First timer here at Bloom...very clean, great deal on bud No bathroom to use...kinda weird

This was my first visit to Bloom and I have got to say, for a State Licensed Dispensary it wasn't bad at all. Everyone I encountered who worked there was pleasant and very nice to me from the Receptionist to the Cashier, it was nice. I like how the waiting room is actually set up like a Dr's office and it is a professional atmosphere. The ONLY thing that I did not like is that you have to pay through a window like at a bank and it seems unpersonable but yet at the same time I do undetstand it is most likely for the safety of the employees as well as us patients. I like how you DO get to see and smell the strains before you choose and it seemed to be packaged nicely and for being a 1st timer I received a nice little med jar for my free 1/8 I got of some Top shelf meds. I came specifically for the CBD Supplement and I got to leave with a free 1/8 of meds, that made my Friday ALRITE :) These were nice people and the prices were nice as well. I will try again, it is just out of my way but I will try some other stains and see if they were just as good as the Bluberry Trinity. I have alot of pain and this actually helped out, which is great, can't say thanks enough! that goes to show that they back their meds up by giving a new patient a free 1/8 that is love right there :) see ya again and I will reccomend to others.

buy here often,overall very happy .sometimes the pre-rolls are not consistent some being larger or smaller. also if i order an eighth and you have only grams i shouldn't have to pay $5 more. not my fault because your list says eights and you only have grams..no matter though i will continue to be a loyal customer..

The first place I ever went to. They have great strains but the one time I went they only had a few. Hopefully its more exciting next time. Really high grade herb though!

I've been to Bloom several times over the past few weeks. The folks at the door and at check-in are usually quiet, but friendly. Nice waiting area with a large screen displaying the current menu/prices. I've never waited any longer than 5 minutes at check-in. The bud-tenders are excellent -- always quick at getting you in -- knowledgable, chill/smart/cool vibe. I'd actually love to work the job myself, especially with great crew like that. Nice layout of the grass -- small cups with magnifiers. Great assortment of edibles (more candy options than most). Once you've made your selections you go to a plate-glass, cashier area to pay and pick-up. They're always good about confirming your purchases and getting you on your way, quickly. I've never waited any longer than 1-2 minutes at the cashier. Building is nice. Seems like it's in a sketch area, but it's cool -- plenty of secure parking spots in their private lot. I had to knock the meds down a star for a freshness issue. I purchased an 1/8th of Pineapple Express and an 1/8th of Tangerine Dream -- both fairly dry. They do use bags, which isn't my preference either. However, an hour with a baby carrot and all was sticky again.

Nate was amaze balls and full of knowledge. Golden Panda had the best body pain relief and increased sex drive & euphoria. My first time here but I am so coming back with a smile on my face. Golden Goat is so on point here at Bloom but like I said Golden Panda is so good in going back to buy an ounce (something I have never done). -veteran Cali smoker

Employees are fairly friendly. The weed is ok, some is fire while others are trash. Pick wisely when it comes to the flower. They have some pretty great deals that they do daily like $20 for 3 grams of shake, $200 zips... My only complaint is the service is terrible. Like really really terrible. You wait forever to get checked in. They ask you if you want to do an "express order" where you just order right then instead of going to the back. If you say yes to the express order they tell you to wait and they call you like 10 min later which really defeats the purpose. After you choose your purchase it then takes another eternity to pay for it. That the only drawback but it sucks pretty damn bad.

Terrible atmosphere, and the people who work there are unable to keep track of what is going on. I had at least 3 people who came in after me were serviced before me and I'm not a new patient. The buds are good though
