Very professional set up and friendly service. I went to this dispensary strictly for the fact that it opened at 8am on a saturday and i needed to be on the road at 9am. I was really impressed with the strain that i picked out named Dr. Who. It was everything i asked for and tasty! I will be seeing you guys next weds to try out your preroll special!!

I decided to try out Bloom, with the great first patient discount, daily specials and being close to my work, I wanted to make this my go to dispensary. The front office staff and consultants were friendly but the cashier could have been more personable. They have a good selection of strains that look and smell good but when I made the 40 mile drive home and opened my eighth, I was greeted by a nasty uncured grass/hay smell which was nothing like the pleasant aroma the sample of God Bud had. The free pre roll of NYC Diesel I won in the raffle was the same way, grass smell instead of the sour fuel smell I expect from diesel strains, it also tasted awful and was extremely harsh. Both the eighth and pre roll are potent, they're just not enjoyable. I was going to go back and try some of the kush strains that look and smell great but it doesn't appear I can trust to get the same product as the sample and there is no way to guarantee it before purchasing because everything is prepackaged.

The prices here are extremely competitive and I've never had any issues with the flower. Staff have been friendly but there's quite a bit of patient traffic... thankfully they have a quick-order app thing if you already know what you need. A pity they don't carry Timeless, though.

Used to be one of my favorite spots for value. Unfortunately, over the past month they have started to only put their guest strains on sale. Bloom's flowers are pretty decent, for the price; however, the guest strains are not trimmed properly and I find seeds in all of the bags. This would be ok if buying swag from the drug dealer down the street, but this is supposed to be high quality "medical grade". When I ask about the quality at the dispensary, they just use the excuse that it is not their strains and there's nothing they can do about. This place has the worst quality standards of any dispensary I've been to! They are only interested in volume and not quality/compassion.

Everyone was great, the security, the manager and the cashiers. But The girl that took my order had an attitude problem, yes you’re doing me a favor but it’s your job to do so. I really don’t need bad attitude when I’m dropping cash in your business. I can go to any other dispensary in town. The $99oz’s are now $125 in this crisis time, not a good time to make extra cash guys!
everyday $99 oz deal...but at 9:15 am you're sold out? Then receptionist says we haven't got our shipment yet...today or in general I ask? she shrugs her shoulder. So I say I'm good and she says okayyy byeeee! I'm confused since I was there last night and was told they would have a selection of four $99 oz today! So the shipment hasn't arrived? and your receptionist needs to be more courteous and professional. okayyy byeee!
I was told I could not pick up my leafly online order at 9:25 due to the long line. Service is usually okay but not for me today. maybe tomorrow
I normally don’t write reviews , but after one of the worst experiences of customer service and security I have ever had today , I feel it necessary to talk about something that happened to me. I made an online order at your dispensary and went to go pick it up as normal. I expected lines as I understand the absolute necessity for social distancing during these times . I waited in line for 30 minutes which was perfectly okay with me. However when I made it into the dispensary, the security guard who let me in, said that the guy in line behind me ( I am sure you have cameras that can back me up on this ) said that he was next and not me. I told the security guard that was not true , the guy who was wearing yellow shirt and shorts was behind me in line . The security guard said word for word “ that’s what I thought”. That was fine . I was kind of annoyed but no big deal right ? The guy then comes in next and proceeds to verbally abuse me , and not one person or security personnel gave me any help or any sense that I was safe. I didn’t to anything wrong . I proceeded to then have an anxiety attack right there on the spot and couldn’t even remember what I was there for. I won’t be going back again. Your JOB is to keep your customers safe and judging by today’s events you are clearly not doing that . I regularly shop here but I will never come back again. I am absolutely disgusted by how I as a paying customer was left alone to deal with an aggressive person who can’t wait in line for his turn like everyone else.

