I just wrote a review based on my first and second experiences with Bloom. It's been some time since I've been to Bloom but I hope the experience I had today isn't typical. The staff was apathetic and brusque. And apparently you no longer get a birthday eighth!

so its now it's almost September. STILL NO POINTS BACK. they told me if I have reciepts they'll add it to my "new points". SORRY I didn't save $1,000 worth of reciepts.
so when will these points be back up from MARCH??? 5 months? seriously?

Stopped in today for the first time. Very professional. Way more legitimate than I have seen from any compassion club. They have a great selection to choose from and high quality meds. My only gripe is that the prices are a bit high. The price of an ounce should never be more than 250. The guy who helped me assured that the prices would lower, but didn't say how much. Overall great dispensary. The staff was really nice and helpfull

Looking forward to my next visit to phx and bloom. The first time patient deal is legit. Clean setup with informative staff. The next time I'm in phoenix I'm bloom bound. Ripped.
They never have flower or their oz deals anymore. No need to come here anymore

Just bought the worst looking buds ever. Wasn’t allowed to see at the dispensary before I purchased and unknowingly spent $135 on an untrimmed ounce. It wasn’t stated online or bu the rude cashier that the buds weren’t trimmed. Garbage. Don’t waste your money $$$

great place for recreational users, not actual patients. did not feel safe or comfortable here. did not enjoy my medicine.
I will not be coming here again. I got screwed out if the 1st patient discount on my 1st visit and now I pay over 100 and I DID NOT GET A FREE EIGHTH. You guys really like to make up your rules only when it applies to you and not the patient. Dont say your sorry unless you mean it. I'm gonna stay on my side of town. You guys are definitely not worth the drive anymore
If you complain about people being too close to each other when we dealing with the coronavirus they will kick you out and not sell you any medication it’s all good my money good everywhere you’re not the only dispensary in the valley

the place looks nice and staff is great. BUT if you like flower and you are really picky with taste and high. I WOULDN'T recommend this place. there is better places with better budd

Please if you add new just received your card do not come here they're weed taste like pesticide I just got blue Frost which is supposed to be the top shelf for $7.50 in the s*** taste nasty I'm almost thinking about throwing it out if it wasn't the last gram that I had please do not come here there other places to go who weed does not taste like pesticides even for $7 this is a rip off I'm thinking about calling the Health Department because I think it might be synthetic marijuana it looks good but tastes horrible you don't believe me go waste the $7

Amazing quality good service gave me free 8th this place really hooked me up however I got out there with out my free pipe lol I was in hurry to get home and try the free 8th out they hooked me up fat I put there logo sticker on my car bumper this is a must place to go I love bloom !!!!!!

Great looking meds. Although they have already dropped the prices, I hope they continue to do so!
The consultant behind the counter explained to us that more strains are on the way, and that we can expect prices to continue to drop! (I hope this is true guys.)
The setup is very professional, streamlined, and there was very little waiting!
I will definitely come again.

I have been visiting bloom about twice a week for the past 4 years but I pre order online and they don't have what I ordered. I arrive after traveling a far distance and they don't even know whats in stock, I am ordering as they are crossing things off the menu"sorry, we don't have it, or that, we don't have that either" I tried calling literally a dozen times but the phones are never answered, I sent an e-mail to the manager and I was ignored. its become too much a burden and unreliable, I don't have faith in bloom's ability to be reliable.

Had a good first expierence at Bloom in reguards to staff and meds. The only thing i did not like was when i was there a lady brought her baby inside the dispensary and on top of that, a different lady brought a dog in. I understand being helpful to the customers that have no other options, but i would prefer to keep children and pets away from my meds.

A visit to Bloom dispensary is truly a pleasure, every experience there has been positive. The location feels safe and secure, it's right near the Light Rail station and the parking lot is surrounded by a fence with clearly visible security cameras and a guard that opens the door and greets you upon entrance. Already this was an improvement over the co-ops I'd been visiting...shady locations, questionable people hanging out in the parking lot, just not a great vibe. Inside, Bloom is new, clean, and above all, professional. The staff are terrific...friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. They carry medicine in a variety of great strains, both in flower and pre-roll formats. The edible selection isn't immense, but it's growing. Every time I return, it seems there's something new to try. In terms of pricing, there are some cheaper places, sure, but Bloom blows them out of the water with their weekly/daily 'offers'. Sign up for the text message alerts, you won't be disappointed. I would absolutely recommend Bloom to friends and family.

The process was fast and easy. I was given great information about the business and the benefit of different strains of medication. I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was, will return.

I have been coming to Bloom for awhile and also have had experience acquiring my medications from various other location. What keeps me loyal to Bloom is their customer service; this is not to detract from the med quality or their efforts at making price such that everyone can have access via discounts or special. I HAVE to mention JuJu. I had the BEST customer service experience with JuJu; he knows his industry, the product, remembers your name and is just the kind that goes above and beyond what you would expect. I return to Bloom, driving 15 miles past the closest dispensary to me just for service provided by JuJu and the rest of the excellent staff that keeps me coming and referring.

The meds are truly top shelf. Got the white widow and ended up smoking about a third of what I needed from other "dispensaries". Do yourself a favor and check them out. A bit pricier but worth it considering the quality.

Professional, great selection and a very knowledgeable staff. I won't be going to compassion clubs any longer after this visit.
