Curaleaf - Phoenix Airport

Thought it was poor customer service, didn’t work well with kind live event. Staff seemed to be upset everyone was for kind not their Sunday bud deal. Take girl with purple hair, as beautiful as they come and as rude as you would expect from looking at her. Yeah I judged that book by the cover and I was right. One girl behind counter was nice other than that I felt they could work on people skills, especially when customers are waiting hrs in the rain it should not matter what deal they are waiting for. Also thought it was bs they did online order for kind and did not announce it, again purple hair saying we told “norm” and “cliff” like it was cheers. People travel for kind events and not everyone lives next to the airport so we cannot frequent the establishment as much as we may like that’s why you have sites like this or your own and you put UPDATES .

LOVE THE WORKERS KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB! THEY WORK HARD TO KEEP US HAPPY AND FAST. ALTHOUGH THE REMODEL I WAS LOST FOR THE VISITORS WITHOUT CARDS WHERE DO THEY SIT NOW IT'S JUST OPEN VISITORS DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO SIT AND THEY HAD TOO MANY VISITORS WITH THEM. BUT STILL LOVE THE PLACE. YOU GUYS HAVE VERY GOOD DEALS.

this place is very clean and the atmosphere was easy going and professional .I would recommend the place to my friends for all the med needs.

Came here with my friend a couple times, my card wasnt working so they helped me call the department and let me go in with my friend to look around. The medicine is definitely awesome quality. I only tried the ice and i was impressed.

Every time I go to Bloom I have a most wonderful experience. From Juju, Clay, to Say-Say [Seijo], Mike, Ashley and everyone else whose names I may not know but surely their faces are always warm and welcome. They are so intuitive and know when you're not feeling the best, and they always make you feel better. Meds are great, atmosphere rocks and I always get a good price. Place is actually kind of scary. Rough crowd. Flower is often dry and harsh. Concentrate prices are pretty good though if you stop in at the right time. I advise definitely coming during the daytime. Bud tenders are chill but kinda disconnected and ‘salesy’ - weird vibe overall.

Liked the meds and the 25% discount.

I normally don’t write reviews , but after one of the worst experiences of customer service and security I have ever had today , I feel it necessary to talk about something that happened to me. I made an online order at your dispensary and went to go pick it up as normal. I expected lines as I understand the absolute necessity for social distancing during these times . I waited in line for 30 minutes which was perfectly okay with me. However when I made it into the dispensary, the security guard who let me in, said that the guy in line behind me ( I am sure you have cameras that can back me up on this ) said that he was next and not me. I told the security guard that was not true , the guy who was wearing yellow shirt and shorts was behind me in line . The security guard said word for word “ that’s what I thought”. That was fine . I was kind of annoyed but no big deal right ? The guy then comes in next and proceeds to verbally abuse me , and not one person or security personnel gave me any help or any sense that I was safe. I didn’t to anything wrong . I proceeded to then have an anxiety attack right there on the spot and couldn’t even remember what I was there for. I won’t be going back again. Your JOB is to keep your customers safe and judging by today’s events you are clearly not doing that . I regularly shop here but I will never come back again. I am absolutely disgusted by how I as a paying customer was left alone to deal with an aggressive person who can’t wait in line for his turn like everyone else.

Very clean facility, everyone is professional and friendly, really good customer service from the product assistant. I look forward to this dispensary growing its selection.

Wonderful meds!

I have been coming here for a few months and like many others have visited other dispensaries. As an actual master grower I can tell you, these comments regarding pests haven't been observed by me at all. it might be an inexperienced individual misinterpreting something odd they are noticing on buds? Or what it seems like to me, a troll with a vendetta (An illiterate one at that). Bloom treats me right and I assume that's from an exchange of mutual respect.

Meds are not very potent and I've found seeds a few times. The edibles are excellent though but for the most potent meds there are better dispensaries. It also upsets me that they don't weigh out and show you your meds before buying, they simply take the best nug they have to showcase and it's usually not as nice when they give you the pre package meds.

bloom is the best dispensary ever !!!! the location is easy to get to and the employees are awesome. they are so helpful in answering any questions you have about the medications they carry. i would recommend them time and time again. thank you Bloom you are the best !!!

I stopped in on 10-8-2013 as I was waiting to pick up my wife and daughter at the airport and Bloom is right there.. I waited a little bit which wasn't too bad. Busy, but worth the wait. I was called back by Ju-Ju and let me say, this guy is a riot. He was personable, funny and Fn knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and what not.. Being a first timer, I got a free 8th ( I chose Blue Dream) just for stopping in. I also got their TB line of Choco Chip cookies. 1 cookie helped me sleep better. I also got a few pre-rolls. I haven't had a better experience at any of the actual state licensed ones yet. Thank you to the nice lady at the front desk. The security guards, Ju-Ju and the ladies behind the glass dispensing the meds. Everyone is top notch. Jason L.