Agree with the others, Bloom needs to revisit their business model. I have (the operative word there is have) been a loyal customer but I'm done now. Most of the "bud" tenders have zero education when it comes to the use of their medicine. The process just sucks. You wait in line for the receptionist to take forever to check you in (really - how long does it take to swipe the card), Then wait in line for the "expert" bud tenders. Then you are show a sample of their product - NOT the actual product you a buying but a sample. Then you go to yet another room and wait again to pay. That is when you see what your product looks like. If you choose to go here be sure to check your product before you leave and check that the pricing is correct. At least 3 times I was shorted a portion (which was caught at the purchase window) and twice got home and didn't get any special pricing that I should have. Both times I reported it to Bloom with no response. Interesting that Bloom management seems to only respond to positive reviews and yet many complaints are the same year after year without any changes made by them. So bye bye Bloom.

So I do really like this place they have great deals. I encountered the problem of everything being legal. It does not matter if you are Med or rec you have to wait in the same line. Hopefully they don't sell out to the Rec users by the time you finally make It inside an hour later. Probably going to find a dispo that has separate lines for rec and med users. I mean come on even Colorado has been doing It like that. It shows you guys never cared about the medical aspect of It and just the money aspect. I never mind spending money here but not if I am in the same line of every joe shmow that wants weed in the valley when there are med users that have been coming here for quite sometime and have invested a lot of support and money into you guys. I would like to one day see that taken care of so medical users are not stuck in a line behind recreational users.
It’s extremely unfortunate when you regularly come to an establishment and they have an ongoing issue that they don’t correct. If your online resources do not collaborate with other ordering sources, you shouldn’t allow people to place prior orders that are not gonna be honored. Instead, just repeatedly tell you over and over to only order directly from the site when you have overly explained that the site does not load on the Internet when you’re trying to place an order. Very disappointed.

excellent customer service, great atmosphere, awesome specials. the only problem is that I could really care less about any of that if the cannabis is quality. I've given bloom chances on several occasions since they are near me and run decent specials. EVERY TIME I've received pre packaged dried up stuff. I don't even know what to call it bc it smells like hay or the garden section at home depot. go support your local mmj farmers market n get some dank bc this isn't worth it. don't believe me? see for yourself and be like, damn he told me so...

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. My interaction with staff was pleasant and they were very knowledgable of their strains and edibles. Edibles are delicious!!!

This was the first dispensary I went to and Bloom blew my mind. That was back in May '13. Since then, Bloom has continuously blown my mind month after month. tastebudz edibles, flower selection, staff friendliness and helpfulness, facility and the prices at bloom are all A++! If you aren't signed up to receive text and email alerts do it, its the best email you'll get each month! The only thing that could make Bloom any better would be a delivery service, but maybe that's just the meds talking ;] . It's always a great experience at bloom!

I just spent 45 minutes waiting for bloom to fill my online order that I put in yesterday. I watched their waiting room fill up and empty three times and no one called me. Finally I just left empty handed. They are understaffed and overwhelmed, if you are going to open a business on a holiday, staff it. Horrible service, I will never go back to Bloom, and will tell everyone I know how much they care about their patients. Simply the worst.

Today was my first time in a dispensary. And let me tell you it was everything I ever imagined. Staff was amazing except when I told the front desk girl it was my first time she didn't let me know there was water or even a menu for that matter. She just told me to sit down :/ Some very nice girl walked in and noticed I was a noob and she then informed me of it! Was a an awesome flat screen menu. Oh well though the dr was awesome. She was so nice! And very informative. Then the lady at checkout was very friendly and quick.
Why do dispensaries sell dried up flower.
Such crap. Turns to dust when grinded totally not worth it. But, these days thats all they sell. Not worth the money they ALL ask when selling it dried up. Taste bad as well. Sad this is the route they decided to go. Very,Very,Disappointed.

Bloom is exactly what Arizona intended state licensed dispensaries to be- a clean, safe, well run organization with a friendly, knowledgable, extremely helpful staff who take their time to help you find exactly the right medication for your specific needs. Anyone who hasn't visited Bloom definitely should- you will not be disappointed!
