I called about ounce specials like it states in their deals today, a lady answered she was completely snotty and rude told me no rudely when I asked her questions.

i came in to order their 8 for $99 deal. i called ahead to make sure they had enough and they assured they did. by the time i ordered and my 'product' got to me they 'ran out' and couldnt substitute anything for me and i was stuck getting product that wasnt useful to me. i loved this place before this experience. hopefully next time it'll be different.

I waited for 20 minutes in line for my online order to be filled. Only to become the very next in line and have the door shut on my face at EXACTLY 9o'clock regardless of the order status. I used to be a frequent. Now I stand in the parking lot without my medication. THANKS BLOOM! You have stolen ENOUGH of my money as of now! 🖕

today is the 1st of the month $99 oz but no flower in stock..false advertising..menu is hardly updated..

This is my third time here. was recommended by the budtender some flower that smelled like reggie. I came back to see if i could exchange the flower. The budtender who served me couldn't help. Finally the supervisor came out and settled the deal.
