a text your order is ready but then driving to be told you no longer have your order available and to pick another flower.

I ordered an ounce of Goddess for $100. My order was confirmed, I drove 20 mins to get there, after waiting in line for 20 mins i was told Goddess is sold out. I ordered it hours ago, and they just sold out, but thats my problem now pick something we do have in stock. This weed shop needs to get it together, they prob had my order the worker barely even looked.

I ordered online at 1pm for pick up. Received a message that my order was placed and that it was being worked on. At 8pm I received another message that my order was canceled with no explanation at all stating that I had to call the store. I tried to call numerous times but it would ring twice and then ask me to leave a message. Other times I look at online and see they have a ton of disposable vapes but when I walk into the store 10 minutes later they don’t have any in stock. No point in having an online inventory and way to order online if those items are never in stock. I’d rather spend more money somewhere else and at least get the item I ordered.

I was a little disappointed I had placed
An order at 12 but it was never filled because I got there at 5 and one of the items was sold out. I do not understand the purpose of pre ordering when they do not even bother to fill.

You get what you pay for. Low prices for low quality products. Avoid the deals and stick with the top shelf products that are the same prices as everywhere else with no attitude. Was told not to use this sites info on flower it is always inflated to what is available.
Placed 2 online orders today and was messaged saying my first order was out of stock. Placed my second order and walked an hour to the store to pick up my order. The girl at the counter checking ids was rude not acknowledging myself or my wife when we greeted her. She didn't say two words to us even after I thanked her and wished her a good evening. Once I got to the counter with the budtender I was informed that my second order was also out of stock. This is the first time I've had a negative experience here but I was shocked at how put off the staff were to even talk to me.

The menu on their website is never correct. It’s not even worth pre ordering because they never actually have what’s on the website. And what they do have when you go into store isn’t on the website. It sucks because I live in another city so I’m never sure what I’m gonna get

I went to Cannacare first and noticed this hidden gem. I am floored by the prices I've gone from summit to slater to solar to comcan not to forget Greenleaf... The prices cannot be matched although they should be! Service is quick and the tenders are very knowledgeable. Since finding Cosmopolitan I have not been anywhere else since due to the prices even with 20% tax. Go!

why have a preorder option if i cant skip a line and i still have to wait for others who are selecting their products. Also my products that were ordered four hours in advance still had to be put together when i arrived, a way to fix that is SET ASIDE PREORDERS.

Multiple times I’ve made online orders picking them up in orderly fashion, only to get to the dispensary and be told they no longer have my order or that they haven’t had that strain in stock for weeks. I don’t understand why the system doesn’t email, call, or text to let ppl know the product they want is not there. They wait until I show up at dispensary, which I then have to take out more money to pay for over priced small portions of weed that I didn’t order in the first place. Then told by budtender that the strain I ordered, they haven’t had for awhile it shouldn’t be on menu, so then when I asked why don’t you guys take it off website and menu so there’s no more confusion, the budtender agrees with me and says that they have said something, only to be told by someone who I’m assuming is the manager for the day, that “ THEY CANT TELL CUSTOMERS THAT”! I don’t know This has happened 3-4 times recently and I’m A VERY DISAPPOINTED customer.

I placed an order at 2:56 p.m and waited and waited and nothing just said my order is being processed. Then I finally got a response the next morning at 8 a.m stating my order has been canceled. This was my first time with this dispensery. Hope they take the time to fix this problem.
My bud tender was rude. Which is strange seeing I'm there multiple times a week. She claimed my order couldn't be found, then stayed they didn't have my quantity. Then proceeded to tell me I didn't order what I ordered. When she finally got it right I double checked the bag at which point she snatched it from me stating you can't touch the bag. Well how tf in suppose to leave with it? I then stated I guess that's why you snatched it back you had to authorize yourself.
So I had a great experience here. My husband on the other hand didn't. They said they were going to give him a deal. A promotional deal, then said he'd have to come back 4 hours later to get it. When he was offered it on the spot. They say they didn't have any left they should have honored the price and substituted for something else. but didn't. So he left empty handed and shocked at the service by the lady budtender. He refuses to go back. I on the other hand will try one more time. lol great price
Every time I place a order and drive 45 min from west Warwick Rhode Island you guys always sell my order horrible customer service .

Dee is my fav budtender! She always knows the menu and is super helpful on maximizing my dollar! I literally let people cut me in line if i can wait for her to serve me!! Ask for Dee yall & stay high 😉

I came in tonight like I always do, and I am there 2 or 3 times a week! and you guys are the fastest and easiest and most comfortable dispensary I've been in, and I haven't gone no where else so far. In my opinion you guys are the best in the State! Thank you for being in Fall River 🙏.

Paid for an 8th got 2.5 grams then I look online and I’m not the only one it’s happened to at cosmopolitan they don’t weigh it and won’t let you open it in store so how do we find out we go home and open to smoke only to find out it looks incredibly small for an 8th well to bad you opened it as if there is another option to find out that its under weight
