Most Reliable Dispensary for Top Flower Strains Others Don't have, Far Distance but Worth Every Mile.

Jesse was kind and nice. I like the THC % on there flowers. Only went into the front lobby because obviously we are social distancing but everything was easy and quick in the morning!

well it was my first time visit and it was my last visit cause this flower was so dry it turned to dust as soon as I touched it. bought 3 eigths of Louie 13 and it was terrible.

I would not recommend this place during CoViD-19. We all must do our part and a lot of dispensaries have adjusted to online ordering to encourage social distancing and for people to stay home. Bloom Peoria is not one of them, instead they have large groups of people contested together as their wait in long lines. Which is weird because Bloom Phoenix isn’t like this. Bad experience overall, maybe after the pandemic is over it will be a better experience but I won’t be back.

I bought some carts at a great deal but their flower jamaicain gelato was so wet I couldn’t even smoke it.

i came in to order their 8 for $99 deal. i called ahead to make sure they had enough and they assured they did. by the time i ordered and my 'product' got to me they 'ran out' and couldnt substitute anything for me and i was stuck getting product that wasnt useful to me. i loved this place before this experience. hopefully next time it'll be different.

Customer Service and atmosphere are great things butttt let's be honest... we don't go for that as much as we do for the meds to help us feel better. The last couple strains I have gotten from here, I feel like I have paid for batches of sticks and stems and the meds are soooo dry :-( I don't have money to throw away, my body hurts... I didn't want to make tea ya'll... #lessstemsmoremeds please!! Hopefully next time will be better!

The location is great, nice clean set up. Was very disappointed with their bloom branded weed. Poorly trimmed and it had seeds 🤮 Sorry in 2019 no good quality weed should have seeds. Very unlikely that I return.

Visited yesterday and had my first bad experience. Why employ someone in such a high demand industry that sucks at customer service? Or doesn't care to advise or assist customers? It's not hard to fake it for a whopping 60 second interaction. Hire some friendlier staff if you want customers to return, because I definitely will not be back. *Girl up front was fantastic.
