the girl in the front desk was racist af n wen i Finally went to the window the guy just tossed me the bag I rather go spend my money somewhere wit better customer service i get disappointed everytime I go there

They just don't have that fire like they use to. Plus they hardly ever have flower now a days. So overall not good atleast right now.

went today and they were pretty much out of flower. only 3 strains of Bloom flower and only 3 strains of Echo flower and on buy 2 eights get 1 free day....I walked out cause they didn't have anything I wanted!!

I have been a loyal customer for approx. 4 years. Today I placed an order the same way as always. All was good, got the confirmation that my order was ready for pickup up. When I arrived it was extremely busy so I asked the young lady working the lines outside and inside if I can be assured that my confirmed online order was still intact. She replied, " oh of course , we keep all online orders until 10 pm pm the day of your order," Not the case...please explain.

Bloom is the best! I love the Happy Hour. And their specials are the greatest! Their strains are not to be beaten. Thanks guys, see you again soon

The Bloom experience is by FAR the Best experience. The staff is Friendly, Knowledgeable, patient when asked a question, and they take pride In helping there patients. I enjoy the vast Knowledge and Smile I get from Juju he is awesome at his job and makes the experience worth going in.

They lied and scammed points. They say computer problems but it’s a lie. Lost all bloom points and now they can’t even add points to system. Staff was indifferent. Promised twice call from manager. Go here if you want to ruin your vibe. Sad. Bloom was great. Curaleaf is the worst . Also they never update website correctly. You go there and they are out always . Horrible place to do business with. Never again

This is actually my second visit. But, my first was amazing and fun. I really didn't think it was going to be fun to shop for meds but the staff definitely makes it fun and educational. I love this place! A must go for people in need of meds! LOVE IT!

I was impressed with this dispensary from the second I walked through the door. The gentleman who greeted me at the door was polite and helpful and the young lady at the check in counter was polite as well. My wait time was minimal and well worth it. I felt very comfortable with the therapist who assisted with my order...she was very nice and knowledgeable. 10/10

One of my favorite first time patient specials! Got an Eighth of the Holy Grail for $27ish after tax. It's very potent and covered in crystals. Dank weed, great dispensary!

I love bloom, they r the only dispensarie that I feel is kinda for the ppl.. I thought they all were but im starting to get schooled on the politics of it all. but kudos to bloom for the great give aways, ive won 2 8ths already from them and allways free prerolls they def give back!

on busy days the wait is killer, but totally worth it. Bloom is a great place for meds, staff is friendly and meds are always high quality. all around my favorite place for meds.
