I stopped in on 10-8-2013 as I was waiting to pick up my wife and daughter at the airport and Bloom is right there.. I waited a little bit which wasn't too bad. Busy, but worth the wait. I was called back by Ju-Ju and let me say, this guy is a riot. He was personable, funny and Fn knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and what not.. Being a first timer, I got a free 8th ( I chose Blue Dream) just for stopping in. I also got their TB line of Choco Chip cookies. 1 cookie helped me sleep better. I also got a few pre-rolls. I haven't had a better experience at any of the actual state licensed ones yet. Thank you to the nice lady at the front desk. The security guards, Ju-Ju and the ladies behind the glass dispensing the meds. Everyone is top notch. Jason L.

The 25% Jan. discount is unbeatable, and all of the new strains you guys are breeding are superb. But really, with the increase of patients the service is suffering. last visit the meds I came in for sold out as I waited, the strain I chose instead was given to the express patient in front of me, so I stopped in today and the patient after me was offered a free eighth for participating in a brief interview and I was offered nothing, really vexing to watch. You guys are doing something right with those long lines but I think I'm going to shop for my meds elsewhere.

Best dispensary hands down. The atmosphere is good, service is quick and all meds are top shelf. The prices cant be beat but it sucks that all their good specials didnt come out until after my first time visit which was 8/20/13. Also I must say that they should definitely offer a free pre-roll with all purchases. The quality of meds and prices will definitely keep me coming back.

Why do dispensaries sell dried up flower. Such crap. Turns to dust when grinded totally not worth it. But, these days thats all they sell. Not worth the money they ALL ask when selling it dried up. Taste bad as well. Sad this is the route they decided to go. Very,Very,Disappointed.

Paper work has to be filled out the first visit, wait time was a little long, flower variety was low only two available to purchase by itself but prices were same as other places. The med quality was disappointing, a little dry, prepacked were not packed very tight. The variety of edibles and other ways to take meds are awesome, many to choose from. Location a little hard to find. Very friendly staff.

Place is actually kind of scary. Rough crowd. Flower is often dry and harsh. Concentrate prices are pretty good though if you stop in at the right time. I advise definitely coming during the daytime. Bud tenders are chill but kinda disconnected and ‘salesy’ - weird vibe overall.

I normally don’t write reviews , but after one of the worst experiences of customer service and security I have ever had today , I feel it necessary to talk about something that happened to me. I made an online order at your dispensary and went to go pick it up as normal. I expected lines as I understand the absolute necessity for social distancing during these times . I waited in line for 30 minutes which was perfectly okay with me. However when I made it into the dispensary, the security guard who let me in, said that the guy in line behind me ( I am sure you have cameras that can back me up on this ) said that he was next and not me. I told the security guard that was not true , the guy who was wearing yellow shirt and shorts was behind me in line . The security guard said word for word “ that’s what I thought”. That was fine . I was kind of annoyed but no big deal right ? The guy then comes in next and proceeds to verbally abuse me , and not one person or security personnel gave me any help or any sense that I was safe. I didn’t to anything wrong . I proceeded to then have an anxiety attack right there on the spot and couldn’t even remember what I was there for. I won’t be going back again. Your JOB is to keep your customers safe and judging by today’s events you are clearly not doing that . I regularly shop here but I will never come back again. I am absolutely disgusted by how I as a paying customer was left alone to deal with an aggressive person who can’t wait in line for his turn like everyone else.

So I do really like this place they have great deals. I encountered the problem of everything being legal. It does not matter if you are Med or rec you have to wait in the same line. Hopefully they don't sell out to the Rec users by the time you finally make It inside an hour later. Probably going to find a dispo that has separate lines for rec and med users. I mean come on even Colorado has been doing It like that. It shows you guys never cared about the medical aspect of It and just the money aspect. I never mind spending money here but not if I am in the same line of every joe shmow that wants weed in the valley when there are med users that have been coming here for quite sometime and have invested a lot of support and money into you guys. I would like to one day see that taken care of so medical users are not stuck in a line behind recreational users.

I have been here a few times. I thought the meds were low quality the first time I went some months ago, but they made it right. The second time I went I had some issues because bloom would not honor a special applied to a shake purchase, only flower. The only reason I still go is for the shake which is mid to low shelf but the price is right.

This was the first dispensary I went to and Bloom blew my mind. That was back in May '13. Since then, Bloom has continuously blown my mind month after month. tastebudz edibles, flower selection, staff friendliness and helpfulness, facility and the prices at bloom are all A++! If you aren't signed up to receive text and email alerts do it, its the best email you'll get each month! The only thing that could make Bloom any better would be a delivery service, but maybe that's just the meds talking ;] . It's always a great experience at bloom!

I just spent 45 minutes waiting for bloom to fill my online order that I put in yesterday. I watched their waiting room fill up and empty three times and no one called me. Finally I just left empty handed. They are understaffed and overwhelmed, if you are going to open a business on a holiday, staff it. Horrible service, I will never go back to Bloom, and will tell everyone I know how much they care about their patients. Simply the worst.

Everyone was great, the security, the manager and the cashiers. But The girl that took my order had an attitude problem, yes you’re doing me a favor but it’s your job to do so. I really don’t need bad attitude when I’m dropping cash in your business. I can go to any other dispensary in town. The $99oz’s are now $125 in this crisis time, not a good time to make extra cash guys!

I love this location. been coming here for years... but lately for the past 4 days . every time I come in.. I'm always getting skipped and they let 5-10 people get there meds before me and force me to wait.. which is really messed up and unacceptable.. then I had to talk to the manager cause the new guy refused to give me my change for almost 30 mins.. I spend more money here than anywhere else just to be treated like crap as a customer...... milton

Great place and loved the 1/8th for my birthday. Meds are always top notch compared to the 4 dispensaries I've been too....Price is right in line with others but still too high. Guess with a little time they'll come down. Filled out survey and was told i'd get email for a surprise.....did the survey, never received email. Oh well, sounded good.

Very professional environment. Discreet location. Comfortable atmosphere. Edibles were potent. Free 1/8th oz for first time patients. I went during happy hour, 1pm-3pm and got a free pre roll. Reasonable prices. Will be going back. Only negative is that they don't have concentrates.

Only tried this place out because I got a free 1/8th and I am broke this week and couldn't afford to hit my local dispensary. I got there and it was very in your face and overwhelming. 10 different employees talking to you, going to different stations, etc.....I like my local place, 1 employee in the whole place, bring you back and weigh it in front of you etc, walk right out.....this place just had bad atmosphere however....the med quality is 10/10 i got some Chainer and its unreal, second best medicine ive had ever....i will be in next week for a very large order of it too! and the staff were all incredibly friendly and informative....great people, had no complaints about how people treated patients overall - i will be back. the atmosphere doesnt do it for me, but the med quality makes up for it

This was my third time and I brought a friend from Apache Junction. I find the staff knowledgeable, even with tincturing. I have tried several strains, mostly successful for my problems. Six knee surgeries within 10 years and many series of injections later, I find the suggestions from Bloom have helped me and I am successful at not having to take prescription drugs anymore. Thank you Bloom employees - David, Ju Ju (probably didn't spell that properly, but I love you anyway!) and Stephen and a young lady with dark hair. Your ability has helped me.
