How are yall in business selling bad weed

I've been going to bloom religiously since they started the $200 ounces. I've gotten some amazing sour Kush, Katsu and a few other nice strains. HOWEVER the recent ounces are HORRIBLE! I was beyond insulted to see the stems and shake their offering as a special. Whoever chose to allow that poor of quality at a medical dispensary should honestly look for a new job. WOW

Listed menu rarely correct, even on Blooms website. Since they were out of my first 2 choices from their online menus settled for Sweet n'Sour. Smoke was decent but buds were very,very dry. If Bloom doesn't have the time to update menus,even on its own website, I certainly don't have the time to drive that far on the hope that what they say is true. Come on Bloom you won, you got the state license. Act like you deserve it. The employees were very nice, as any business should be. With a state license this is a business and should be held to a higher standard than caregiver exchanges.

Professional staff and nice selection of medications. I will be back, preferred this location over the other Phoenix dispensary.

I have been visiting bloom about twice a week for the past 4 years but I pre order online and they don't have what I ordered. I arrive after traveling a far distance and they don't even know whats in stock, I am ordering as they are crossing things off the menu"sorry, we don't have it, or that, we don't have that either" I tried calling literally a dozen times but the phones are never answered, I sent an e-mail to the manager and I was ignored. its become too much a burden and unreliable, I don't have faith in bloom's ability to be reliable.

I just wrote a review based on my first and second experiences with Bloom. It's been some time since I've been to Bloom but I hope the experience I had today isn't typical. The staff was apathetic and brusque. And apparently you no longer get a birthday eighth!

Bloom Phoenix is awesome!! Has some of the best meds and the best pre rolls!! Every visit i feel welcomed. I will continue to shop here!!

Great looking meds. Although they have already dropped the prices, I hope they continue to do so! The consultant behind the counter explained to us that more strains are on the way, and that we can expect prices to continue to drop! (I hope this is true guys.) The setup is very professional, streamlined, and there was very little waiting! I will definitely come again.

so its now it's almost September. STILL NO POINTS BACK. they told me if I have reciepts they'll add it to my "new points". SORRY I didn't save $1,000 worth of reciepts. so when will these points be back up from MARCH??? 5 months? seriously?

Yeah not cool place at all, they give out patient referral cards stating free 1/8th with purchase for all new patients and there was no expiration date on it, they informed me that they would not honor it and was kinda firm and rude about this fact. I stated well this is something that you should have posted on your website to which the employee replied I'm not the webmaster in a kinda rude manor...

When I first got to Bloom I was a little worried with the way the building looked and the location, but when i walked into the dispensary my views changed completely, it is very professional its just like a pharmacy basically. the Staff was friendly, the person who deals with ordering the medication from y ou was very nice to me. I received a free 8th just for going there and I was able to choose what i wanted. I chose to get Green crack and Sweet and sour. The sweet and sour was my favorite the smell and everything was fresh. the taste was amazing and it was a good body high. i will def keep referring Bloom to all the patient that come into Our clinic. -Jasmine

I am more impressed with this place every time I go in!! The 3 pack of brownies I got was superb. Almost too good!

Had a good first expierence at Bloom in reguards to staff and meds. The only thing i did not like was when i was there a lady brought her baby inside the dispensary and on top of that, a different lady brought a dog in. I understand being helpful to the customers that have no other options, but i would prefer to keep children and pets away from my meds.

A visit to Bloom dispensary is truly a pleasure, every experience there has been positive. The location feels safe and secure, it's right near the Light Rail station and the parking lot is surrounded by a fence with clearly visible security cameras and a guard that opens the door and greets you upon entrance. Already this was an improvement over the co-ops I'd been visiting...shady locations, questionable people hanging out in the parking lot, just not a great vibe. Inside, Bloom is new, clean, and above all, professional. The staff are terrific...friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. They carry medicine in a variety of great strains, both in flower and pre-roll formats. The edible selection isn't immense, but it's growing. Every time I return, it seems there's something new to try. In terms of pricing, there are some cheaper places, sure, but Bloom blows them out of the water with their weekly/daily 'offers'. Sign up for the text message alerts, you won't be disappointed. I would absolutely recommend Bloom to friends and family.

The process was fast and easy. I was given great information about the business and the benefit of different strains of medication. I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was, will return.

Went here because I saw a coupon for two free pre rolls if I just texted a number. Arrived 24 hours later and they had I think 7 different pre roll flavor of strains to pick from. Ranging from very nice green crack, to always good looking bubba kush and grand daddy purp, to their beautifully stunning "tatsu". That was pretty impressive smelling and looking. What was nice, is they gave me no salesman shit to get me to purchase something, I appreciated that. They knew I was there to test them out and they were confident in their medicine that I would come back and I will. First dispensary i have been to that allows you to pick a flavor for a pre roll. Typically, pre rolls are just unwanted buds that are grinded up and sold, but the BLOOM had some dankkk pre rolls. You could tell it was grinded from good buds not the tiny leafy/popcorn buds. Priced right also. I got a blueberry diesel pre roll that smelt and tasted like straight blueberries, and it was .8 grams for $9.12. GREAT deal. BLOOM got a customer outta me

Cheap weed. You get what you pay for. Half the stuff seems like the same stuff. Anytime I do an online order they never have the strain I orderded.

Stopped in today for the first time. Very professional. Way more legitimate than I have seen from any compassion club. They have a great selection to choose from and high quality meds. My only gripe is that the prices are a bit high. The price of an ounce should never be more than 250. The guy who helped me assured that the prices would lower, but didn't say how much. Overall great dispensary. The staff was really nice and helpfull

It had a very professional atmosphere and the consultant was very informative and willing to talk about MMJ that I wasn't even purchasing. The meds were of quality, and I will definitely be going back again.- JS

I only tried one of the lower shelf strains and a pre-roll, both with fair potency and fair pricing. Very nice to be able to get a receipt for once! Also very clean, efficient, safe, and overall welcoming! These guys are definitely setting the standard. ADK (ice, white romulan pre-roll)

This business is lame. Had so 45 people waiting . I got a 8th and they threw a free gram in. Then come back out and say they don't have it. Wtf? You can have your free gram.
