There is not a single bad thing I can say about this place. Without a doubt that this is my go-to one and only dispensary from now on. To start things off, they are very smart because they are right off the lightrail for patients who ride it daily or don't have a vehicle. The building is easy to spot but doesn't have big weed signs everywhere like some other places (which I really don't care for). They have more than enough fenced parking so there is never a problem finding a spot which has become a big issue at some places. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly security guard and receptionist. The inside is very nicely decorated and has a comfortable feel to it, which is important in this business. From the waiting room, you are called to the bud room by a doctor (or just a budtender in a white doc robe....who knows haha). I hate to say that I forgot her name, but she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient (she let me look at every single strain...a couple times!), professional and generous. As a first time patient, they offer a free 8th of any strain regardless of purchase!! That is the absolute best deal I've ever seen from any place whatsoever! I was told they grow 95% of their own product so they are able to offer those kinds of deals and prices. When I went earlier today, They had 11 fresh strains that just came in that morning on top of the other almost 40 total they had! Let me tell you.....I was in heaven! It was also raffle Tuesday which is an awesome bonus! They allow you to pick a card out of the box for a free 8th!!, gram, pre-roll (which are a G of top shelf!!), edible or something else and you cant complain about that! I know I'm ranting but I really did enjoy this place and walked out with so much for a $40 donation (2 top shelf 8ths, a pre-roll, bloom bic lighter, and a bunch of material all printed by them. The two I decided to go with for my back pain was Trinity Purple (Tasty + STRONG), Ice (Beautiful smell + Relaxing hybrid), and for my pre-roll I went with NYC Diesel (It was strong and pearled). They also package everything in these vacuum sealed professional ziplock bags which you have to tear to open...which is a nice touch because you get to keep them! Overall, this place is the one and only place you should honestly visit! If the free 8th doesn't bring you in, I don't know what will?! The place was secure, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they are not greedy or ridiculously priced like other places, and will treat you right. Everyone was very passionate about what they were doing there regardless of if it was a cashier, budtender or a very friendly guy with blonde hair and glasses that explained every single thing about the topic with pleasure. I need to wrap this up I'm getting carried away. This place should 100% be on your list of dispensaries to check out. If you don't, I promise you'll be missing out! Keep doing what you guys are doing and don't change a thing! Will be back without a doubt.

The staff at bloom is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They are the only dispensary that I use. A laid back, relaxed atmosphere that puts you at ease whether it's your first or 50th visit.

I had a good experience here. The customer service was professional and knowledgeable. Juju did a great job of making sure I left with exactly what I wanted. The deals are excellent. I made out like a bandit for being a new customer.

The overall appearance was good. The walk through was a little disorientating, think I directed through 5 different rooms and saw at least 6 staff members. The place was very clean, almost sterile. With multiple computer systems, etc. MEDs were fresh and all seemed good quality, though very expensive. $20 a gram is quite a lot. Especially for some of the simpler strains other places are selling for $10. The resealable, labeled, packaging was a nice touch, but maybe a bit of an overkill, and probably another reason the prices are high. Will not be returning until prices are at least $15/gram.

This place just opened a little less then the a month ago and i have been back several times so far. Everytime I go back they have more variety, amazing edibles! I would definitely reccomend this to fellow patients! Thanks Bloom!

Good medicine, good pricing, descent selection, properly cured! Atmosphere is a tad sterile, but knowledgeable, helpful staff.

One word comes to mind at first thought of my experience at Bloom; AMAZING!! I am a long time patient relocated from Colorado and have to say that I am blown away by how well bloom handles the patient from the time you arrive to the time you leave. I arrived and parked on the side of the building, walked around front and entered. I was greeted by a smiling face and chipper front desk, and was instructed to fill out new patient paperwork while my state id was verified. After finishing I walked over and checked out the strain menu and was blown away by the amount of QUALITY strains, edibles, and various other med items available! I took a seat and was quickly called into the back by a very warm and friendly bud tender. He assured me that everyone at bloom is here to improve the patients' quality of life and "get me feeling amazing!" I was then educated on the way the strains on the counter are organized and was free to examine each and every strain and had a few questions on a couple of strains. My questions were answered fully and he had several suggestions based on what I prefer in my strains. I ended up choosing a variety of strains including white zombie (fantastic sativa), trinity blueberry (indica leaning, also amazing), holy grail (equally fantastic), and pre 98' bubba kush (strait DARK purple and knocks you out for the count, amazing for sleep induction). After my selections I was escorted out to the waiting room where you pay for and pick up your medicine. The transaction process is seamless and fast! My total time in the clinic was 22 minutes and that was with 4 patients in front of me! All in all I have to say that BLOOM has a very nice establishment and I will be returning as long as I'm in AZ!!

This place is absolutely the best in the valley! The customer service is on point, I had an issue with some of the medicine I purchased and they told me to come back and they will make it right. Bloom was one of the first dispensaries I went to and after trying a few other places I know this my place for good. Thank you to everyone at bloom for having great meds and even better customer service!

So, just because you say things with a smile, doesn't make your customer service good Jericho.... sarcasm is found upon in a business establishment.... you even told me you guys wouldn't have anything I want but to keep "smelling around"... I asked for things with a pungent skunk smell and he recommended golden goat which is described to have a sour peppery fruity smell..... horrible recommendation. you described your dispensaries weed as "ALL MIDS, NEITHER THE WORST NOR THE BEST..." Though that may be honest, it is not encouraging after you just said I wouldn't like a thing you had smh..... you guys have a great establishment... but this was the worst visit I've had.... good thing this is Halloween or else I wouldn't want to show my actual face here again smh

To everyone writing about the free 1/8 to new patients, please know that this is the only love you will get here. They raise prices the night before sending out text/e-mail about specials. They offer a Veterans discount that I have never been able to use due to these specials. Is the JuJu420 (who has negatively reviewed other places) the same JuJu that bud tends at Bloom Skytrain???

Went during a busy bloom courage event. I was greeted and taken care of pretty quickly. The service was great and couldn't have asked for a more professional and exquisite experience. Definitely will be going back . Thanks JuJu

I started coming here a few weeks back, I first called to test the knowledge of the dispensary. They are highly educated on all of cannabis they offer. I am a marijuana connoisseur, when it comes to "Top Shelf" Bloom knows exactly what you are looking for! I strayed away one week to another dispensary only to be very disappointed in the quality and grade of the meds. (not doing that again) Back to Bloom I go! Guess what?! Remodeled! Check-in and waiting room, is now an open area, combined with friendly knowledgeable staff (Sayjo and JuJu are my favs. so far) Along with high THC % and CBD %, their cannabis is by the best i've seen in this area! They have Daily freebies, and Weekly drawings and you can literally walk out something on top of your purchase everyday. PLUS at the end of the month they give out a free OZ. BAZINGA!

High-ly recommend this place. There isn't one bad thing I could possibly say. Of the many wonderful things I could say I will say this....the people that work there are phenomenal. The place had plenty of patients coming in and out but I felt like their only one. From the front desk, to the counter, to the cashier to the door person it was like being in a 5 Star Resort. I don't care how far this place might be from you it's worth every drop of gas to get there.

Great meds. Great service. Great atmosphere. Just expensive. Overall a great place.
