Curaleaf - Phoenix Airport

Sick of being scammed by this place and their below mediocre meds. Went in and there was 3 people waiting and I was in a hurry, so I used the "express service" where you just tell the attendant at the front the strain you want and then just pay. I asked for a quarter of the "jack herrer" which is my normal strain. Cost me $100. What I received was the brown frown and was not even real jack. Please remove this as it false advertising. Called and asked if they would returned as it was unopened and they said no. 100 down the drain, thanks bloom 😠 I'm not stupid, as it seems most of the card holders are here wasting money on this crap.will not return.

Not a very good experience. Wanted to check out a "state licensed" store, and i was not impressed. First of all the store is in a horrible area. I wouldnt send my wife or mother there by themselves. Staff and security were friendly. Buds looked and smelled decent in showroom. Once i got "my" medicine it was all popcorn buds. Not only that, the popcorn buds were all compressed and flat from the packaging. One strain was decent and the other was horrible. Short lasting highs and chem tasting. High pricing (after tax) and bad buds will keep me away.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The customer service is fantastic, the strains are always potent and they almost always have something different available, and I always leave there happy. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone and everyone.

This place just opened a little less then the a month ago and i have been back several times so far. Everytime I go back they have more variety, amazing edibles! I would definitely reccomend this to fellow patients! Thanks Bloom!

First time special is good enough to get you in. When I went the flowers all smelt bland except maybe two, those two had little to no trichromes. Honestly for the money there are better places.

Have been here several times since they opened. Constantly improving. Meds always good along with the service. Satisfied customer here.

This place is absolutely the best in the valley! The customer service is on point, I had an issue with some of the medicine I purchased and they told me to come back and they will make it right. Bloom was one of the first dispensaries I went to and after trying a few other places I know this my place for good. Thank you to everyone at bloom for having great meds and even better customer service!

Meds are great. Good selection also. But what is up with the advisors? Sitting at a small tables while someone just stares at you when looking at the flowers made this a VERY awkward visit. They also wear lab coats? Are they trying to look like doctors or something? Odd. You guys do meds right, but the rest of my visit was just not pleasant. Also when i asked about CBN numbers she said you dont have them but iv never seen a lab test for THC and CBD but not CBN. so whats up with that?

****ATTN ALL***** PARADISE NATTY & CARMEN are the BEST patient caretakers in the entire valley without any question. This is my third year with a medicard and I have been to all dispensaries in the valley, no one beats them. I have trusted bloom for years and I am never let down. Like tonight, I made a poor choice and they fixed it for me with smiles, efficiency, and care. The LADIES make it a second home for me and if you want the best expirence and meds in town come to bloom and see PARADISE, NATTY, & CARMEN. I love them and this place. alright meds kinda dry don't like my stuff sitting around I got some meds that was 2 months.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but my disappointment must be expressed. Under what I can only assume is new ownership, Bloom has taken a nose dive. As a very long time customer I used to love coming here. However, things have changed. In your desire to make bloom look better you have forgotten what really matters. Your employees and customer service. I did not come to bloom for the quality of your product, I came for the wonderful customer service. It seems you have neglected your BEST employees so badly that some of them have quit. In their place you have put new tenders and staff who know nothing of the business and have terrible bed side manner. It sickens me to see a place that used to be so helpful fall so far. Even the quality of your product has fallen. I suggest you take a step back and re-evaluate your priorities.

I've been to a few places and bloom is by far my favorite. Not only are they well educated, but they are friendly and really are there to help! Plus they have good prices for having really good medicine.

literally the skidmark of dispensaries. rude employees , who absolutely know nothing. and Alex is the absolute worst, if I worked for such a crappy place I'd hate my job too 😃

So this is my second review of Bloom. Just as last time all the employees greet you with smiles and make you feel welcome. They had a wide variety of selections on hand. Evan was a big help. This is the second time I had him as my budtender. He gave me a lot of input on the benefits of the strains and helped me make some great choices. I can definitely say without hesitation that I would recommend Bloom as a dispensary and Evan as a budtender.

The budtenders dont know anything about cannabis.

I think that the 3 g shake for $20 is actually trim!!! They gave me, 1 gram of whatever the shake suppose to be and the rest of the bag is trim!!! Once I redeem my points. I won't be back.. Guess it all about the money huh??

Bullshit medication got some purple trainwrec and it tasted like shit and didn't even get me buzzed last time I get from them

I love blooms atmospher and very professional customer service attitude with a smile. They were very helpful in helping me find the right medicine for me. i would recommend bloom to anyone trying to find alternative medicines. GO checkem out!
