Came here with my friend a couple times, my card wasnt working so they helped me call the department and let me go in with my friend to look around. The medicine is definitely awesome quality. I only tried the ice and i was impressed.

In a super convenient location Bloom offers top notch professional service and a variety of potent meds. I love this place!

I came in on a friday night (may 5th) the woman who checks us in was totally rude. told one man when he asked the wait time, that he can have a seat and start a timer. when she calls him he can tell her how long it was. I feel that this place used to be a great facility and now the quality has decreased as we as the customer service. the employees are uneducated and unprofessional. more and more rude experience

I have been here a few times, I haven't been back for a long time. I do not buy prepackaged herb anymore. I have gotten badly cured stuff and underweight stuff that did not resemble what I had inspected and purchased. I only buy where I get my purchase from the same container that I inspected. Where it is weighed right in front of me. No more pigs in a poke for me.

atmosphere and service are top notch. I've been to this place about 5 times now.. the issue i have is horrrrrrribly dry buds. Every strain I have picked up has been brittle dry.. I don't pick up budget strains, i don't go for anything because its on sale. I always pick up the best strain they offer when I go in and every single time it's been very very very dry. It's shame too, i love the service and the place itself is nice and clean. PLEASE step up and start taking care of your flowers so they don't crisp.

I will just state here and now that I LOVE BLOOM! The meds are amazing, well priced, and the dispensary is just top-notch! Everybody is so nice, chill and normal. The budtenders were very kind and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience at Bloom and will recommend it to my friends and I will be back! :-)

I have not shopped this dispensary yet, but plan to do so. Regarding Josh2903's comment about donation rates. I use 2 clubs and 1 other dispensary, and the donation rates listed on Bloom's menu for 5/3/13 are pretty much the same - or lower - than the 3 other places I get my meds. I use Onyx, AZ CPC and The Green House. Like others, I have found that current donation rates are pretty much the same as the street price was about 3-years ago. I think it's important to consider that what we're getting now for the prices we pay is much better in every way than what used to be on the street. I am gladly paying the going rate because I value quality, cleanliness, safety, and the good feeling I have, knowing I am making a tax contribution to a State than needs it!

Bloom made my first dispensary experience a breeze and ensured that I was educated on the array of products they offer while not being overly informative. No one can argue the appeal of the deals Bloom offers- is there a more cost effective/quality controlled supplier in the tri-city area? Not to my knowledge. Thanks, Bloom!

This is the best place in town. From the person in parking lot to the casher. The best experience ever.I will not use any one else!! Great med's cheap prices. You won't be disappointed!!!

I see potential but there is so much that needs work before I would ever consider purchasing meds here again; med quality has gone done ALOT since there opening. Maybe changing your cultivation style up; ie, using organics, flushing your meds better & then drying & curing in a climate controlled room for a proper amount of time. All meds smelled so green I couldn't differentiate with the exception of the kosher kush which looked nice and smelled much better then the rest, but still not at it's genetic potential in my opinion. Point is you should be able to bring amazing quality meds to patients; you have million of dollars invested already, comon guys! This is an issue of technique!!! Hope you guys figure things out

called ahead and asked what the daily special was. ( was told it was a pre-roll with a 1/8th. once purchase). Got to Bloom Phoenix, and was told that they would not give me the pre-roll and the 10% Veterans discount on my total purchase, as they have done many times before. the management confirmed this policy, and said it was the new policy. thanks Bloom Phoenix, way to honor our Veterans!

I came there after 3:00 p.m. the security guy that was sitting in the front of the building let someone go before me because he "seen her before". He asked to see my drivers license and I.D. and the let the woman that pulled up after me go inside before I do. That is unprofessional and if you need to see those specifications before someone walks in you should check each time not just because you "seen her before" the card could be expired etc and should not be protocol from security. How is that protecting everyone from safety when you do not check their information and he could have at least made her wait behind me until he was done checking my information. I rarely see this guy so I'm not sure if hes new but he should know not to let people cut the line just because you " seen them before" and not check their identification PRIOR TO ENTERING THE BUILDING. COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE that I had to wait outside when I was there first.

Junk junk junk. That is the quality of buds at this dispensary. From old flowers to poorly cured buds. No wonder they had to lower their prices. ..they were charging top shelf prices for low grade selection. This place is the equivalent to Jack N the Box....cheap. recommended you save up and go up the street to Trumed..a 5 star restaurant. They know how to grow buds the right way and worth every dollar!

I have been here a few times. I thought the meds were low quality the first time I went some months ago, but they made it right. The second time I went I had some issues because bloom would not honor a special applied to a shake purchase, only flower. The only reason I still go is for the shake which is mid to low shelf but the price is right.

Garbage, was better under Yuri ages ago. Like Inhaling Walmart brand Flower.

Bloom is definitely my regular spot. You can’t beat the quality on their in house concentrates. I love when I’m able to get my favorite budtender Evan! He so helpful and always has the best recommendations.

Someone gave me a coupon for a free 8th so I had to check it out. I have two places I normally frequent and im pretty happy with them. Staff seems nice enough. The lab coats are kinda silly. My budtender seemed ok. He didnt tell me much about the few strains on hand. I decided on Tahoe og as it looked pretty good. The sample was a bit dry but it smelled ok. I was thanked and then sent to yet another room to retrieve my 8th. When I got home and checked it out it smelled pretty fruity. I dont know if it was the right strain. This pheno was particularly sweet. Tasty but the effect wasnt quite there. Nice but I dont think its Tahoe Og. Cant really complain about a free 8th though! Its quality just not what i was looking for. I wish they had a bit more variety but I will probably visit again if im in the area. Nice parking too

I'm not going back to bloom because of Chris behind the counter the other day you gave me an attitude it wasn't very professional so you lost a customer . What a jerk he was. USMC

I got a free 1/8 for it being my first time and i also got 10 free prerolls for purchase made and it being a tuesday!? Let's just say i walked out with a lot of weed and satisfied as heck first time customer!

Houseman do you not realize that dispensaries are suppose to be not for profit? The only money they are allowed to recoup is for there expenses in growing and overhead cost. Any profits are suppose to be donated off or put back into the dispensary. Anyone charging more then $10 a gram is in it just for the profit not for the sake of care and compassion. They buy all there grow equipment at cost so to say your not growing for profit is a complete lie

Did anyone else get the bait and switch add. 5 free pre-rolls but they did not mention they will not be giving them out today. It is not worth my time or gas to drive back to pick these up so it is pointless. Never again will I be stepping foot in this place. To many other shops closer
