Curaleaf - Phoenix Airport

Looking forward to my next visit to phx and bloom. The first time patient deal is legit. Clean setup with informative staff. The next time I'm in phoenix I'm bloom bound. Ripped.

Bloom Phoenix is a great place to go when you need medicine. The atmosphere is professional and welcoming and the staff is great, all while being a little more laid back than other dispensaries I've been to. As far as the medicine, my budtender suggested that I try Trinity Blueberry, and he was right! Try it!

Okay so ill start with the Med Quality. The top shelf strains never have any herms in the display case but then when I drove home the Trinity Blueberry had yellow nanners popping out of it (male parts) and so did the Blue Widow, and BlueBerry Diesel. The Trinity also had what appeared to be clear white fly eggs in the cracks of the nugs. Health hazard? maybe? Now I am no genius but I think your master grower should fix the environment your plants are growing in. If a pizza shop burns your pizza do you think they still sell it you? NO. So why are you guys selling burnt meds with male parts on them? The service was good and the Bud tender was honest with me about some of the strains.. I wish I would have been able to see him weigh out my meds in front of me so I could ensure I was getting good nugs without issues.. The atmosphere on the 3 occasions I have been there is very quite and seems safe. I just dont like the fact that I have to wallk from one room to the next with no real directions or signs, just security guards who seem to be talking all the time anyway.. I am from Oregon and I have grown marijuana for a few years. I use Medical Marijuana for pain at night so I always look for very strong Indica strains.. Sorry Bloom but if your weed didnt have Nanners, perlite, white fly eggs, and other issues maybe you would have more business.. I hope your grower figures out his atmosphere problem.. Maybe Nutrients issue too..

This place sucked! It looks and feels like you are pulling up to a prison. It is in the ghetto - Skytrain??? Chain link fence and barb wire everywhere. You are 500feet south of Van Buren by the airport... You walk in and don't know where to go. You go in and out of 4 rooms and 1 long hallway before you can get out of this place. It is a mix of crappy head shop and a club, rather than a state licensed professional dispensary. They have a grand total of 7 strains to choose from (pathetic). Won't go back!

I love Bloom! I always walk away happy and have yet to be disappointed or feel any form of "buyers remorse"! Great customer service, great product and a great location. The birthday surprise is awesome - so unexpected, and really put a smile on my face! Thank you for what you do! The Celebration of Courage was a very nice way of you giving back and I was very lucky to have won the first raffle pulled! I was so taken back - I never imagined my number would be pulled - and what a cool thing to win! Thank you so much Bloom! You make this old "Metalhead" a happy man!

I will never return to Bloom unless I'm left with no other choice. They don't have security I was almost assaulted out in front and they have refused to get in contact with me. I have made reviews here and on FB - both were never accepted (go figure) I have tried to contact them through FB and left several messages for the manager. This place is unsafe at night and single young women NEED to know that and Bloom could care less. You not only lost a customer due to this but I will take everyone I know with me until this situation is addressed.

best first time deal in town..some dude there is rude wont say names..juju is cooooool!!.if you can deal with paying a little more for meds its a great place..come check it out!..

Please if you add new just received your card do not come here they're weed taste like pesticide I just got blue Frost which is supposed to be the top shelf for $7.50 in the s*** taste nasty I'm almost thinking about throwing it out if it wasn't the last gram that I had please do not come here there other places to go who weed does not taste like pesticides even for $7 this is a rip off I'm thinking about calling the Health Department because I think it might be synthetic marijuana it looks good but tastes horrible you don't believe me go waste the $7

Not a fan. You need at least an hour to deal with their multi-step process before you ever see the budtender. Product strands were dry, some smelled like fresh cut grass. Smoking it was like lighting lent on fire, gone in one hit. The female budtender that assisted me had Zero understanding of her meds, nor could she look up long enough from her personal crap to answer any questions I had.. They only accept cash & I was offered free stuff for a 5 star rating (most of these are probably a fake 5 star for that free bud)..Bloom gets a big fail from me. Never again. 0 stars. For those reading this Urban Greenhouse, has treated me the best so far.

Bloom always has the best meds out there. Great staff too, I love coming to this place and chatting with the guys. Very knowledgable. Plus happy hour rocks.

Bloom used to be the best dispensary in town. Every time I have been there in the past few months, they have only 3 or 4 strains. Also, they are very unreliable. I have to drive about 40 minutes to get there, and they apparently purchase in such small amounts, that their menu is only accurate for approximately 1 hour.

Just finished the last of my pick up from last week. From an "eighth" of Holy Grail which was actually 3.2 g's, I had .9 g of stems. Other strains weren't nearly as stemmy, however I don't like paying for 3.5 g of flower when I'm really only getting 2.3 g

When I renewed my MM license, I found out about Bloom, from a flyer offering some free meds. So I went to check it out and I loved the place. It was a little crowded, but I can see why now. I'm a convert too. After filling out some paperwork, showing my card etc, I didn't wait more than 5 minutes before my name was called. Once I got into the viewing room, the customer service was the great, even though I mentioned I was just checking things out. But even though I didn't have any money with me, I still walked out with 1/8 of Sour Diesel (a $50 value) and a pre-rolled joint--turns out it was happy hour!!:) I'll be going back this week! Love this place.

Take yourself off of leafly if you cannot handle updating inventory. You still even have the product up here I went in for and you did not have. Pathetic excuse for a business. The website is trash and inaccurate as well.

Came here to give the place a second chance but ended up with the same quality meds as before. I got the Larry OG and it tastes like dirt. It wasn't properly flushed. The joints I rolled blackened and had to be re-lit over and over, to me that indicates improper curing. My other complaint is picky but tied to the other two. In the rush to get your product to market you hyper-nutriate which leads to big fluffy buds that burn fast and cure poorly. I prefer the hard, dry nugs that don't leave you going thru an eighth in one sitting. Because you burn thru it so fast, it's more expensive. Sorry, won't be back.

I made a complaint about a month ago about my free eighth being a new patient. I've noticed other complaints that had been addressed. Why not mine? Why would I come back?

This place has a nice setup but meds are hit or miss. Papaya and Kosher Kush were good however nothing else is really as strong. Pre rolls are ground down too much when you try to smoke them it just burns a big cherry and it's sort of a waste better to break it open and smoke a bowl.

Really, no complaints. Clean, friendly. Will be back!

I dislike this dispensary worste selection of strains and check in can't even help someone out I had a expired ID because of DMV fault and everyone else wanted to help me but this bullshit ass place

It’s extremely unfortunate when you regularly come to an establishment and they have an ongoing issue that they don’t correct. If your online resources do not collaborate with other ordering sources, you shouldn’t allow people to place prior orders that are not gonna be honored. Instead, just repeatedly tell you over and over to only order directly from the site when you have overly explained that the site does not load on the Internet when you’re trying to place an order. Very disappointed.
