My first time visit was everyone's nightmare, I was excited about checking this place out on their $200 oz. day after I went through there awkward room to room visit, til I realized I didn't get to pick out my medication after I grab my bag that dropped in the chute next to me and I wasn't expecting that they just walked away keep in mind it was my first visit, as I was walking out the door I can all ready feel something was wrong, my bag was extremely light, I wasnt sure if I should open my bag because they stapled it and I didn't want them to say I took anything out, so I went back in and told them it is my first visit and I wanted them to check my bag I had purchased an oz of grand daddy purple, an eighth, a half gram of shatter, and a half of crumble. sure enough I was missing an whole oz they almost got me for 200 bucks, after their apologies and told me they would note my account, the experience in their shop was just as disappointing as their products, the crumble was extremely dry, like dust flakes, shatter was weak, buds all looked different and I had to let it sit out for a couple of days and lost weight, don't know what to say about this place yet but I wouldn't buy no concentrates for sure.

The free 1/8 was nice as well as the strain that I chose. It was a Sativa Dom hybrid that did the job, but I don't see it on the menu anymore :( The budtender was not very informative or interested in establishing a connection in order to find out what it was that I needed for my chronic pain and fibro. He said maybe 10 words total to me. That was a little distant. The different rooms I had to travel thru were like going thru a maze but the convo I had with the other patients was welcomed. I was told by a security guard (? ) of sorts that Bloom is the only dispensary that is authorized to cultivate, I know for a fact that is not true. I would go back again...but it would be my backup location.

This is the best dispensary in Arizona, they have their selections of flowers for the most part, and all docs are very well educated. I am a weed snob, and I love going to bloom just to talk about all that they have, the flowers bloom has are amazing, the most minuscule amount of nutrients are still remained in the flower , 2.34% un cured is what my test gave me. That's the best of any Arizona shop yet. Long story short, go to bloom

Bloom Phoenix has become my go- to source for meds for three reasons: (1) Consistent quality of meds, (2) price and (3) staff. The personnel is friendly, helpful and sincere. Bloom has also gone out of its way to develop programs and offer ways for patients to receive discounts and free meds (thank you so much!). I have a limited budget so I'm pleased Bloom offers a nice value on shake -- and it's good! I've also enjoyed interacting with a nice, diversified group of fellow patients in Bloom's waiting rooms. Try it...you'll like it.

low prices here but low quality definitely reflects. i have never seen any budtenders working here, only order takers. uneducated & unprofessional. their Gems aren't bad other than that this is just a poor stoners' paradise lol

Bloom had by far the best cannabis that I've found in the valley! I can't wait for the tastebuds to return!

Bloom is the Gold Standard. The staff is kind, knowledgable and each person on staff that I have met has a very important skill; They know how to really listen and so have the answers I need. I'm impressed with the level of professionalism. I've been to quite a few to compare. They don't.

One thing that kinda bothers me about this place is that the pricing on Leafly and the pricing at the store are different on a few items. I don't know if they change the price for certain days But only a few Items will cost more than what is told on the website. I have to say the happy hours and other deals they have are great. This one problem isn't going to stop me from going to them. I just wanted to point it out.

Bloom has always been amazing. Prices, deals, service have all been great. This last time the trinity blueberry unfortunately had a decent amount of seeds in it :( i will be back of course because this has only happened once. The strain is still amazing, though disappointing to see seeds in dispensary packaged medicine.

Started going to Bloom when I first got my card in July '13. I thought the meds were pretty solid until a computer glitch one day made venture down the block to my now "go-to" dispensary. The strains run out fast at Bloom and I'd now put their best strains at about a 3/5 (although their Sweet & Sour strain is excellent) as compared to my new shop. I go there very rarely -- only when I need a pre-roll or two and my regular place is out. Also, the whole set up feels like a caddle prod lines where you are moved from room to room like wtf lol. Only one guy I've run into there is super knowledgeable...everyone else really doesn't seem like they know too much. I only recommend Bloom if you're a rookie smoker who doesn't know too much about quality meds and just want to "get high"

Just feels like a smoke shop or convenience store. They serve you what you order and push you out the door and on to the next customer. Always out of stock. Not a whole lot to choose from.

not a big fan. walk in to two receptionist whom never acknowledge you. you dont know which one to give your card to. the staff always looks dull and sorry to be working. and a few times have given me additude for no reason simply for me asking a question. just seems like they don't really care about the patient. I've sat in front of them for at least 3 min. before without either of the employees at the desk acknoledgeing me. also sometimes ill come in for just one or 2 grams and ill be waiting anf ill see 3 or 4 people that ordered after me get there order before me. I would think it would be a first come first serve type deal. overall had better expierences elsewhere. there prices are great if obly they could get the customer service thing down.

BE CAREFUL....They advertise thc percentages online that are FALSE. But once they collect your money they will NOT return or exchange products. They assume you are clueless about products. This place went to shit since it became curaleaf.

Bait and switch BS. Ordered online and when I got there it wasn't on special and didn't honor the sale . Is that even legal?

Today was my third visit to Bloom. Very busy but wait wasnt excessive. My first visit I got some Sour Kush and it was great. Second visit I got more of the Sour Kush,wasnt what I got the first time or shown to me in the consultation room! I go today,asked the budtender if what I get at the window would be the same I was shown in the pt consultation room,It WASNT! The 2nd and 3rd batches I got was inferior to the first! Its my opinion since the buds were darker and smaller than the first batch,it was picked too early and not cured properly. Taste was way off. This is the last time I buy herb thats packaged in a different room. I will only buy at a dispensary that shows you what your buying Right There! Bloom sadly dissapointed me. Dont know if Ill be back. :/

Great atmosphere, very clean, professional and welcoming. Top shelf medicine, great variety, decent pricing(don't forget the sales tax). I will definitely be visiting them again very soon.

old meds. taste bad, smell bad. please rectify this bloom, I want a good strain. Just had surgery and can't take pain pills. this fi tastes and smells awful. I'd be more than happy to bring it in to let u smoke it. it's gross

My experience at Bloom was not good. My budtender wasn't helpful at all and the flower product wasn't appealing at all, I will never go back.

Great place. I can't remember his name but the guy really took his time to help me pick the right strains. The meds themselves are perfect. Everything is very high quality. I will definitely be back.
