Buyer beware! Bloom Phoenix will not honor their royalty points. Bloom Phoenix' website states, "$00 instant credit with 12,000 royalty points. As of January 17, 2016, I had 14,812 royalty points and, yes, I have been a customer for a very long time. I tried to use my points for the $500 instant credit and it was refused. The cashier rudely refused the $500 instant credit. I was forced to take the "buy 1 get 1 free" offer. I need to reconsider my Bloom Phoenix membership. Thanks, Bloom Phoenix, for making suffer a fool.

Yet another dispensary that has gross tasting meds. No terpene taste to the flowers, just a harsh smoke taste. Why do so many dispensaries here in AZ suck at flushing, drying/curing their "medicine"? Tried 5 different strains a while back and didn't like ANY of them :( If you don't enjoy smoking it what's the point...It's not just about getting medicated for all of us. I wouldn't smoke something from my spice rack if it got me high just to get high. Part of medicine is enjoying the taste and smell ALONG with the effect. Needless to say cannabis that lacks terpenes doesn't get you as medicated in the first place. Terpenes work synergistically with the cannabinoids to cross the blood-brain barrier, which in turns makes it more effective medicine. Sorry guys but your product is poor. I also find it pretty ridiculous to have your same copy and paste response to the MANY people complaining about being shorted, ripped off, and poor quality. Patients: If you know anything about business, or cannabis, I would go elsewhere...this place is bunk!

Let me just start by saying I am nee to smoking, and the staff budtenders are very friendly easy going. Have been more than welcoming would not think of going some where else thanks bloom for making me feel welcome

Wow! I just found out that it's no longer Bloom! And today was the first time I came in since the change over! How very disappointing! What customer service? How about the lack of! I felt so disrespected and if it wasn't already late I would have just went to another place! I will never go back to any of the Curaleaf stores in the valley because all of the workers are rude! I have had the worst experience ever at this location! I didn't know that you are just supposed to just walk in? What happened to checking in? And nobody greeted me. And the lady who helped me didn't help me! She just really disrespected me and told me what she thinks I should smoke! Bull crap! Like they care about my review anyways! But I bet I will never spend my hard earned money with them or any of their locations! I will let all of my friends and family know not to go to any of your locations either! Time to boycott Curaleaf!

For the most part this is your run of the mill dispensary, except for the unexpected level of service and unrelenting professionalism I received the instant I walked in from one of their employees, Paradise I believe. She was able to make this simple trip into a memorable experience and caused me to want to come back soon...and often!

I truly appreciate the variety this location offers. However, each time I have visited I have endured poor customer service from the employees. Multiple employees were quite rude and passive-aggressive when retrieving my pickup orders. I would like to be a regular client due to their products but I do not enjoy interacting with the employees.
