I will just state here and now that I LOVE BLOOM! The meds are amazing, well priced, and the dispensary is just top-notch! Everybody is so nice, chill and normal. The budtenders were very kind and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience at Bloom and will recommend it to my friends and I will be back! :-)

Paper work has to be filled out the first visit, wait time was a little long, flower variety was low only two available to purchase by itself but prices were same as other places. The med quality was disappointing, a little dry, prepacked were not packed very tight. The variety of edibles and other ways to take meds are awesome, many to choose from. Location a little hard to find. Very friendly staff.

Meds weren't as good as the guy was making them out to be, the blue dream is a joke. They are telling people it is the original but it is no where near it!!! Walking into it was just as bad as the service, I felt as if I was walking into a prison and wasn't treated very well when I walked in, the check in girl was on her cell phone and didn't even realize that I was in the building. Another person came over and checked me in, and going into the back was awful, the guy just kept saying how good the "weed" is, I actually need medication. Bloom is a JOKE!! I will be finding another place to get my meds!

Best dispensary hands down. The atmosphere is good, service is quick and all meds are top shelf. The prices cant be beat but it sucks that all their good specials didnt come out until after my first time visit which was 8/20/13. Also I must say that they should definitely offer a free pre-roll with all purchases. The quality of meds and prices will definitely keep me coming back.

I decided to try out Bloom, with the great first patient discount, daily specials and being close to my work, I wanted to make this my go to dispensary. The front office staff and consultants were friendly but the cashier could have been more personable. They have a good selection of strains that look and smell good but when I made the 40 mile drive home and opened my eighth, I was greeted by a nasty uncured grass/hay smell which was nothing like the pleasant aroma the sample of God Bud had. The free pre roll of NYC Diesel I won in the raffle was the same way, grass smell instead of the sour fuel smell I expect from diesel strains, it also tasted awful and was extremely harsh. Both the eighth and pre roll are potent, they're just not enjoyable. I was going to go back and try some of the kush strains that look and smell great but it doesn't appear I can trust to get the same product as the sample and there is no way to guarantee it before purchasing because everything is prepackaged.

I just spent 45 minutes waiting for bloom to fill my online order that I put in yesterday. I watched their waiting room fill up and empty three times and no one called me. Finally I just left empty handed. They are understaffed and overwhelmed, if you are going to open a business on a holiday, staff it. Horrible service, I will never go back to Bloom, and will tell everyone I know how much they care about their patients. Simply the worst.

Very professional set up and friendly service. I went to this dispensary strictly for the fact that it opened at 8am on a saturday and i needed to be on the road at 9am. I was really impressed with the strain that i picked out named Dr. Who. It was everything i asked for and tasty! I will be seeing you guys next weds to try out your preroll special!!

Bloom is definitely my regular spot. You can’t beat the quality on their in house concentrates. I love when I’m able to get my favorite budtender Evan! He so helpful and always has the best recommendations.

Someone gave me a coupon for a free 8th so I had to check it out. I have two places I normally frequent and im pretty happy with them. Staff seems nice enough. The lab coats are kinda silly. My budtender seemed ok. He didnt tell me much about the few strains on hand. I decided on Tahoe og as it looked pretty good. The sample was a bit dry but it smelled ok. I was thanked and then sent to yet another room to retrieve my 8th. When I got home and checked it out it smelled pretty fruity. I dont know if it was the right strain. This pheno was particularly sweet. Tasty but the effect wasnt quite there. Nice but I dont think its Tahoe Og. Cant really complain about a free 8th though! Its quality just not what i was looking for. I wish they had a bit more variety but I will probably visit again if im in the area. Nice parking too

Why do dispensaries sell dried up flower. Such crap. Turns to dust when grinded totally not worth it. But, these days thats all they sell. Not worth the money they ALL ask when selling it dried up. Taste bad as well. Sad this is the route they decided to go. Very,Very,Disappointed.

Everyone was great, the security, the manager and the cashiers. But The girl that took my order had an attitude problem, yes you’re doing me a favor but it’s your job to do so. I really don’t need bad attitude when I’m dropping cash in your business. I can go to any other dispensary in town. The $99oz’s are now $125 in this crisis time, not a good time to make extra cash guys!

Today was my first time in a dispensary. And let me tell you it was everything I ever imagined. Staff was amazing except when I told the front desk girl it was my first time she didn't let me know there was water or even a menu for that matter. She just told me to sit down :/ Some very nice girl walked in and noticed I was a noob and she then informed me of it! Was a an awesome flat screen menu. Oh well though the dr was awesome. She was so nice! And very informative. Then the lady at checkout was very friendly and quick.

Agree with the others, Bloom needs to revisit their business model. I have (the operative word there is have) been a loyal customer but I'm done now. Most of the "bud" tenders have zero education when it comes to the use of their medicine. The process just sucks. You wait in line for the receptionist to take forever to check you in (really - how long does it take to swipe the card), Then wait in line for the "expert" bud tenders. Then you are show a sample of their product - NOT the actual product you a buying but a sample. Then you go to yet another room and wait again to pay. That is when you see what your product looks like. If you choose to go here be sure to check your product before you leave and check that the pricing is correct. At least 3 times I was shorted a portion (which was caught at the purchase window) and twice got home and didn't get any special pricing that I should have. Both times I reported it to Bloom with no response. Interesting that Bloom management seems to only respond to positive reviews and yet many complaints are the same year after year without any changes made by them. So bye bye Bloom.

So I do really like this place they have great deals. I encountered the problem of everything being legal. It does not matter if you are Med or rec you have to wait in the same line. Hopefully they don't sell out to the Rec users by the time you finally make It inside an hour later. Probably going to find a dispo that has separate lines for rec and med users. I mean come on even Colorado has been doing It like that. It shows you guys never cared about the medical aspect of It and just the money aspect. I never mind spending money here but not if I am in the same line of every joe shmow that wants weed in the valley when there are med users that have been coming here for quite sometime and have invested a lot of support and money into you guys. I would like to one day see that taken care of so medical users are not stuck in a line behind recreational users.

called ahead and asked what the daily special was. ( was told it was a pre-roll with a 1/8th. once purchase). Got to Bloom Phoenix, and was told that they would not give me the pre-roll and the 10% Veterans discount on my total purchase, as they have done many times before. the management confirmed this policy, and said it was the new policy. thanks Bloom Phoenix, way to honor our Veterans!

I came there after 3:00 p.m. the security guy that was sitting in the front of the building let someone go before me because he "seen her before". He asked to see my drivers license and I.D. and the let the woman that pulled up after me go inside before I do. That is unprofessional and if you need to see those specifications before someone walks in you should check each time not just because you "seen her before" the card could be expired etc and should not be protocol from security. How is that protecting everyone from safety when you do not check their information and he could have at least made her wait behind me until he was done checking my information. I rarely see this guy so I'm not sure if hes new but he should know not to let people cut the line just because you " seen them before" and not check their identification PRIOR TO ENTERING THE BUILDING. COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE that I had to wait outside when I was there first.

everyday $99 oz deal...but at 9:15 am you're sold out? Then receptionist says we haven't got our shipment yet...today or in general I ask? she shrugs her shoulder. So I say I'm good and she says okayyy byeeee! I'm confused since I was there last night and was told they would have a selection of four $99 oz today! So the shipment hasn't arrived? and your receptionist needs to be more courteous and professional. okayyy byeee!
