Home of the $10 grams! I love coming here, the selection is great, the experience is comfortable, and the quality of what I get is consistently impressive. Staff is very helpful and friendly, even with the influx of people coming in it still feels personal when I get advice. The flower is fresh; packed with flavorful terpenes (the indicas smell very sweet!) and potency. This will continue to be a staple in my places to visit for meds

I usually visit once a week and buy an ounce. Staff is knowledgeable for the most part. However today I dealt with the worse bud tender in the state. Was very rude and packed even basically knowledge. Actually told me that smell had nothing to do with potency!!! Perhaps she has never heard of terpenes lol. Or how certain strains have specific flavor profiles such as pineapple strains like OG kush, Cookies or Blue Dream having a sweeter flavor profile. Or how taste and smell are associates with each other. If you're dealing with customers in any industry at the very minimum you should have produced knowledge!!!! I personally will never purchase anything from that specific bud tender. She simply shouldn't be working with any knowledgeable patient. In fact I highly doubt she even smokes based on the lack of knowledge she has. I actually left without purchasing any wax cartridges because she was unable to provide basically information about products and also had a huge attitude as if she didn't want to be there or assist me.

Great location! I love Bloom and come here every week. Friendly, warm staff who do the best to make sure I get the best. I often order on Leafly, and it rarely goes through properly. I hope that Leafly will work with Bloom on staying updated! It's a great partnership, keep up the hard work. Also love the little strain pins, wish they were in stock more often!

Overall my experience was good. Excellent variety of strains, Ranging from top shelf to condition specific strains, & the prices are Great. The atmosphere was different, after making your selection you move to a new room similar to a cash-checking window (3in thick) then your purchase comes bagged & threw a drop box. low 4

l must share how great the Bloom really is. Most Bodashe's Bud an the coolest workers like Carmen. I know they care for the patient first. I was making a purchase an was stopped because there was a more economical choice. Basically, more bang for the buck. Or should I say Bud for the buck. That shows me that they put me, the patient first an foremost. It just makes me feel totally confident in Bud, price an the complete Bloom family. Hell, I almost feel like family. Thank you Bloom you all rock.

This place is now my go-to dispensary in Phoenix. I don't feel unsafe going there like some others, and it's a beautiful facility with friendly employees. My only dislike is the online ordering system. The page doesn't list all of the available options that are found on the Leafly menu, and the page just needs a style makeover. Also, twice I've placed an order online only for it to be lost... It's frustrating when you have to wait 20-25 minutes and see others pass you by, when it should be a 5-10 minute process. That's supposed to be perk of preordering, right? Nevertheless, keep up good work and low prices!

I have been coming to Bloom for quite sometime now and I have yet to be dissapointed. The customer service is superb. Any time I do have a question they promptly give me an answer. The flower here is worth the value and trip. I do appreciate the reward points and the newly imposed student discount. Thanks Bloom, you have my loyalty as a patient.

Everyone is SO COOL! The patients are normally really chill and the staff are always friendly. Can't beat the prices on flower, and the quality is amazing it's always super fresh never dry :)
