Curaleaf - Phoenix Airport

I have not shopped this dispensary yet, but plan to do so. Regarding Josh2903's comment about donation rates. I use 2 clubs and 1 other dispensary, and the donation rates listed on Bloom's menu for 5/3/13 are pretty much the same - or lower - than the 3 other places I get my meds. I use Onyx, AZ CPC and The Green House. Like others, I have found that current donation rates are pretty much the same as the street price was about 3-years ago. I think it's important to consider that what we're getting now for the prices we pay is much better in every way than what used to be on the street. I am gladly paying the going rate because I value quality, cleanliness, safety, and the good feeling I have, knowing I am making a tax contribution to a State than needs it!

1TP, 1st dispensary visit, ever. Spent the last month on Leafly carefully comparing all the Valley dispensaries. Literally made a spreadsheet for cost and feature comparison and Bloom won out across the board for price, selection of strain and product, and positive reviews. Drove from the Faaaaar East Valley for these reasons and I must say... I'm glad I did. Went on a Thursday, not knowing that this was a busy day- and was still in and out in just about an hour. This as a first time patient and with a packed waiting room. Both front desk clerks were very polite and very efficient. I've worked in customer service myself a long time- and the staff here from start to finish get my nod of approval. About the only suggestion I would have is more comfortable chairs in the waiting room. Evan, my budtender, was very knowledgable (I know, because I do my homework beforehand) and answered all my nitty gritty detail oddball questions with aplomb and an infectious smile. HEY! BOSS PEOPLE! You have a gem in Evan here! Seriously, I don't impress easily. The whole process was very streamlined, the prices excellent, staff polite and efficient. Bud quality looks great, well trimmed. I will definitely be returning.

Bloom has always made me happy. Has a great selection and the people who work there are always friendly and know a lot about the medicine they have. Will always be coming back

Clean environment, organize and professional staff

The service sucks & so does the layout; I haven't been back since my last horrible visit (where not only was I yelled at by managers in front of other patients ) but was also disrespected by the executive director. You've burned your bridges with me already Bloom. And with that said, several hundred more patients that I know now have the same feeling. You never know who your dealing with! Just remember that. Your chances were given, and you choose to be big shot big mouths; your entire establishment is run by people who just don't care for the patients, and wow is that apparent. Only thing ya care about is money! Furthermore bloom never gave a damn to offer an apology for the unprofessionalism I was exposed to time after time. Stay clear of these goof balls! They are all about the money & will bait & switch you !!!

Always have good medicine.

Bloom made my first dispensary experience a breeze and ensured that I was educated on the array of products they offer while not being overly informative. No one can argue the appeal of the deals Bloom offers- is there a more cost effective/quality controlled supplier in the tri-city area? Not to my knowledge. Thanks, Bloom!

Theeee most professional place in Phoenix. The place is safe and beautiful. Top of the food chain!

Well setup dispensary. Helpful and knowledgable staff. Will come back for future medical needs.

I'm not going back to bloom because of Chris behind the counter the other day you gave me an attitude it wasn't very professional so you lost a customer . What a jerk he was. USMC

I walked in for the first time and had no idea where to go. its confusing. the people aren't very friendly at all, and I felt pressured. its annoying when you can tell people don't enjoy being there and they make it very very obvious. all I can say is if you don't like your job, get a new one. I was really disappointed with the environment... the patient consultant was not very informative and wasn't very educated on the product. it was once again, annoying. I got something and left asap. I won't be back, and I won't recommend this place to anyone I know.

Stopped in here for the first time last week. they had good buds and a nice selection of edibles. the prices are fair , better than a lot of the clubs and i will shop here again.

Did anyone else get the bait and switch add. 5 free pre-rolls but they did not mention they will not be giving them out today. It is not worth my time or gas to drive back to pick these up so it is pointless. Never again will I be stepping foot in this place. To many other shops closer

LOVE THE WORKERS KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB! THEY WORK HARD TO KEEP US HAPPY AND FAST. ALTHOUGH THE REMODEL I WAS LOST FOR THE VISITORS WITHOUT CARDS WHERE DO THEY SIT NOW IT'S JUST OPEN VISITORS DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO SIT AND THEY HAD TOO MANY VISITORS WITH THEM. BUT STILL LOVE THE PLACE. YOU GUYS HAVE VERY GOOD DEALS.

This place is sooo nice!! Great meds and service the suggested donation is great as well and they always have sweet deals going on. The popcorn is the best edible I've ever had. You have to try this place!!!

juju is the best.

Went in and was disappointed that they were out of everything but grams and shake. But they did offer a consolation, which was appreciated. Have to get the consistency up, because when they DO have meds, its pretty good (a little pricey), but it can't be a one-stop-shop if they're out of inventory. Also, the employees, who are normally pretty helpful, didn't seem to be updated on when the problem of inventory would be fixed. It'd be nice if they used their database to create a live-updating menu to display on their waiting room TV, which doesn't display anything. A lot of the clubs have this. Would be nice to have the extra time to think based on what is available. Oh well, hope you guys get back on track. The shake was good, for the price.

I stopped in on 10-8-2013 as I was waiting to pick up my wife and daughter at the airport and Bloom is right there.. I waited a little bit which wasn't too bad. Busy, but worth the wait. I was called back by Ju-Ju and let me say, this guy is a riot. He was personable, funny and Fn knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and what not.. Being a first timer, I got a free 8th ( I chose Blue Dream) just for stopping in. I also got their TB line of Choco Chip cookies. 1 cookie helped me sleep better. I also got a few pre-rolls. I haven't had a better experience at any of the actual state licensed ones yet. Thank you to the nice lady at the front desk. The security guards, Ju-Ju and the ladies behind the glass dispensing the meds. Everyone is top notch. Jason L.
