well it was my first time visit and it was my last visit cause this flower was so dry it turned to dust as soon as I touched it. bought 3 eigths of Louie 13 and it was terrible.

Absolutely love this spot they have the best of both worlds amazing prices and fast service which everyone loves With Covid-19 they are even more efficient then before following CDC guidelines I'm a regular at this point James is awesome & very Friendly

Bloom is the place where the security guard never leaves you alone and keeps asking if you know where you're going and comments on how fast you walk and criticizes your choice to stand outside or inside the final doorway. And Bloom is the only place I've ever experienced real discrimination; the security guard said my friend could proceed but I looked suspicious so I had to wait while the security guard stared at me and made me very uncomfortable. My friend and I are not comfortable coming back if we have to get through this guy, better of going elsewhere.

My experience; I put my order in online. Got there and waited in line for 45 minutes. Got to the window and was told they would not honor my order because the website was wrong and it wasn't on sale. I showed them their own website on my phone and they still refused to honor their own sale. I canceled my order and will never shop there again. This was my first and last time going there.

Awesome visit... got lost at first bc the building was nothing like I expected. The staff was awesome. I was a first time patient there and they were more than helpful!

Everyone was super helpful withy fist visit here and Valentino was very nice with explaining how things worked ..I recommend Bloom to everyone.

i really only ever come here for cheap shake for cooking. it's been getting better over the years which is good because initially buying sticks and leaves for 15 bucks an eighth wag bit very appealing. good job mixing in some bits of buds. lol... im just playing; p they for the goods

The employees are crap. I go in there to pick up my pre order and asked the guy to cash me out on my points, but he ignored me and just said for me to use them next time. Well, there wont be a next time, because I'm will not go back. Why would I, when they dont listen to the patient.

Thank you bloom Peoria!!! Safety first I love it... just a suggestion.....Please consider using Domm delivery like the Bloom Pheonix location does. I only use bloom but its not safe to go out with having lupus..it just makes sense to use Domm delivery also for ur location too. THANK YOU BLOOM FOR BEIN MY TOP CHOICE IN RELIEF

Waited to go back, had someone come in after me and go back before me. Took about 2 minutes to make my selection only to be told to go to another back room. To wait some more. 3 cashiers but only one person actually ringing up someone. This patient continued to shop while at the cashier counter which just delayed the process even more. More waiting. Weak first time patient deal. Selection not as extensive as some other places in the area.

This place is amazing with great price and staff. Only downside is you have to hunt for strains that aren’t dried up. Possibly invest in a humidifier, Bloom?
