Bloom is helpful every step of the way. The staff was very friendly, medicine was wonderful, day to day knee pain has been more manageable.

Was pretty interesting to be at Bloom to say the least. Looks like a prison on the outside but the inside was pretty nice. It's clean and everyone is friendly. Meds were decent but short-lasting from the several I tried. Budtender was a little too friendly almost to the point of inappropriate flirting but it happens.

Pre rolls r my thing here. Mon-Fri 1-3pm happy hour and Tuesdays raffles :) if anybody is lookin for decent flower as well come here on a lunch break or after work hav fun I've gotten my Trinity Blueberry flower and Blueberry Diesel pre rolls here. pretty nice place, a little pricey

I have been to this venue now twice and I have truly enjoyed the experience. This is the most professionally ran dispensary I have yet to visit. The people are nice and helpful, and the deals they offer are never ending. I would recommend this dispensary to all those looking for a dependable location.

Cheap prices is what attracted me to this dispensary. Went a few times, no problem. Today, however, I sat in the "paying" area over 30 minutes. Saw patients who came in before and after me get their meds. I couldn't believe they just forgot to place my order. Don't order from the counter. Those employees are clueless. Nevermind the shitty attitude from the employees giving you your medical marijuana. Terrible arttitude. When I finally got my meds, all the girl could say was: sorry for the wait. (Not sorry we didn't take your order and then ignored you).

Will certainly be returning! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always helpful when you are new to the game; patience with patients goes a long way!

I was in a car accident twenty years ago and it came back to haunt me in a horrible way. I have been in extreme pain for the last eight years and have been highly medicated since. I also started having seizures due to the nerve damage that was caused all those years ago. After having my card for the last three years I finally decided to venture out and see how this could help. I have to say that I am happy Bloom was my first choice to go to. I was treated with respect, sat down and was given a true analysis of what would help me for the problems that I have. Having to take over thirty pills a day just to keep it where my pain was tolerable and my seizures are kept under control, I am happy to say that I was in for a shock by how certain strains actually help in making my life easier to deal with. I tried the Maui Waui and for the first time in eight years I actually forgot to take my pain meds and didn't start getting that feeling of nervousness that happens when I am without them for up to an hour. I am on disability and do not like it, I have never not been able to care for myself in an income situation and have been trying to reinvent myself. The medicines make it very difficult to concentrate and the going has not been easy. I was blown away by how I was able to concentrate for up to eight hours, doing what I have been trying to do for years. It was the first time I was able to enjoy playing around with photoshop, making art. I also tried the sweet and sour and although it was exactly like they told me, it would not help in the concentration or the feeling of wanting to do something, it is perfect to help me sleep. I actually slept for more than four hours for the first time in eight years. The pineapple express was a little too heady for me, it is something that may be good for sleep but actually gave me a headache after a half hour. The papaya was also a very nice strain that makes me comfortable enough to be able to sit through an entire movie, something I didn't think was ever going to happen again in my lifetime. I am so happy to find that there is something out there that can give me some of the energy that I had been missing for so long. I hate being on all the medications and just the thought that my life could get better without all the pharmaceuticals is giving me hope instead of keeping me depressed that this is my life. Thank you Bloom, Thank You Arizona for giving me an opportunity to make changes for the better, giving me a better out look to a life that I was getting tired of living.

Bloom is the Gold Standard. The staff is kind, knowledgable and each person on staff that I have met has a very important skill; They know how to really listen and so have the answers I need. I'm impressed with the level of professionalism. I've been to quite a few to compare. They don't.

Bloom is by far the best dispensary in the phoenix area. Everytime I go there I am overwhelmed by the level of courtesy and proffessionalism they portray. They always have the most quality meds and enough of them as to where they can hook it up almost everytime. There rewards program is uncomparable and so is there facility. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone

I'm custom to primarily ca Dispensaries. so ad a first time experience at a local. Friendly people and service. Good choices a little pricey when coming to donation. The only complain I might add would be that sometimes the product is a little dry. But good none the less

Highly suggest training all staff. You have an individual who is downright NASTY. I have certain challenges and this particular girl/woman challenged me and asked, rudely, if I was "price shopping". Well, she didn't ask, she stated: " You are price shopping huh?" No. I wasn't. And I didn't appreciate the insinuation, at all. My mind doesn't supply the words I want fast enough. I had hoped all staff would treat each customer with respect. You lost my business.

been going here for years. last oz of OG KG WAS Full of mature seeds. So disappointed as we can only afford an oz a week and now were stuck with this crap.

Bloom had by far the best cannabis that I've found in the valley! I can't wait for the tastebuds to return!

I really like this place, even tho my first experience was less than impressive. They have really gone to lengths to improve their operation and it shows, the meds have also improved greatly with lots of new stains (I got some trinity blueberry that was actually blue) the staff is very friendly and with so many guys walking around keeping an eye on everything I feel very safe. Lastly the location is perfect.

Started going to Bloom when I first got my card in July '13. I thought the meds were pretty solid until a computer glitch one day made venture down the block to my now "go-to" dispensary. The strains run out fast at Bloom and I'd now put their best strains at about a 3/5 (although their Sweet & Sour strain is excellent) as compared to my new shop. I go there very rarely -- only when I need a pre-roll or two and my regular place is out. Also, the whole set up feels like a caddle prod lines where you are moved from room to room like wtf lol. Only one guy I've run into there is super knowledgeable...everyone else really doesn't seem like they know too much. I only recommend Bloom if you're a rookie smoker who doesn't know too much about quality meds and just want to "get high"

Had a situation that needed the involvement of a supervisor, but was told that no managers were available because it was Sunday. The employees were less then professional and seemed to not care. When I requested a phone call (or to leave my number), I was then told that email was the only way to communicate with a manager. So the managers don't work Sundays and only correspond with customers via email??

Guy taking my order messed up order which happens. The people taking my money refused to turn down their music and couldn’t hear me trying to fix it. Then talked over me and told me I was wrong because he couldn’t hear me.
